Abstract

Technology development has affected many areas of life, especially the entertainment field. One of the fastest growing entertainment industry is anime. Anime has evolved as a trend and a hobby, especially for the population in the regions of Asia. The number of anime fans grow every year and trying to dig up as much information about their favorite anime. Therefore, a chatbot application was developed in this study as anime information retrieval media using regular expression pattern matching method. This application is intended to facilitate the anime fans in searching for information about the anime they like. By using this application, user can gain a convenience and interactive anime data retrieval that can’t be found when searching for information via search engines. Chatbot application has successfully met the standards of information retrieval engine with a very good results, the value of 72% precision and 100% recall showing the harmonic mean of 83.7%. As the application of hedonic, chatbot already influencing Behavioral Intention to Use by 83% and Immersion by 82%. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki berbagai jenis keanekaragaman ikan. Potensi perikanan laut sebesar 6,5 juta ton per tahun, namun jumlah produksinya hanya mencapai 5,06 juta ton. Hal ini menunjukan proses produksi belum optimal. Proses produksi serta pemilahan yang masih tradisional membuat produksi berjalan lambat. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan sebuah metode untuk mengklasifikasikan kesegaran ikan berdasarkan citra digital ikan. Adapun algoritma yang digunakan adalah kNN, C4.5, dan Naïve Bayes. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, algoritma kNN memberikan nilai akurasi yang tertinggi diantara algoritma lainnya. Sehingga kNN dinilai cocok digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan kesegaran ikan. Metode yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengotomatisasi proses produksi yang sebelumnya manual. Abstract

Since 2012 until 2017, culinary business in Indonesia has increased by an average 7% to 14% per year. Nowadays, application technology such as Zomato, helps consumers to find information about restaurant’s promos, advantages and disadvantages of a restaurant, and variations of the menu their provided. People who owned the culinary business can interact directly with consumers through social media such as LINE. LINE has 90 million users that communicate with each other by using features that LINE’s provided, such as stickers, news portals, voice and video calls, and LINE Message API service. With 90 million LINE’s users in Indonesia and growing culinary business, developing a restaurant recommendation system in LINE will provide solutions to many people, which inspired the author to develop this system. Data of restaurant it’s taken using Zomato API. Developing this system needs a method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and VIKOR (VIsektriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje), where the application will be built using PHP language. The AHP method is used to assign a weighting value to criteria, and the VIKOR method is used to sort the best alternative option. Based on research through questionnaires, this system’s design and implementation has reached 71,13 value of usability, which mean that system is useful to help people to find restaurant their looking for. Abstract

Expressions of facial expressions in addition to providing important emotional indicators, are very important objects in our daily lives too. Real-time video processing on mobile devices is a hot topic and has a very broad application. Photos that have used the filter have 21% more possibilities to be seen and 45% more likely to be commented on by photo consumers. The use of the Fisher-Yates algorithm is used as a filter scrambler for each facial expression emotion. The application is made for the iOS operating system with the Swift programming language that utilizes the Core ML and Vision framework. Custom Vision is used as a tool for creating and training models. In making a model, this study uses a dataset from Cohn-Kanade AU-Coded Facial Expression Database and Karolinska Directed Emotional Faces. Custom Vision can provide performance result training and provide precision and recall values ​​for data that has been trained. The facial expression match with the model is determined by the confidence level value. The results of trials with Hedonic Motivation System Adoption Model method produce a percentage of pleasure in using the application (joy) of 79.39% of the users agree that the application provides joy.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Dinas Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Tangerang telah dilebur menjadi satu kesatuan dinas yang baru, yaitu Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP). Dengan terjadinya penyatuan kedua dinas tersebut, maka terjadi perubahan di dalam struktur dan prosedur dari DPMPTSP. Kini DPMPTSP harus tampil dengan wajah yang baru, serta pelayanan yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Perizinan Online pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tangerang. Implementasi sistem perizinan online dilaksanakan setelah proses rancang bangun sistem perizinan online tersebut diselesaikan. Sistem perizinan online DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tangerang memiliki fitur antara lain: Beranda, Persyaratan Perizinan, Pendaftaran Perizinan Online, Login Sipinter, Lupa Password, Info KBLI (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia), dan Tracking System. Dalam implementasi sistem perizinan online ini kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi (1) penentuan nama domain; (2) Hosting sistem; (3) Pelatihan User Pegawai; (4) Pelatihan User Masyarakat; (5) Maintenance sistem. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi sejak bulan Desember 2017, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem perizinan online Sipinter DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tangerang telah dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mengajukan perizinan secara online.

