The advancement of tourism in Indonesia has been facilitated through various implicit and nuanced approaches, such as language-based activities and innovative sectors. The availability of promotional texts in the form of language games can be considered a strategic asset, as it can capture the reader's attention and sustain their interest throughout the text, particularly in the context of tourism. The study employed various methodologies such as data acquisition and gathering, data classification and evaluation, and recording the results. A comprehension strategy is a familiar approach wherein we focus on the textual representation of information. The data analysis findings indicate that the utilization of promotional texts in the form of language games possesses a certain degree of strategic significance. This value is exemplified notably through the existence of syntactic deviation, equivocal forms, phonetic wordplay, and the accuracy of vocabulary. AbstrakKemajuan pariwisata di Indonesia telah difasilitasi melalui berbagai pendekatan implisit dan bernuansa, seperti kegiatan berbasis bahasa dan sektor inovatif. Ketersediaan teks promosi dalam bentuk permainan bahasa dapat dianggap sebagai aset strategis, karena memiliki potensi untuk menarik perhatian pembaca dan mempertahankan minat mereka sepanjang teks, khususnya dalam konteks pariwisata. Studi ini menggunakan berbagai metodologi seperti perolehan dan pengumpulan data, klasifikasi dan evaluasi data, dan pencatatan hasil. Strategi pemahaman adalah pendekatan yang akrab bagi kami, di mana kami memusatkan perhatian kami pada representasi informasi secara tekstual. Temuan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teks promosi dalam bentuk permainan bahasa memiliki tingkat signifikansi strategis tertentu. Nilai ini dicontohkan terutama melalui adanya penyimpangan sintaksis, bentuk samar-samar, permainan kata fonetik, dan keakuratan kosa kata.

Pubertas merupakan masa transisi penting yang dialami anak perempuan, ditandai dengan perubahan biologis, emosional, dan sosial yang signifikan. Perubahan ini sering menimbulkan ketidakstabilan emosional seperti mudah marah, bingung, malu, atau menjadi lebih centil dalam menarik perhatian. Karya tari Adolesensi lahir sebagai refleksi fenomena ini, mengeksplorasi bagaimana anak perempuan merespon perubahan sikap dan emosional selama masa pubertas. Penelitian penciptaan ini menggunakan metode Alma M. Hawkins yang meliputi pengumpulan data, observasi lapangan, eksplorasi, improvisasi, pembentukan, dan evaluasi. Karya ini ditarikan oleh delapan penari perempuan diiringi musik techno live, menggunakan properti sepatu heels dan kursi panjang sebagai simbol transisi menuju kedewasaan. Struktur pertunjukan terbagi menjadi tiga bagian: keriangan centil masa awal pubertas, fase kebingungan emosional, hingga penerimaan diri yang stabil. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa gerak tari murni yang abstrak namun eksploratif dapat mengomunikasikan perubahan emosional remaja secara simbolik. Adolesensi bukan hanya sekadar karya estetis, tetapi juga sarana edukasi sosial tentang pentingnya dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan pada masa pubertas anak perempuan

The dance work "SERATUS" is inspired by the Manyanda tradition, which has several stages, one of which is the manyaratuih hari (the traditional wedding ceremony). This stage involves a dowry procession performed by both the groom and the bride. In this work, the artist attempts to interpret the dowry procession for both parties, while also depicting the customary penalty of the death of a cat, which the family faces if they fail to follow the Manyanda tradition. The dance work "SERATUS" is realized using props inspired by the dowry forms used in the tradition. The methods used in the creation process include data collection and field observation, exploration, improvisation, forming, and evaluation. This work is performed by eight dancers and supported by eight supporting dancers. The work uses a dramatic style with a social theme, reinforced by the use of live techno music as accompaniment, thus supporting the dramatic flow in line with the artist's concept.

Limpasan Raso is a contemporary dance work inspired by the Manjujuang Aia tradition in the context of death rituals in Nagari Bungo Tanjung, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. This tradition is carried out by women who carry water on their heads to the mourning house for the ritual bathing of the deceased. Beyond its practical function, the tradition embodies symbolic meanings of purification, farewell, empathy, and social solidarity toward bereaved families. This dance work aims to interpret water as a symbol of purification and release through a contemporary dance performance with a cultural theme and an abstract form. The creative process consists of exploration, improvisation, and composition stages. Exploration was conducted through observation of the Manjujuang Aia tradition, literature review, and internalization of the cultural values embedded within the practice. The findings were then developed through movement improvisation and organized into a complete choreographic composition. The work is performed by nine female dancers representing the women of the nagari who participate in the tradition. The performance utilizes a wooden barrel measuring 2 meters in diameter and 90 centimeters in height, along with plastic buckets as symbolic properties representing the Manjujuang Aia tradition. The musical accompaniment uses sequenced music and is presented in an outdoor setting. Everyday makeup and black dresses are used to symbolize simplicity, mourning, and the close connection between the tradition and community life. Through Limpasan Raso, the choreographer expresses the overflow of emotions that emerge in the experience of death, including grief, acceptance, and social support that flow throughout the community. Water is presented as a symbolic medium representing purification, release, and human interconnectedness in confronting loss. This work is expected to serve as a means of appreciating local cultural values while contributing to the preservation of the Manjujuang Aia tradition as an important element of Minangkabau cultural identity.
