Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the employees’ development and motivation towards the performance of PT. Transporindo Agung Sejahtera employees. The method used in the study was quantitative method. The data analysis technique was using the multiple linear regression. The population was taken as the samples from the company of 35 employees. The result shows that there is a positive and significant effect of employees’ development and motivation towards the performance of the company’s employees.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the internal and external factors faced by NAM AIR and formulates the strategy to increase the Load Factor. The method was qualitative with observation technique, interview, library research, and SWOT analysis. The result shows that IE matrics for external factors evaluation is 3.04 and the internal is 2.91. It means that NAM AIR is in quadrant II. While NAM AIR is in quadrant I based on the Grand Strategy matrics of strength and weakness factors (1.23) and opportunity and threat factors (0.86). Both results conclude that the best formulated strategy is market penetration.

Abstract

This research was conducting in 2005 to analyse the need of Garuda Indonesia to join airlines alliance. Situational analysis is conducted illustrating where Garuda Indonesia in 2005. In the external environment, Garuda can look forward to and hence prepare for the ASEAN open skies to commence operation as soon as this decade. At the core of the report following the Garuda SWOT analysis (indicating the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and strengths), the strategic plan, and Garuda’s ambition is identified as being to be the strongest carrier in Asia Pacific within next five years.  The strategic solution is provides two alternatives, to join an alliance group- supporting material further emphasises the importance of this move, and the other option is to not join an alliance and have the Indonesian carrier rather capitalise on seeking and/or maintaining current bilateral agreements with other carriers.
