Abstract

Keluarga sebagai lembaga pendidikan tertua memiliki peran utama dalam pembentukan karakter anak, maka dibutuhkan keterampilan orang tua dalam proses pengasuhan dan pendidikan dalam keluarga. Oleh karenanya mendidik anak merupakan kerja sepanjang usia orang tua yang membutuhkan bekal pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang sangat komplek. Selain kedekatan (hubungan emosional) antar anggota keluarga, adaptabilitas (proses berbagi peran dalam keluarga), dan komunikasi antar anggota keluarga menentukan keberhasilan dalam proses pengasuhan, ternyata mendidik anak juga tidak dapat dilepaskan dari aspek pemahaman agama orang tua, karena pemahaman agama memberikan gambaran bagaimana orang tua mendefiniskan tentang anak, dunia anak hari ini, dan dunia di masa depannya. Kompleksitas persoalan kemanusiaan menuntut perlunya kontruksi pola asuh orang tua yang humanis, sehingga melahirkan anak yang memiliki komitmen kuat atau kesetiaan terhadap kemanusiaan di era digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, first to analyze the educational interaction between teachers and students moral creed in shaping the social character of students. Second, analyze the process of forming the social character of students this type of research is qualitative descriptive. Collecting data using observation methods, interviews and literature. The results obtained are important educational interactions conducted by teachers because it can foster respect for students to teachers, as a motivation in learning, as a place to communicate and interact and foster familiarity. In the process of forming the character of the teacher is mutual respect and appreciation in the learning process, provide an example in the relationship of teachers and students with good words and deeds, work together in creating a conducive madrasah and foster social awareness. The implications of this study strengthen religious values, provide influence and stimulus to students in behavior and speech. Keywords: Educational Interaction, Students Moral, Social Character Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, pertama untuk menganalisis interaksi edukatif antara guru akidah akhlak dengan siswa dalam membentuk karakter sosial siswa. Kedua, menganalisis proses pembentukan karakter sosial siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulkan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah interaksi edukatif penting dilakukan oleh guru karena dapat menumbuhkan rasa hormat siswa kepada guru, sebagai motivasi dalam belajar, sebagai wadah untuk berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi serta menumbuhkan keakraban. Dalam proses pembentukan karakter yang dilakukan guru yaitu saling menghormati dan menghargai di dalam proses pembelajaran, memberikan keteladanan dalam hubungan guru dan siswa dengan perkataan dan perbuatan yang baik, bekerja sama dalam menciptakan madrasah yang kondusif serta menumbuhkan kepedulian sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini memperkuat nilai-nilai keagamaan, memberikan pengaruh dan stimulus kepada siswa dalam tingkah laku dan perkataan. Abstract

The current social circumstances at the spiritual level have brought an enormous influence on the establishment of religious behavior in adolescent students, both in the level of belief, practice, and religious experience. Religious education in the madrasah environment has a strategic position in building students' religious behavior. This study aims to explain why the rural and urban madrasah environment context is essential to observe the role of religious education, especially Islamic education, in building students' religious behavior in Lombok island. Then it sorts out the madrasahs characteristics or uniqueness from the two different regions, rural and urban. This research is qualitative psychological research with ecological contextual theory as the theoretical framework. The data analysis method is descriptive and holistic by employing three flows of interacting activities, e.g., reducing data, presenting it, and drawing conclusions. Data was obtained through documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews. This research was conducted in six madrasahs, i.e., two Madrasah Aliyah located in the downtown, and four Madrasah Aliyah, which geographically represent the category of the rural madrasah. The research results indicate that the spiritual development of the students cannot be separated from the religious education context in their environment. In urban areas context, the madrasah environment has formal systemic characteristics, is supported by strong management and leadership, maintains the madrasah stability and conduciveness by implementing a power strategy through a set of rules and code of conduct. Meanwhile, madrasas in rural areas have flexible, dynamic, and adaptive characteristics, in which education takes into account cultural aspects and values applied in the community.

