Abstract

Based on case data received at the Sleman Regency Religious Court in 2021–2022, there has been an increase in the number of divorce cases, with 76% of the total cases being divorce lawsuits filed by wives, while 24% were divorce lawsuits filed by husbands. This empirical legal research found that from the perspective of Islamic Law, divorce is permitted if household life can no longer be maintained. However, Islam still prioritizes mediation and peaceful resolution before a divorce decision is made. The Compilation of Islamic Law and the Marriage Law in Indonesia also regulates the age limit for marriage and the divorce lawsuit mechanism to protect the rights of married couples. This research is expected to provide insight to the public and policy makers regarding the impact of early marriage and the importance of mental and economic readiness before marriage. In addition, the results of this study can be a reference in formulating divorce prevention policies among young couples.

Abstract

in practice, there are often overcredit transactions without the bank's approval, which has the potential to cause legal conflicts. The government through the Regulation of the Minister of Public Workers and Public Housing (PUPR) No. 20/PRT/M/2019 has regulated the mechanism for subsidized housing loans. This research uses a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach, using primary data (observations, and interviews), secondary data (books, journals, scientific papers, laws, etc.) tertiary data sources (dictionaries, websites, and others). The results of the study show that in Cirebon Regency there are still violations due to lack of public understanding and weak supervision. Therefore, there is a need for more strict socialization of regulations and law enforcement to ensure that over-credit runs in accordance with its provisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed product, which is the PBL-based LKPD, to enhance critical thinking skills in the topics of Length and Weight measurement in 3rd-grade elementary school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The validation results of the PBL-based LKPD show high scores in the content aspect (0.9305), language aspect (0.9472), and graphic design aspect (0.9652), indicating that this product is aligned with learning objectives, easy to understand, and has a supporting visual design. The practicality test shows ease of use by teachers (92%) and students (90%) and the ability to motivate students to actively participate. The N-Gain test demonstrates a significant improvement in students' critical thinking skills with a score of 0.743. Overall, this LKPD is valid, practical, and effective in enhancing critical thinking skills, making it an ideal recommendation for mathematics learning in elementary schools.
