Abstract

The increase in trade tariffs is a serious challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in maintaining the competitiveness of their products in domestic and international markets. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and practical skills to MSMEs about adaptive and sustainable marketing strategy innovations. Socialization is carried out through workshops and interactive discussions involving MSMEs from various sectors. The material presented includes the use of digital media, increasing product branding, market diversification, and competitive pricing strategies. The activity results show an increase in participants' knowledge in implementing innovative marketing approaches and awareness of the importance of digital transformation in dealing with external pressures such as increasing trade tariffs. Thus, this activity is expected to strengthen MSME resilience and encourage sustainable business growth. This activity also opens up opportunities for further collaboration between academics and MSMEs in developing strategic solutions based on real needs in the field.

Abstract

The influence of website-based tracking system, quality of logistics services and complaint handling on customer satisfaction in cargo delivery services is a scientific article of literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between independent variables on the dependent variable that will be used in further research. The research object is in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The research method with library research is sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. Qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article: 1) the influence of website-based tracking system affects customer satisfaction; 2) the quality of logistics services affects customer satisfaction; and 3) complaint handling affects customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Loading and unloading Costs has an effect on Re-use Intention; 2) Vessel Arrival Punctuality has an effect on Re-use Intention; and 3) Container Availability has an effect on Re-use Intention.

Abstract

The influence of Cost Efficiency in Logistics, Information Technology, and Service Quality Impact on Supply Chain Performance. is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to develop a hypothesis about the influence between variables that will be used in future research. The research objects are from online libraries such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online platforms. The research method uses library research sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this article: 1) Cost efficiency in logistics affects supply chain performance .; 2) Information technology affects supply chain performance.; and 3) Service quality affects supply chain performance.

Abstract

Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Tiket dan Citra Perusahaan adalah faktor-faktor yang menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Ketika memilih layanan transportasi, pelanggan sangat memperhatikan aspek tarif sebagai faktor utama. Metode penulisan artikel tinjauan pustaka dilakukan melalui Kajian Pustaka dan Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis, yang dianalisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang bersumber dari platform online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan berbagai aplikasi akademis di internet lainnya. Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis didefinisikan sebagai langkah untuk menemukan, mengevaluasi, dan menginterpretasikan seluruh bukti riset yang ada dengan tujuan memberikan jawaban atas pertanyaan penelitian yang spesifik. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in a freight tracking system at a freight forwarding company. By connecting various physical devices such as sensors and GPS, IoT provides great potential to improve efficiency and visibility in the supply chain. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review. This research analyses the concrete benefits of implementing IoT, including improved tracking accuracy, route optimisation, and reduced delivery time. The results show that IoT can be an effective solution to overcome challenges in the modern logistics industry.

Abstract

The effect of Infrastruktur transportasi yang memadai, Manajemen dan perencanaan logistik yang efektif and Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi on Kelancaran Logistik is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Adequate transportation infrastructure has an effect on smooth logistics; 2) Effective logistics management and planning has an effect on smooth logistics; and 3) Utilization of information technology has an effect on smooth logistics.
