Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan materi pembelajaran pada suatu platform e-learning berbasis opensource dan Learning Management System (LMS) sebagai media pembelajaran secara Blended Learning. Pembelajaran dilakukan pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA). Media tersebut diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai suplemen pembelajaran atau alat bantu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Terpadu Daarul Muttaqien Surabaya. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan platform Course Networking untuk mendesain dan mengatur pembelajaran. Prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Dengan 10 tahapan yaitu, (1) Identifikasi kebutuhan instruksional, (2) Analisis Tujuan Instruksional, (3) Mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan konteks awal peserta didik, (4) Penjabaran tujuan instruksional umum ke dalam tujuan instruksional khusus, (5) Mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, (6) Mengembangkan strategi instruksional, (7) Mengembangkan bahan ajar (materi), (8) Mendesain dan menyelenggarakan evaluasi formatif, (9) Revisi instruksional, (10)  Mendesain dan melakukan evaluasi sumatif. Produk pengembangan yang dihasilkan berbentuk (1) model web learning materi ekosistem, dan (2) panduan penggunaan untuk peserta didik dan guru. Pengembangan media ini telah diujicoba pada kegiatan pembelajaran untuk materi ekosistem kelas VII SMP Terpadu Daarul Muttaqien Surabaya semester genap tepatnya pada bulan Maret hingga awal Mei tahun pelajaran 2015. Hasil pengembangan telah divalidasi ahli materi dan ahli media masing-masing mendapatkan prosentase 77,17% dan 77,5%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan hasil pengembangan produk sudah baik dan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Untuk hasil implementasi penggunaan media dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik, digunakan uji T Independen, yang menunjukkan hasil post-test hasil belajar menunjukkan thitung = 2,079 , sedangkan keterampilan kolaborasi thitung = 1,127, dengan ttabel = 2,000 (signifikansi 5%, df=60). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran secara blended learning, yaitu pengembangan materi pembelajaran dalam platform Course Networking tersebut dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, namun belum dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik. AbstractThe purpose of research is to develop learning material on an e-learning platform based on open source and the Learning Management System (LMS) as a medium of learning in Blended Learning course. Learning is done on the subjects of Natural Sciences (IPA) class. Media are expected to be used as a learning supplement and be a learning tool to improve learning outcomes and collaborative skills of students of class VII SMP Integrated Daarul Muttaqien Surabaya. This development research Course Networking platform to design and organize learning. Procedure development of instructional media used development model of Borg & Gall. With 10 stages, namely, (1) identification of instructional needs, (2) Analysis of Instructional Objectives, (3) Identify the characteristics and context of early learners, (4) Translation of instructional objectives general to the specific instructional objectives, (5) Developing assessment instruments, (6) Develop instructional strategies, (7) Develop teaching material (material), (8) Designing and conducting formative evaluation, (9) Revision instructional, (10) Design and conduct summative evaluation. The resulting shaped product development (1) model of learning material web ecosystem, and (2) guidelines for the use of students and teachers. The development of this medium has been tested on learning activities for class VII SMP material Integrated ecosystem Daarul Muttaqien Surabaya precisely semester from March to early May in the academic year 2015. The result of the development of a validated matter experts and media experts each get a percentage of 77.17% and 77.5%. These results show the results of product development has been good and deserve to be used in learning. For the implementation of the use of media in improving learning outcomes and skills of collaborative learners, used the T test Independent, which shows the results of post-test learning results showed t = 2.079, while the skills of collaboration t = 1.127, with table = 2.000 (5% significance, df = 60). This shows that by using media learning blended learning, namely the development of learning materials in the Course Networking platform that can improve student learning outcomes, but has not been able to improve the collaboration skills of learners.

