Abstract

In general, learning in elementary schools does not use innovative learning models so that students are less creative. Science learning emphasizes student involvement in the active learning process and trains students to think critically and objectively. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is a learning strategy that provides opportunities for students to think more critically, actively and learn independently so that student learning outcomes will increase. Learning by applying the Problem Based Learning model has had an influence with an effect size price of 0.75% on science learning outcomes in grade IV SDN 12 Pontianak Selatan. There is a significant difference in science learning outcomes between groups of students who are taught using the PBL learning model and groups of students who are taught with conventional learning, this shows that the application of the PBL learning model affects the science learning outcomes of grade V elementary school students.

Abstract

Pada umumnya pembelajaran di sekolah dasar kurang menggunakan model pembelajaran yang inovatif sehingga siswa kurang kreatif. Pembelajaran IPA menekankan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang aktif dan melatih siswa untuk berfikir kritis dan objektif. Modelpembelajaran Problem Based Learning(PBL) merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang memberikan kesempatan pada siswa untuk berfikir lebih kritis, aktif dan belajar secara mandiri sehingga hasil belajar siswa akan meningkat.Pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning telah memberikan pengaruh dengan harga effect size sebesar 0,75%terhadap hasil belajar IPA di kelas IV SDN 12 Pontianak Selatan. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan modelpembelajaran PBL dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD di Gugus XV Kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran2013/2014. Berdasarkan data yang ada dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa SD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy and demographic factors in Central Lombok society both simultaneously and partially on Islamic financial planning. In this study the population is the people of Central Lombok. The sample in this study amounted to 100. Central Lombok community respondents. This research method is quantitative research. The type of research used is causal associative. The data analysis used is SPSS, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, t test, f test and determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the Islamic financial literacy variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial planning. This can be seen from the t-count value of 17.699 t-table of 1.984 with a significance value of 0.001 0.05. Demographic factor variables partially have a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial planning. This can be seen from the t-count value of 12.699> t-table of 1.984with a significance value of 0.001<0.05. While simultaneously obtained the value of f-count 232.524and f-table 3.09 has a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial planning with a f-count value of 232.524,3.09 f-table and a significant probability value of 0.001<0.05. So it can be concluded that the variable (X1) (X2) simultaneously significant effect on (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the investigation carried out by the PPA Unit of the Riau Police of Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the crime of sexual abuse of children and the efforts made by the PPA Unit of the Riau Police of Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 Pandemic in tackling the crime of sexual harassment. against children. This type of research uses empirical legal research methods carried out by the PPA Unit of the Riau Police Pekanbaru. The data obtained is primary data by using interview techniques with the head of the PPA Unit Polda Riau Pekanbaru. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively using deductive methods, and then presented descriptively. The results of the research obtained are that the investigation carried out by the PPA Unit of the Riau Police of Pekanbaru in the crime of sexual abuse of children during the Covid-19 Pandemic is by conducting an investigation in accordance with applicable legal rules and carried out with the principle of systematic law enforcement. In addition to this, the PPA Unit of the Riau Police of Pekanbaru coordinates and cooperates in investigations with several relevant stakeholders with criminal acts of sexual abuse against children during the Covid-19 Pandemic. With the efforts made by the PPA Unit Polda Riau Pekanbaru in tackling the crime of sexual abuse against children is a preemptive effort, namely by giving an appeal with an approach to the community against the dangers that arise in sexual abuse of children. The next effort is a preventive effort by means of supervision and prevention by conducting routine patrols during the day and also at night by collecting data, and the last effort is a repressive effort by means of law enforcement related to the crime of sexual abuse of children.

Abstract

Humanities education is one of the Islamic education that aims to straighten the way of thinking of society to be more humane, cultured and civilized. In humanities education, humans are expected to be more moral, social and civilized. Based on Islamic education sourced from the al-qur’an and hadith, this research was made in order to find out the education of the humanities in the al-qur’an and hadith. The method used is qualitative, with the type of literature review. From the results of the research that has been obtained, it can be said that humanities education is a science that can elevate humans to be more humane. In the al-qur'an and hadith, it is revealed that in establishing human life, it must be carried out by cultivating a meek attitude, not hard-hearted and not oppressing or degrading each other, because the position of every human being is the same.

