Abstract

Tabat barito leaf (Ficus deltoidea) is a single leaf of a sole form, the leaf has round tip with a flat edge and a pointed base. These leaves have a smooth surface, coloured green above and brownish yellow beneath. This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of polar, semi-polar and non-polar compounds contained in Tabat barito leaf extract extracted with solvents of different polarity. The highest bacterial inhibition was also measured against Bacillus substillis which is a gram-positive bacterial. The maceration method uses 3 levels of solvents with different polarities, started with a non-polar solvent (n-hexan), a semi-polar solvent (ethyl acetate) and finally macerated with a polar solvent (methanol). The bacterial activity test was done with diffusion method. The results showed that the Tabat Barito leaf extract contained antibacterial compounds that were non-polar, semi-polar and polar. The highest inhibition of the hexane extract at concentration 15% with a clear zone diameter of 22.33 mm in very strong inhibition category against Bacillus substilis bacteria

Abstract

Tujuan: Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan masa kerja dengan  kinerja  perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di RSUD di Banjarmasin. Metode: penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Cross Sectional. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah perawat di 6 ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam, pinere, anak, bedah, bayi, dan nifas yang berjumlah 65 orang perawat pelaksana. Dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil: dari penelitian ini dengan Uji Spearman Rank pada variabel  Pengetahuan (P-value 0,000) dan dan variabel masa kerja (P-value 0,000) Dalam Pedokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD di Banjarmasin. Simpulan Bagi pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan selalu meningkatkan kinerja perawat yang baik untuk pelayanan kesehatan khususnya perawat dalam pelaksanaan  pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dan melakukan kepada pasien, kinerja perawat sangat berpengaruh penting dalam menyelesaikan tugas keperawatan seperti pelaksanaan discharge planning di rawat inap. Agar menimbulkan kualitas yang baik bagi mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Fenomena kurang percaya diri sering terjadi pada mahasiswa DIII Keperawatan yang sedang berpraktik klinik, hal ini terlihat dari mahasiswa merasa kurang memiliki keberanian maupun sering merasa gagal dan gugup saat melakukan prosedur tindakan keperawatan. Rasa takut berbuat salah atau kurang percaya diri akhirnya akan berdampak pada minimnya pengalaman klinik mahasiswa selama di lahan praktik. Adanya hubungan yang baik antara preseptor dan mahasiswa akan mampu membantu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan akan berdampak pada kemampuan mahasiswa dalam melakukan prosedur tindakan selama mahasiswa tersebut berpraktik.Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan pendampingan preseptor terhadap rasa percaya diri mahasiswa ketika melakukan prosedur keperawatan di Rumah Sakit. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 orang mahasiswa DIII KeperawatanHasil: Hasil uji statistik menggunakan chi square didapatkan nilai ρ = 0,585 α = 0,05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pendampingan preseptor terhadap rasa percaya diri mahasiswa ketika melakukan prosedur keperawatan di Rumah Sakit.Simpulan: Pihak institusi pendidikan memiliki andil yang besar dalam rangka memberi kesempatan kepada mahasiswanya untuk mempraktekan prosedur tindakan keperawatan di laboratorium keperawatan sebelum terjun langsung praktik di rumah sakit sehingga dalam diri mahasiswa sudah tertanam rasa percaya diri yang tinggi dan nantinya mampu melaksanakan tindakan keperawatan baik didamping preseptor ataupun tidak Kata Kunci: Mahasiswa, Preseptor, Rasa Percaya Diri The Relationship of Preseptor Mentoring to Students Confidence When Doing Nursing Procedures In Hospital Background: The phenomenon of lack of self-confidence often occurs in DIII Nursing students who are practicing clinically, this can be seen from students feeling less courageous and often feeling failed and nervous when carrying out nursing procedures. The fear of making mistakes or lack of confidence will ultimately have an impact on the lack of clinical experience for students while in practice. The existence of a good relationship between the preceptor and the student will be able to help increase self-confidence and will have an impact on the student's ability to carry out action procedures while the student is practicing.Purpose: to determine the relationship between tutor mentoring and student self-confidence when carrying out nursing procedures at the hospital. The sample in this study was 45 students of DIII Nursing.Results: The results of statistical tests using chi square obtained a value of = 0.585 = 0.05, this indicates that there is no relationship between the mentoring of receptors on the students' self-confidence when performing nursing procedures at the hospital.Conclusion: The educational institution has a big role in providing opportunities for students to practice nursing action procedures in the nursing laboratory before going directly to practice in the hospital so that students have high self-confidence and will be able to carry out nursing actions either accompanied by a preceptor or not.. Keywords: Confidence, Precept, Student

Abstract

Permasalahan stunting pada anak/balita harus bisa diatasi sehingga dampak negatif dari stunting bisa ditangani dengan baik. Dalam menanggulangi masalah stunting perlu adanya kerjasama lintas sektoral diantaranya melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan serta peran serta masyarakat dalam mengatasi masalah stunting. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui edukasi/pendidikan kesehatan dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan sehat dari bahan lokal. Adapun hasil kegiatan didapatkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dengan meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting dan masyarakat mampu mengolah bahan makanan lokal yang bisa didapatkan dengan mudah tetapi memiliki manfaat yang besar dalam pencegahan stunting

