Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara konsentrasi herbisida glifosat dengan konsentrasi surfaktan dan pengaruhnya dalam mengendalikan gulma di perkebunan kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Agro Karya Prima Lestari, Perkebunan Kuayan yang terletak di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September sampai November 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan setiap perlakuan diulang tiga kali, faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi herbisida glifosat, yang terdiri atas empat aras, yaitu 2,72 g/liter air (G1), 2,04 g/liter air (G2), 1,36 g/liter air (G3), dan 0,68 g/liter air (G4). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi surfaktan A-134, yang terdiri atas tiga aras, yaitu 0% (K1), 1% (K2), dan 2% (K3) dalam 1 liter air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi nyata antara konsentrasi glifosat dengan konsentrasi surfaktan A-134, hanya pada pengamatan tingkat kerusakan gulma minggu kedua setelah aplikasi. Penambahan surfaktan A-134 pada herbisida glifosat dengan konsentrasi rendah menyebabkan kerusakan gulma secara nyata sama dengan konsentrasi yang lebih tinggi. Peningkatan penambahan surfaktan A-134 menyebabkan daya kerja herbisida glifosat pada berbagai konsentrasi semakin meningkat, sehingga menyebabkan kerusakan gulma yang semakin besar.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan sangat berperan penting di Indonesia, biasanya Pendidikan dapat diperoleh lewat jalur sekolah. Melalui sekolah para peserta didik memiliki kesempatan untuk mempelajari berbagai mata pelajaran baik umum maupun agama di bawah bimbingan guru masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kegiatan Jum’at Taqwa sebagai upaya dari pada pencegahan paham radikalisme pada siswa kelas VII SMP Islam Al-Husna yang berlokasi di Kampung. Pasir Nangka, Kecamatan. Tigaraksa, Kabupaten. Tangerang, Provinsi. Banten. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif, yang dimana metode ilmiah ini menitikberatkan pada pengamatan terhadap kehidupan sosial di lingkungan tertentu, menggunakan interaksi langsung dengan individu terkait, dan memahami istilah-istilah sesuai budaya serta konteks sosial mereka. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Jum’at Taqwa di SMP Islam Al-Husna dirancang sebagai aktivitas rutin setiap hari Jum’at yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman agama yang benar, mempromosikan toleransi antar umat beragama, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran akan bahaya radikalisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam membangun wawasan keagamaan siswa yang lebih baik. Selain itu, upaya ini dinilai efektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung kerukunan dan mencegah paham-paham ekstrem di kalangan pelajar. Faktor pendukung dari keberhasilan kegiatan ini meliputi dukungan yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah, para guru, orang tua siswa, serta komunitas masyarakat setempat, yang semuanya berkontribusi untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pembelajaran nilai-nilai keagamaan dan kebangsaan.

Abstract

Marketing of educational services in the digital era has undergone a fundamental transformation due to shifts in prospective student behavior and increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to comprehensively examine the dynamics of educational services marketing in the digital era, focusing on shifting strategies, the role of social media, and their implications for educational institutions. This research is based on a literature review with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation techniques from research articles published since 2023 in accredited scientific journals, which were then analyzed using qualitative content analysis techniques to synthesize the findings. The results show that the unique characteristics of educational services—such as intangibility and variability—demand the adaptation of marketing strategies from traditional to more personalized and data-driven digital models. Marketing is no longer just about promotion but also about building strong relationships with online communities. Social media has proven to be a crucial tool in building a digital brand and reputation through authentic content and proactive interactions. The study concludes that the success of educational institutions in the digital era depends heavily on their ability to holistically integrate digital strategies, manage their online reputation, and prioritize the student experience. Thus, adapting digital marketing is no longer an option but a necessity to ensure the sustainability and relevance of the institution.

Abstract

Affective assessment instruments are an important component in education which aims to measure aspects of students' attitudes or behavior, which includes spiritual and social attitudes. Based on Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, as well as Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, learning assessment must include aspects of attitude (affective), knowledge (cognitive), and skills (psychomotor). The type of research used in this research is qualitative research using the Library Research method or a research method that uses theories from books that support and are relevant to affective learning assessment instruments in shaping student character. The research results show that choosing the right learning instruments, especially in the affective domain, really helps teachers in shaping students' character, so that they can improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes as an improvement in the quality of education. The attitude scale models that can be used include the Bogardus Scale, Thurstone Scale, Guttman Scale, and Likert Scale

Abstract

The education quality assurance system in Indonesia, which is regulated in Minister of National Education Regulation Number 63 of 2009, covers many things, including quality limits, quality assurance objectives and quality level references, among others the oldest in several articles. The ultimate goal of ensuring the quality of education is the high intelligence of human life and the nation as envisioned in the Preamble to the Constitution. This study was carried out using a library study method which focused on searching for sources through books, journals and available literature. The approach used in this writing uses a qualitative approach. The aim of this study is to find out how to manage or manage quality in Islamic educational institutions as well as tips for creating and maintaining quality Islamic educational institutions. The research results show that it is in accordance with the concept of quality in education which includes input-process-output elements. So education quality control is also directed at input, process and output aspects. The quality of educational institutions will be realized if all existing systems in educational institutions are oriented towards improving the quality of educational institutions, one way is through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). Through the application of TQM, efforts to build a quality-oriented organizational culture structure can be realized in accordance with the expected competency targets.

Abstract

This research explores the role of Human Resources (HR) in education marketing in the Society 5.0 era, where HR has a crucial role in developing relevant and innovative marketing strategies. Using the qualitative research method of literature study, the research includes identifying key elements in the role of HR, determining scope boundaries, and selecting library sources through various trusted information sources. Analysis of findings was carried out using a thematic approach, organizing and analyzing findings from the literature to identify emerging patterns, trends and qualitative aspects. The research report compiles key concepts and a conceptual framework, detailing the role of HR in education marketing in the Society 5.0 era. It is hoped that this research will contribute to understanding the importance of human resources in the context of educational marketing which continues to develop.