Abstract

Developing a curriculum that is in accordance with the times is one of the efforts made to improve the quality of education. The education system is expected to realize students to be able to have the ability to think critically, solve problems, be creative, innovative, communication skills, collaboration skills, search skills, management skills, skills to convey information and skills to use information and technology needed today. Based on the policy of the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture, the Independent Curriculum is expected to create a happy learning atmosphere for both teachers and students. The method used in this research is qualitative through literature, namely by tracing the sources of writing that have been made previously to solve the problems discussed in a study. The results of this study indicate that in curriculum development, educators play an important role. The professionalism of educators when teaching in class is one of the things that can show the increasing quality of learning with the curriculum development used.

Abstract

The concept of Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness) is a new concept that was born in the RKUHP, where Judges are given the authority to forgive perpetrators of criminal acts even if they are proven guilty. The aim of this research is to find out how the concept of Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness) is used in criminal traffic accidents. The main problem in this research is how to apply the Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness) concept in traffic accident criminal cases and what are the weaknesses of the Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness) concept in the perspective of Indonesian criminal law. The research method used is normative juridical with techniques for searching legal materials by means of library studies, documentation studies and the internet. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the concept of Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness) can be applied to traffic accident cases if it meets the requirements based on the provisions of RKUHP Article 54 paragraph (2) "The severity of the act, the personal condition of the perpetrator, or the circumstances at the time the crime was committed and the what happens later can be used as a basis for consideration for not imposing a crime or not imposing humanitarian action." Not opposing the sense of justice for victims and not opposing the norms that exist in society. The concept of Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness) is in line with the theory of Restorative Justice, which was used in the decision of the M. Rasyid Amrullah Rajasa case. The Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness) concept has a weakness, namely that it can give rise to new problems, especially if the Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness) concept is implemented in criminal case decisions, namely that there are no types of decisions that are not in accordance with the substance of this principle. It can be concluded that none of the types of decisions regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code are in accordance with the concept of Rechterlijk Pardon (Judge's Forgiveness).

Abstract

Lembaga perkawinan merupakan lembaga yang mengesahkan hubungan antara seorang laki-laki dengan seorang wanita dalam sebuah perkawinan. Tujuan perkawinan adalah untuk membentuk rumah tangga yang bahagia lahir dan batin. Namun tidak selamanya tujuan perkawinan ini. Dalam berbagai tindak pidana klekerasan dalam rumah tangga terdapat bentuk-bentuk tindak kekerasan, yang meliputi: Kekerasan fisik,Kekerasan psikis, Kekerasan seksual, Penelantaran rumah tangga. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat memberikan solusi terhadap masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dalam hal perlindungan terhadap kekerasan didalam rumah tangga. Faktor Penyebab Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga.Dalam berbagai perkara kekersan dalam rumah tangga, faktor penyebab nya adalah ekonomi dan perkembangan teknologi, apakah dalam hal ini media sosisal dan tontonan.

Abstract

The education quality assurance system in Indonesia, which is regulated in Minister of National Education Regulation Number 63 of 2009, covers many things, including quality limits, quality assurance objectives and quality level references, among others the oldest in several articles. The ultimate goal of ensuring the quality of education is the high intelligence of human life and the nation as envisioned in the Preamble to the Constitution. This study was carried out using a library study method which focused on searching for sources through books, journals and available literature. The approach used in this writing uses a qualitative approach. The aim of this study is to find out how to manage or manage quality in Islamic educational institutions as well as tips for creating and maintaining quality Islamic educational institutions. The research results show that it is in accordance with the concept of quality in education which includes input-process-output elements. So education quality control is also directed at input, process and output aspects. The quality of educational institutions will be realized if all existing systems in educational institutions are oriented towards improving the quality of educational institutions, one way is through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). Through the application of TQM, efforts to build a quality-oriented organizational culture structure can be realized in accordance with the expected competency targets.