Abstract

ABSTRACT The quality of health services will influence the level of patient satisfaction. This will also have an influence or impact on health facilities such as community health centers. Based on data from WHO in 2020, it is estimated that between 5.7 and 8.4 million people die every year in low and middle income countries due to low quality health services. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the level of satisfaction of outpatients in the Di Kota Banjarmasin Community Health Center working area in 2024. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design. The population of this study was the number of outpatients seeking treatment in January 2024, 2,172 people. The sample was 96 respondents using the Accidental Sampling sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet on the quality of health services and the level of satisfaction which was tested using Spearman rank. The p value was 0.001 < α value 0.05 and it could be concluded that he Quality of Health Services has an effect on the Level of Satisfaction of Outpatients in the Work Area of the Banjarmasin City Health Center. in 2024. , it is hoped that it can provide input or information for the Community Health Center to improve the quality of health services and increase patient satisfaction. Keywords: Quality of Heakth Services, Helth Center, Satisfacion Level  ABSTRAK Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan akan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien. Hal itu juga akan memberikan pengaruh atau dampak bagi fasilitas kesehatan seperti puskesmas. Berdasarkan data dari WHO pada tahun 2020, diperkirakan antara 5,7 hingga 8,4 juta jiwa meninggal setiap tahunnya di negara-negara berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah karena rendahnya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Di Kota Banjarmasin tahun 2024. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah jumlah pasien rawat jalan yang berobat pada bulan Januari 2024 sebanyak 2.172 orang. Sampel sebanyak 96 respondendengan teknik pengambilan sampel Accidental Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar kuesioner kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan tingkat kepuasan yang diuji dengan Spearman rank didapatkan nilai p value 0,001 < nilai α 0,05 dan dapat disimpulkan  Kualitas  Pelayanan Kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Banjarmasin tahun 2024, diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan atau informasi bagi pihak Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan, Puskesmas, Tingkat Kepuasan

Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan salah satu indikator dalam pelayanan di rumah sakit. Asuhan keperawatan yang baik harus melalui proses keperawatan dari pengkajian sampai dengan pendokumentasian. Dalam pembuatan asuhan keperawatan perlu adanya standar, maka dengan itu perlu adanya panduan asuhan keperawatan. Panduan asuhan harus menyesuiakan dengan Standar Nasional Akredetasi Rumah Sakit (SNARS) edisi 1.1 dan Standar Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI), Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI) dan Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI). Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman perawat tentang Panduan Asuhan Keperawatan (PAK) dan menyusun Panduan Asuhan Keperawatan (PAK) sesuai Standar Nasional Akredetasi Rumah Sakit (SNARS) Edisi 1.1. Metode/Pendekatan melakukan workshop dan pendampingan penyusunan panduan asuhan keperawatan (PAK) yang di ikuti 13 orang perawat. Hasil kegiatan perawat mampu memahami dan menyusun 10 panduan asuhan keperawatan (PAK) sesuai dengan SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI.

Abstract

Background: Interaction between people is facilitated by communication. The self concept might take on a positive or negative form. Gen Z is unique among current generations. Not just for the social structure they have come up in, but also for their spending habits, which differ from other generations. Objective: to investigate the possible relationship between generation Z nursing students' interpersonal communication skills and their self concept. Methods: A cross-sectional approach to correlation analysis was used in the research technique. The instruments were questionnaires and observations. The research sample consisted of 70 seventh semester preprofessional nursing students from Banjarmasin, selected using a total sampling technique. The Spearmen Rank Correlation test was utilized in this investigation. Results: indicated that 95.7% of students exhibited a good self concept, whereas 78.6% of students had intermediate levels of interpersonal communication abilities. The statistical test results showed a significant link (p < 0.05) between nursing students' self concept and their interpersonal communication skills. Conclusion: Students have a positive self concept, but clinical practice experience and social media influence their interpersonal communication skills. Suggestion: It is necessary to develop a program to improve both the positive nursing student’s self concept and teaching learning methods suitable for Z generation nurses to their communication abilities.

Abstract

Abstract All health workers, especially nurses, must comply with the Covid prevention health protocol 19 especially hand washing and the use of PPE. One important factor influencing nurse compliance is the nurse's motivation. This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and nurse compliance in implementing the Covid-19 health protocol. This study used a cross-sectional design. The population was all nursing staff in the Covid 19 isolation room of a private hospital in Banjarmasin, totaling 30 people, taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was using Spearman Rank. The results showed that there was a relationship between motivation and nurse compliance in implementing the Covid-19 health protocol at Banjarmasin Private Hospital with a value of ? = 0.000 and the strength of the relationship was very strong (r = 0.996). Socialization or training regarding the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol needs to be carried out for all nurses working in the Covid-19 isolation room.