Abstract

The behavior of students in the world of education is always developing in all aspects. This form of development leads not only to positive things, but also to negative things. This research was motivated by the high level of disciplinary violations that occurred at MTS NW Pringgasela, Pringgasela District, East Lombok Regency, especially students in grades VIII and IX. The purpose of this study is to develop rational emotive behavior therapy counseling based on religious values in improving discipline. The method used is Research and Development where researchers first create the concept of rational emotive behavior therapy based on religious values through Qur'anic verses surah An-Nisa and wisdom stories about the Art of Living a Life Full of Meaning in improving discipline that is tested on a limited basis. The results showed that with rational emotive behavior therapy counseling based on religious values through Qur'anic verses surah An-Nisa and wisdom stories about the art of living a meaningful life in improving discipline was effectively used in helping to improve student discipline

Abstract

The implementation of professional teacher development in Indonesia has been lacking. Many teachers continue to underperform, as evidenced by their workplace behaviors that violate the ethics of their profession. Workplace culture has contributed significantly to, and been detrimentally affected by, this lack of professionalism. Using a qualitative approach, this study seeks to explore the forms, factors, and implications of these challenges for the management of workplace culture. Teachers are simultaneously the objects and key informants of this research, which was conducted through observation of secondary-level madrasas spread throughout Bengkulu Province, Indonesia, as well as interviews with 15 teachers. This study identifies three main challenges: i) teachers have difficulty accessing professional training; ii) teachers cannot readily continue their educations; and iii) teachers have trouble writing and publishing academic works. These challenges are caused by a multitude of factors, primarily the lack of the funding, facilities, and infrastructure for professional development, as well as teachers limited digital literacy, and result in a workplace culture where initiative goes unrewarded, discipline is lacking, and teachers are unmotivated. As such, this study recommends significant improvements to the structure, culture, and infrastructure of educational institutions, thereby allowing teachers to overcome the challenges that hinder their professional development.

Abstract

The internalization of religious values in adolescents cannot be separated from the religious education process in the environment where the students are located. For this reason, this study aims to explain how to internalize religious values in students in rural and urban Madrasah Aliyahs on Lombok Island. This study employed a descriptive, phenomenological, documentary, and understanding qualitative research approach. To photograph the two poles of two distinct locations, i.e., urban and rural madrasahs on Lombok Island, with specified categories, the study's setting took two extreme points in sampling madrasahs. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation were used as data collection methods. Purposive sampling, meanwhile, was utilized to select the sources. The findings highlighted that the internalization of religious values was implemented in the classroom learning and religious activities in the madrasahs' internal and external environments. In urban madrasahs, a structural-functional approach with several characteristics was used as a tool for helping students internalize Islamic religious values. Madrasahs in rural regions, on the other hand, put more emphasis on a cultural approach with flexible, dynamic, and adaptive characteristics where education takes into account cultural aspects and societal values. Consequently, a more persuasive approach was applied in rural madrasahs

