Abstract

Seorang guru harus terus meningkatkan profesionalismenya melalui berbagai kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam mengelola pembelajaran maupun kemampuan lain dalam upaya menjadikan peserta didik memiliki keterampilan belajar, mencakup keterampilan dalam memperoleh pengetahuan (learning to know), keterampilan dalam pengembangan jati diri (learning to be), keterampilan dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas tertentu (learning to do), dan keterampilan untuk dapat hidup berdampingan dengan sesama secara harmonis (learning to live together). Berdasarkan hasil survei awal di SMK PGRI 39 Jakarta, guru-guru belum mampu secara optimal menyusun karya ilmiah dengan baik, sesuai dengan kaidah penulisa karya ilmiah yang baku. Tentunya keadaan ini harus segera dicarikan solusinya, agar para guru dapat menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan karya ilmiah yang baku. Setelah berdiskusi dengan kepala sekolah dan para guru, maka ditentukan solusi berupa pendampingan penyusunan karya ilmiah untuk para guru. Pemilihan teknik penyelesaian masalah berbentuk “pendampingan” dikarenakan melalui teknik tersebut, guru dapat belajar sekaligus mempraktikan atau learning by doing. Peningkatan keterampilan dan kemampuan guru-guru dalam menyusun karya ilmiah akan dibuktikan dengan produk berupa mini proposal karya ilmiah dari para guru.

Abstract

The growing competition between hospitals is getting tougher so that every hospital is required to enhance competitiveness by trying to give satisfaction to all its patients. The progress and development of the hospital will depend on the quality of the services provided. Hospital growth in Indonesia is quite high in the past ten years. However, this growth does not indicate good quality. Data from the Hospital Accreditation Commission in 2014 recorded that only 535 hospitals were nationally accredited from 2424 hospitals registered in Indonesia or around 22 percent. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of the quality of health services and infrastructure on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction at the Jala Ammari Hospital in Makassar. This research used quantitative research by using path analysis method. The population in this study was 1,432 patients. The number of samples was 115 patients. The sampling technique in this study is random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the significance value of (1) the effect of health service quality on patient loyalty is 0.016, (2) infrastructure facilities on patient loyalty is 0.017 (3) the quality of health services to patient satisfaction is 0.000, (4) infrastructure facilities to patient satisfaction of 0.043, (5) patient satisfaction on patient loyalty is 0.025, (6) the effect of health service quality on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction is 0.044, (7) the effect of infrastructure on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction is 0.258. The conclusion that the quality of health services goes well so as to increase patient loyalty through patient satisfaction, but seen from the facilities has not been implemented properly on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction.

Abstract

University is a continuation of secondary education which is organized to prepare students to become members of society who have academic and professional abilities who can apply, develop and create science, technology and the arts. Learning in higher education is not just about providing material on a particular topic but must also provide a learning experience that enables the development of student independence in learning so that it can improve student learning achievement. There are several obstacles in studying Service Company Accounting in the D3 Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University, including: (1) lecturers are still the main source for learning accounting; (2) the books used by students are inadequate for a conducive learning process; and (3) students find it difficult to understand the contents of the available textbooks so that students' motivation to learn becomes less. Apart from that, based on the results, students' critical thinking abilities are still low. This is what prompted researchers to prepare Student Teaching Materials (BAM) using an inquiry approach oriented towards thinking skills in the hope that it will make it easier for students to learn Service Company Accounting. The aim of this research is to produce Student Teaching Materials (BAM) using an inquiry approach oriented towards thinking skills using an inquiry approach oriented towards critical thinking skills in quality Service Company Accounting lectures based on the aspects: (1) validity, (2) practicality, and (3) ) effectiveness.. This research is a type of research and development. The development in this research is the development of Student Teaching Materials (BAM) using an inquiry approach oriented towards thinking skills using an inquiry approach oriented towards critical thinking skills in Service Company Accounting lectures. The development model used in this research is the Borg & Gall development model. Theoretically, the results of this research will improve students' critical thinking skills and the resulting products can be used in Service Company Accounting lectures.