Abstract

Mengetahui tingkat keterampilan berpikir peserta didik menjadi hal penting bagi seorang pendidik guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen tes yang bisa mengukur keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi statistika. Ada tiga tahapan pengembangan yang dilakukan, yaitu define, design, dan develop. Instrumen tes yang dikembangkan telah dikatakan valid validator dengan nilai i-CVI > 0,83 dan s-CVI = 0,95 sehingga memenhuhi kriteria validitas isi. Selanjutnya, instrumen tersebut diujicobakan kepada 38 peserta didik kelas XI SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong untuk menguji validitas konstruk, reliabilitas, daya beda, serta tingkat kesukaran soal. Dari hasil ujicoba tersebut didapat instrumen tes berpikir kritis sudah memenuhi kriteria valid dengan nilai rhitung > 0,320 serta reliabel dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha senilai 0,656. Instrumen tes yang dikembangkan juga memiliki daya beda yang baik dengan nilai indeks daya beda > 0,35 serta tingkat kesukaran sedang dengan nilai indeks tingkat kesukaran yang ada dalam interval 0,3 – 0,8. Namun, subjek uji penelitian ini dibatasi. Untuk menilai kegunaan dan keampuhan instrumen tes yang dibuat untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dari berbagai latar belakang yang lebih luas, diperlukan lebih banyak penelitian dengan peserta dari latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Students and lecturers cannot do direct learning. It is an obstacle in the delivery of material by the lecturer. The purpose of this research is to develop learning in the Digital Learning Learning Media course. This research uses development research—the model development used by ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects are three experts, which include material experts, media experts, learning design experts. The subject of the product trial is students. The methods used to collect data are observation, questionnaires, and tests. The instruments used to collect data are questionnaires and test sheets. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative, quantitative, and statistical analysis. The results of the material expert test are 90% with the "very good" category. 90% "very good" learning design expert test, 90% media expert test in the "very good" category, and 95% student trials in the "very good" category. Based on data analysis, learning media for learning media is proven to be effective in learning. This finding proves a difference between the control class tcount value which is smaller than the experimental class tcount (3,558 < 5,610). The development of online learning can be helpful for students in carrying out learning caused by the limitations of distance and time. This bold course has innovative values, including independent online practice tests using camera simulators equipped with audio and video to make learning more interactive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect teacher recruitment in schools. This research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. In the future, small and medium-sized companies face the challenge of retaining their best human resources to keep working for the company. Aligning individual values with work, organisation, and group is the best way to achieve goals through creative changes in employee behaviour. They found that misinterpretations of cultural roles, stigma, fear and prejudice, low status of educators in the preschool sector, and lack of male recruitment policies influenced male recruitment into the preschool sector. This study concludes that the factors that affect teacher recruitment in schools are education, experience, gender, salary, facilities, working conditions, job satisfaction, career advancement opportunities, location (urban and rural), people organisation, personal motivation, organisational practices, compatibility between personal characteristics and job needs, values, social cognitive career, self-decision, career construction, living space, commitment, teacher competence, social cognitive, sustainable professional development. The recruitment stages at the school are committee formation, socialisation, registration, and selection process, which includes written exams, interviews, and microteaching. After the selection process is complete, qualified teachers are announced. Hiring can run smoothly if supported by facilities, team collaboration, and human resources.

Abstract

Along with advancements in educational technology, interactive e-modules have emerged as a promising innovation expected to enhance the quality of learning across various educational levels. This article aims to review existing literature on the impact of interactive e-module usage on student motivation and engagement in learning. A systematic literature review method was employed, involving a comprehensive search of scholarly articles published between 2022 and 2024. The databases used included Google Scholar, ERIC (Education Resources Information Center), Science Direct, and the Garuda portal. Data were analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. The findings indicate that the use of interactive e-modules positively influences student motivation, particularly in terms of active participation and learning desire. These e-modules foster greater student involvement in the learning process and contribute to making learning more engaging and effective. Several factors affect the effectiveness of e-modules, including appealing module design, interactivity, and accessibility of technology. Overall, interactive e-modules hold substantial potential to improve learning quality by enhancing student motivation.
