Abstract

The process of managing sales transactions, inventory, and financial records at PT Hayaa Investama Group is still done manually. This causes the work process to be less efficient and risks causing recording errors. This condition indicates the need for the implementation of a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system that can support the company's operational activities more effectively, especially in terms of ease of use. This study aims to design the interface and user experience of the web-based Point of Sale system at PT Hayaa Investama Group using the Design Thinking method. This method is implemented through five stages, namely Empathy, Definition, Ideation, Prototype, and Testing. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with employees and company owners to obtain an overview of user needs. The result of this study is a High-Fidelity prototype equipped with features for managing transactions, inventory, suppliers, purchases, sales, and reports. Prototype testing was conducted using Maze Usability Testing and resulted in a score of 80% from 9 respondents with 7 block missions. The test results indicate that the developed system design is quite easy to use and can be understood by users

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat dan harus dikelola dengan baik untuk menjamin ketersediaan serta kualitasnya. Pengelolaan layanan air bersih umumnya dilakukan oleh lembaga penyedia air, salah satunya adalah PAM Tirta Tempino. Namun dalam operasionalnya, lembaga ini masih menghadapi kendala pada proses pencatatan pemakaian air, pengelolaan data pelanggan, dan penanganan pengaduan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Kondisi ini berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan informasi, ketidaktepatan data, dan kurangnya transparansi layanan. Selain itu, belum tersedia sistem yang mampu memantau tingkat kekeruhan air secara realtime. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan sensor kekeruhan untuk mendukung proses kerja PAM Tirta Tempino. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development melalui beberapa iterasi. Sistem yang dihasilkan menyediakan fitur pencatatan pemakaian air, pengelolaan pelanggan, pengaduan, pembayaran, serta monitoring kekeruhan air secara realtime. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh 31 fungsi sistem berjalan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, efisiensi operasional, dan kualitas layanan pada PAM Tirta Tempino.

Abstract

The utilization of web-based information systems has been widely adopted to facilitate easier user access to information. Specifically, PAM Tirta Tempino requires a system to manage customer meter recording data and monitor water turbidity quickly and accurately. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based Information System for Recording and Monitoring Water Turbidity that ensures accessibility for users anytime and anywhere. The system development utilizes the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The result of this research is a web-based information system architectural design modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), allowing users (Head, Officer, and Customer) to manage and view data according to their respective access rights. Furthermore, the design was verified using the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), yielding valid results which demonstrate that the design fulfills all specified requirements.

Abstract

PAMTIRTA Tempino is an institution that provides clean water services in the Tempino area. The process of recording water use and monitoring water turbidity is still done manually, making it prone to recording errors and making it difficult to monitor the water quality distributed to the community. This study aims to design a website-based water turbidity recording and monitoring system by focusing on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) aspects using the Design Thinking method. The research follows five stages of Design Thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data collection involves observation and in-depth interviews with PAMTIRTA officers. The results include a design with key features such as digital water meter recording, turbidity monitoring dashboards, and complaint services. The prototype was tested using Maze and the System Usability Scale (SUS), achieving a score of 80.1 and falling into the "Good" category (grade B). These results demonstrate that the UI/UX design effectively provides an easy-to-understand, operationally suitable, and efficient solution for PAMTIRTA Tempino's water recording and turbidity monitoring needs. This design offers a ready-to-implement solution to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of clean water services in the Tempino area.

Abstract

Desa Tangkit Baru, yang dikenal sebagai sentra produksi nanas di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar melalui produk olahan nanas dan agrowisata. Namun, pelaku usaha lokal menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti rendahnya literasi digital, promosi yang lemah, dan desain kemasan yang kurang menarik, sehingga membatasi jangkauan pasar dan daya saing produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terletak pada perlunya peningkatan kapasitas UMKM desa dalam pemasaran digital dan inovasi produk untuk mendukung Gerakan Nasional Bangga Buatan Indonesia (BBI). Tanpa intervensi yang tepat, potensi ekonomi lokal sulit berkembang optimal di era digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberdayakan pelaku usaha lokal melalui pelatihan digital marketing, pendampingan branding dan kemasan produk, serta penguatan pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai strategi pemasaran utama. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi, khususnya bagi generasi muda dan pelaku UMKM di desa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman digital masyarakat. Program ini juga mendukung indikator kinerja utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi melalui pelibatan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan di luar kampus serta penerapan hasil penelitian di masyarakat.