Abstract

Era modernisasi belajar bukan lagi menjadi kegiatan sehari-hari yang dinikmati oleh para siswa. Siswa malas atau bosan dalam belajar merasa ingin melepaskan kegiatan lain yang menyenangkan dibandingkan dengan kegiatan belajar lainnya, seperti bermain handphone, bermain game online, dan menggangu teman. Kegiatan belajar membutuhkan konsentrasi yang intens. Pembelajaran yang diselingi ice breaking ini memberikan semangat peserta didik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran dan juga melatih konsentrasi peserta didik dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan. Kegiatan ice-breaking dengan variasi dan ekspresi yang sesuai telah terbukti mengembalikan konsentrasi siswa. Hasil survei awal di SMK PGRI 39 Jakarta, guru-guru belum mampu secara optimal mengupayakan kegiatan ice breaking dengan baik, untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, setelah berdiskusi dengan kepala sekolah dan para guru, maka ditentukan solusi berupa pelatihan penggunaan ice breaking dalam mengoptimalisasi pembelajaran untuk para guru. Pemilihan teknik penyelesaian masalah berbentuk “pelatihan” dikarenakan melalui teknik tersebut, guru dapat belajar sekaligus mempraktikan atau learning by doing. Peningkatan keterampilan dan kemampuan guru-guru dalam menggunakan teknik ice breaking dalam pembelajaran akan dibuktikan dengan praktek ice breaking dalam pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada 15 orang guru sebagai peserta dengan secara workshop dan dengan menggunakan simulasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, guru-guru bisa mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dari ice breaking dan mampu mensimulasikan dalam kelas contoh.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of earning management and corporate social responsibility disclosure on tax avoidance moderated by auditor reputation. This study employed panel data from 12 Indonesia's mining companies from 2015 – 2019. This study used the effective tax ratio (ETR) as the proxy of tax avoidance. By employing the regression panel data analysis, this study found that earnings management has a negative and significant effect on ETR. Meanwhile, this study revealed that CSR could not affect the ETR. On the other hand, this study found that auditor reputation has a negative moderated role in the CSR's effect on ETR. Nevertheless, this study failed to prove any moderating role of auditor reputation in earnings management's effect on ETR. These results revealed that earnings management in mining companies was carried out in the context of tax avoidance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Farmers Market One Belpark Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif Asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan  sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan responden dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden.  Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, Uji Koefisien Korelasi berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasidan uji hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji f). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan di peroleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6,289 >2,009). Dengan demikian H01 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Farmers Market One Belpark Jakarta Selatan . Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan di peroleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (8,620 > 2,009). Dengan demikian H02ditolak dan Ha2diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Farmers Market One Belpark Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Disiplin (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan Y = 5,930 + 0,088X1 - 0,184X2 nilai koefisien korelasi atau tingkat pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan terikat diperoleh sebesar 0,794 memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Dengan koefisien korelasi atau determinasi pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 0,630 atau sebesar 63% dan sisanya sebesar 37% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis di peroleh F hitung > F tabel atau (41,674 > 3,19), Dengan demikian H03 di tolak dan Ha3 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara disiplin (X1) dan Motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyaawan (Y) pada Farmers Market One Belpark Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, including mathematics learning. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of Android-based learning media in improving students' mathematical communication skills and curiosity. The research was conducted in Class V A of SDN 027 Samarinda Ulu during the 2024/2025 academic year, using a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design. Data were collected through tests and questionnaires, then analyzed. The normality test results indicated that the data were normally distributed. The homogeneity test showed that the data were homogeneously distributed. The one-sample t-test and proportion test revealed that the average score of students' mathematical communication exceeded the minimum threshold of 70, and more than 75% of students reached this score, placing them in the “good” category. Meanwhile, the paired-sample t-test showed a significant increase in students’ curiosity after the learning intervention, and the one-sample t-test showed that the final curiosity scores exceeded the benchmark of 73.41. The use of Android-based learning media proved to be effective in developing mathematical communication skills and fostering students’ curiosity. These findings reinforce the importance of integrating technology into the learning process to create an active, meaningful, and enjoyable learning environment.

Abstract

Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) risk stratification relies on TIMI and GRACE scores, which lack accuracy for individual-level predictions. Machine Learning (ML) offers promising alternatives but faces challenges in interpretability and clinical adoption. This meta-analysis compares ML models (DNN, XGBoost, Random Forest, GBDT, SVM) with TIMI/GRACE scores in predicting cardiovascular events, while addressing implementation barriers. Following PRISMA guidelines, we analyzed 50 studies (1,592,034 patients) from PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science (2015–2025). Performance metrics (AUC, sensitivity, specificity) were pooled using random-effects models, and publication bias was assessed via funnel plots. ML models significantly outperformed conventional scores, with Random Forest (AUC=0.99), XGBoost (AUC=0.98), and DNN (sensitivity=99%) demonstrating superior discrimination. However, heterogeneity in validation (e.g., Asian vs. European cohorts) and "black-box" limitations were identified. The study advocates for explainable AI, multi-center validation, and clinician training to facilitate ML integration into Electronic Health Records (EHRs). These steps could establish ML as the new standard in ACS care, improving outcomes while reducing healthcare costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Cooperative Learning model with a guided discovery approach in improving student learning outcomes in the Statistics of Education course. The research used a quantitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were fourth-semester students of the Pamulang University Economic Education Study Program in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through learning outcomes tests, student activity observations, and student response questionnaires to the learning model. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the average value of student learning outcomes, from 69.88 in the pre-cycle to 72.76 in cycle I, and increased to 81.26 in cycle II. The percentage of learning completeness increased from 52% to 86% at the end of cycle II. Observations also showed an increase in student activeness and collaboration in the learning process with the percentage of learning implementation reaching 94%. Most students gave a positive response to the use of the Cooperative Learning model with a guided discovery approach because it was considered to encourage active participation and better understanding of the material. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning model with a guided discovery approach is effectively used in learning Statistics Education to improve learning outcomes and student involvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 2024 Women's Economic Empowerment Program organized by the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) of West Sumatra Province in order to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 1 (poverty alleviation) and SDG 5 (gender equality). This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results indicate that the empowerment program is implemented through three main forms: the PEKKA Program, the Women's Economic Empowerment Program, and the Women's Leadership Strengthening Program. However, the program's implementation remains hampered by several significant issues, such as suboptimal communication between relevant parties, limited available resources, low program implementer capacity, and an inflexible bureaucratic structure. In addition, external factors also hinder women's participation, such as lack of family support, unfavorable geographic conditions, and prevailing socio-cultural values. To address these obstacles, the DP3AP2KB has implemented several strategies, including a community-based approach, collaboration with various sectors, and the provision of follow-up training and post-program support. The findings of this study indicate that although program implementation has not yet reached its optimal level, the improvement efforts that have been made demonstrate positive progress in promoting women's economic independence at the local level. This study recommends strengthening coordination between various parties, increasing human resource (HR) capacity, and developing an accurate data-based monitoring system to increase the program's effectiveness and sustainability in the future.
