Abstract

East Duda Village is a village located in Selat District, Karangasem Regency, Bali which is culturally and spiritually filled with the potential for plantations, waterfalls, rolling hills and other tourist attractions. Most of the people make their living as farmers, especially as salak farmers. Apart from that, the economic growth of East Duda Village is also influenced by the tourism sector. The aim of this service is to empower local communities in managing the potential of their villages to support tourism. The implementation methods used in this community service are discussion, interviews, presentations and community service methods. The results of the community service carried out are producing village promotional videos, teaching children in elementary schools, entrepreneurship seminars for MSMEs, Cooking Classes for PKK mothers, Launching Arak Poleng and Community Service in the village environment.

Abstract

Work discipline is a very important thing for organizational growth, especially used to motivate employees to discipline themselves in carrying out work both individually and in groups.and can also be done through changes to the Work Environment, so that it will produce employee performance according to what is expected by the leadership. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline with employee performance, the influence between the work environment and employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work environment with employee performance and independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Padangsambian Village Credit Institution.The population of this study amounted to 35 people, the analysis tool used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The hypothesis test used is t test to test the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and determination analysis to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The regression equation obtained Y = 0.608 + 0.701 X1 + 0.257 X2 of this model shows that 1) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance.2) there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance.3) the magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Work discipline is an independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Padangsambian Village Credit Institution.

Abstract

Sri Bantas Traditional Market is one of the traditional markets located on Jl. Raya Munggu Br. Batanduren, Cepaka Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The objective in implementing this service is to provide assistance in the governance of the Sri Bantar Village market in Cepaka. The problems identified include: some traders in the Sri Bantas market have not implemented financial accounting practices, the lack of infrastructure arrangement in the Sri Bantas market, and the lack of a promotional strategy for traditional markets in the Sri Bantas market. The methods used in this assistance were interviews, observation, and data analysis. The work programs carried out in the Sri Bantas market were: 1) providing information about simple bookkeeping to market traders, 2) procuring hand washing stations, 3) procuring market block names , 4) data collection of traders, 5) making banners, and 6) making online pamphlets. The result of this activity is that some traders know the importance of making financial reports and how to make simple financial reports, up to date trader data has been inputted into the market system, the market is better known by the wider community.

Abstract

This study analyzes how work environment and leadership style influence work stress and employee performance. The population of this study consisted of 186 nurses and midwives who were employed in the Inpatient Installation Room of the State General Hospital. The number of subjects included in this study was determined using the Slovin formula, which resulted in a total of 127 people. The research analysis technique employed a multifaceted approach, encompassing several key components. These components included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and Parth analysis. The findings of the analysis indicated that the work environment and leadership style exerted a negative and significant influence on employee work stress; conversely, the work environment and leadership style demonstrated a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, work stress exhibited a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment exhibited a positive effect on employee performance through employee work stress. The present study sought to ascertain whether work stress could serve as a mediating variable in the relationship between the work environment and employee performance. To this end, an investigation was conducted on the inpatient installation of the State General Hospital. The results of the study indicated that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance through employee work stress. The present study sought to examine the relationship between leadership style and employee performance in the Inpatient Installation of the State General Hospital. The hypothesis was that work stress would not be a mediating variable in this relationship. The study posits that the leadership of the Inpatient Installation of the State General Hospital can enhance the work environment, refine leadership skills, and alleviate work stress, thereby promoting enhanced employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on nurses' performance through motivation as an intervening variable at Surya Husadha General Hospital in Denpasar. The population of this research consists of all nurses at Surya Husadha General Hospital in Denpasar. Samples were taken from each unit using disproportional random sampling technique with a total of 69 samples. The research analysis technique was conducted using a path analysis approach, where the data has been tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumption testing. The results of the analysis show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on motivation; organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on motivation; leadership has a positive and significant influence on nurses' performance; motivation has a positive and significant influence on nurses' performance; and motivation cannot mediate leadership's influence on nurses' performance. This research hopes to improve leadership, organizational culture, motivation, and nurses' performance. Keywords: leadership, organizational culture, motivation, performance