Abstract

The growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) will certainly have a positive influence on economic development in a country. However, many SMEs struggle to survive, grow, and show limited productivity. It was recorded that there were around 63.9% of SMEs in Indonesia whose turnover had decreased by more than 30% during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the factors that cause the low survival rate of SMEs, a factor that is considered critical is the lack of success in the use of e-business. The use of e-business by SMEs is not a one-size-fits-all solution, because SMEs have various characteristics. In this study, an E-Business Software Product Line Methodology based on SMEs characteristics was proposed using Software Product Line Engineering (SPLE) approach. In general, the proposed methodology was sufficient to describe the aspects needed in building a software development methodology. Aspects that had not been described were those related to software project management. The proposed methodology is useful for building an e-business application platform that can be customized based on SMEs characteristics.

Abstract

Word recognition using deep learning is a simple approach to speech recognition in general. From this word-level recognition, the emotional expression recognition model. The emotion recognition model can be used to describe the important level of action on future planned hardware implementation. This research was conducted using MFCC as the feature extraction method from the audio data and using the CNN-LSTM approach for the emotional expression classifier. The model itself will be implemented into a humanoid robot to become a companion robot for the elderly. The model itself has 67% accuracy for emotion recognition and 97% accuracy for word recognition. However, the model only attained 20% accuracy in real-life testing using the humanoid robot as the model tends to overfitting as a result of the lack of data used in model training.

Abstract

E-business adalah penerapan sistem informasi atau teknologi untuk mendukung operasi bisnis dalam suatu perusahaan. Sebuah organisasi dapat menggunakan e-bisnis dalam berbagai cara, seperti untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk, mendorong kerja tim di dalam perusahaan, dan mendukung prosedur operasionalnya. UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM menghadapi sejumlah kesulitan meskipun memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian banyak negara yang berbeda. Kesulitan-kesulitan ini mungkin disebabkan oleh berbagai variabel sosial, ekonomi, geografis, budaya, atau variabel lain yang tidak dapat dikendalikan. Kurangnya keberhasilan adopsi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya tingkat kelangsungan hidup UMKM. Bagi UMKM untuk berpartisipasi dalam pasar yang semakin kompetitif, pelatihan untuk memanfaatkan e-bisnis akan diberikan melalui proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bekerja sama dengan Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Bangli sebagai salah satu rangkaian acara bertajuk “Workshop Pemanfaatan Media Digital Bagi UMKM”. Instruksi yang diberikan diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM dalam mempelajari cara mengembangkan, memelihara, dan meningkatkan situs web atau etalase online.

Abstract

The tourism industry plays an important role in the world economic sector because it makes a significant contribution to the global economy, creates jobs, and strengthens economic growth. Therefore, visitor satisfaction is very important in this industry. Currently tourists use information in online media to find tourist attractions that suit their needs and expectations. Reviews of tourist attractions are growing on the internet. Customers can post reviews, recommendations, or ratings of a tourist spot. Online reviews in the form of User-generated Content (UGC) can provide benefits for business managers to obtain feedback from customers and improve certain product attributes or service characteristics in order to increase business value and support marketing activities. In this study, data collection will be carried out from one of the UGC tourism data sources, namely visitor reviews on Google Maps. Data analysis was performed using the natural language processing method. Analysis of these data will produce comprehensive information about tourist feedback.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important competency in the current era of globalization. An entrepreneur must be able to convey his business vision and ideas clearly to other people, including potential investors, partners or customers. A product or business idea presentation is a platform to communicate the vision and ideas of this business in a convincing way. Presenting a product or business idea has a number of benefits that are very important for the success of a company. Presentations can provide an opportunity to introduce a product or business idea to an audience. By effectively utilizing product or business idea presentations, companies can increase their chances of success, generate interest from potential customers and partners, and build strong relationships in the marketplace. Through this community service activity, training will be provided on product presentation techniques or business ideas for students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. It is hoped that the training carried out will provide the practical knowledge and skills needed to start and accelerate a business, and can help students understand how to make effective presentations for products or business ideas.