Abstract

This research aims to describe the phenomenon of gender and cultural bias that often occurs in the school environment and the application of ecological theory and multicultural Islamic education as a solution to overcome it. This research uses a type of library research by collecting and analyzing texts or documents that are relevant to the discussion that will be reviewed. Gender refers to the roles of men and women in society, while culture is a pattern of behavior and behavior that is passed from one generation to the next. Currently, there are many cultural and gender inequalities found in the school environment, both in the cultural treatment of teachers towards students who have different backgrounds and in lesson modules that marginalize the role of women. The results of the study show that the concpet of multicultural islamic education can be used by an educator in understanding cultural diversity and gender differences that occur in the world of education so that the learning process can go according to plan as well as puts understanding on students to accept and appreciate different values from different people, tribes, and cultures according to the context in the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dua aspek utama tradisi Merariq pada Suku Sasak Lombok. Pertama, memahami langkah-langkah dan tahapan yang dilalui dalam tradisi ini. Kedua, mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi Merariq yang sejalan dengan prinsip konseling perkawinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara, serta analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Temuan artikel menunjukkan bahwa tradisi merariq merupakan prosedur wajib bagi masyarakat Sasak sebelum pernikahan. Tradisi ini merupakan bagian integral dari budaya Sasak dalam membangun kehidupan perkawinan. Terdapat Sepuluh tahapan tradisi Merariq yang diidentifikasi, yaitu: midang, merariq, besejati dan beselabar, bait wali, betikah/akad nikah, bait janji, sorong serah, nyongkolan, dan bales onas nae. Tradisi merariq mengandung berbagai nilai yang sejalan dengan prinsip konseling perkawinan, termasuk: komunikasi, agama, pendidikan, solidaritas, dan empati. Tradisi Merariq bukan hanya sebuah ritual pernikahan, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai luhur yang menunjang keharmonisan dan kebahagiaan dalam pernikahan. Nilai-nilai ini sejalan dengan prinsip konseling perkawinan, menunjukkan kearifan lokal Suku Sasak dalam membangun kehidupan pernikahan yang kokoh.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sarana potensial menuju keharibaan Allah. Keberhasilan pendidikan tidak akan terlepas oleh profesionalisme pendidik yang menjadi suri tauladan bagi peserta didik Penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Ada Empat tahap studi pustaka dalam penelitian yaitu menyiapkan perlengkapan alat yang diperlukan, menyiapkan bibliografi kerja, mengorganisasikan waktu dan membaca atau mencatat bahan penelitian. Pengumpulan data tersebut menggunakan cara mencari sumber dan menkontruksi dari berbagai sumber contohnya seperti buku, jurnal dan riset-riset yang sudah pernah dilakukan. Bahan pustaka yang didapat dari berbagai referensi tersebut dianalisis secara kritis dan harus mendalam agar dapat mendukung proposisi dan gagasannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan islam perspektif syed naquib al-attas mencakup makna dan hakekat pendidikan islam, kurikulum pendidikan islam, metode belajar mengajar dalam islam, re-westernisasi dan islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan Al-Attas memberikan gagasan tentang Islamisasi ilmu-ilmu, sebagai upaya untuk mengeliminasi unsur dan konsep pokok yang membangun kebudayaan dan peradaban Barat, khususnya pada ilmuilmu humaniora. Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan menurut Al-Attas, berarti pembebasan ilmu dari penafsiran- penafsiran yang didasarkan pada teologi sekuler dan dari makna- makna serta ungkapan-ungkapan manusia sekuler.

Abstract

Tujuan tulisan ini menguraikan pentingnya pendidikan dalam menggali dan mengembangkan potensi manusia. Pendidikan menjadi fondasi utama dalam pengembangan potensi manusia, memainkan peran kunci dalam membentuk karakter, keterampilan, dan kemampuan individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendekatan ini, potensi naluriah, indrawi, intelektual, dan spiritual peserta didik menjadi fokus utama. Konsep kecerdasan majemuk juga diperkenalkan sebagai cara yang efektif untuk memahami dan menghargai keunikan individu dalam pembelajaran. Model Pendidikan perlu dilakukan secara terpadu dan menyeluruh dalam membentuk individu masyarakat Indonesia yang seimbang dan berkualitas. Perlunya diterapkan pendidikan terpadu supaya adanya substansi saling berkaitan antara tripusat pendidikan secara fungsional dan kausalitas, mulai dari lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan formal di sekolah, hingga pendidikan masyarakat. Dengan mengintegrasikan ketiga model pendidikan ini secara harmonis, dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung perkembangan potensi penuh individu dalam semua aspek kecerdasan. Pengembangan potensi manusia harus dilakukan dengan bijaksana, terarah, dan bertahap agar potensi dapat berkembang dengan optimal.
