Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (CAR), which is research based on problems that arise in the learning process. The basis of this class action research departs from the beginning of the study of learning the Koran in class, the results are discussed with the homeroom teacher, class and group of teachers to diagnose the situation in the classroom, then planned, and systematically reflect with various alternative actions to overcome the problems of students in order to improve and enhance the ability to read the Koran. While the purpose of this study is intended: first to find out whether the method of Jibril is an appropriate learning method in improving the ability to read Al Koran for students of takhassusul koran Darul Hikmah. And secondly, to find out whether the method of Jibril can improve the ability to read Al-Koran students tahsin children takhassusul koran institute Darul Hikmah. From this research it can be seen that (1) the Jibril method is an appropriate learning method in improving the ability to read the Koran tahsin students children takhassusul koran institute darul hikmah, (2) the Jibril method can improve the reading ability of the Koran tahsin students children of the superstitious koran darul hikmah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yaitu penelitian yang didasarkan pada permasalahan yang muncul dalam proses pembelajaran. Dasar penelítian tindakan kelas ini berangkat dari awal peneliti terhadap pembelajaran Al Qur'an dikelas, hasilnya didisikusikan dengan, wali kelas, dan kelompok guru Al Qur'an untuk mendiagnosis keadaan dalam kelas, selanjutnya direncanakan, dan melakukan refleksi secara sistematis dengan berbagai tindakan alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan siswa dalam rangka memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Qur'an. Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini dimaksud;pertama untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui apakah metode jibril merupakan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Qur’an siswa tahsin anak lembaga takhassusul qur’an darul hikmah. Dan kedua untuk mengetahui apakah metode jibril dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Qur’an siswa tahsin anak lembaga takhassusul qur’an darul hikmah. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa (1)Metode jibril merupakan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Qur’an siswa tahsin anak lembaga takhassusul qur’an darul hikmah, (2)Metode jibril dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Qur’an siswa tahsin anak lembaga takhassusul qur’an darul hikmah.

Abstract

The world of education today must be treated and managed professionally, because of the increasingly intense competition, educational institutions will be abandoned by consumers or society if managed soberly. Islamic boarding schools are non-profit educational institutions engaged in educational services. With increasingly fierce competition, like it or not, every school must carry out good management in order to provide the best service, because if this is not the case, then consumers or the public will easily look for other institutions that are more profitable and promising. So the management with the best management is needed. This study has the objectives, (1) To determine the effect of Islamic boarding school management on the discipline of students at Pondok Pesantren Al Aqobah 4 Jombang. (2) To determine the effect of the performance of the pesantren supervisor on the discipline of students at the Al Aqobah Islamic Boarding School 4 Jombang. (3) To find out the influence of pesantren management and the performance of the pesantren supervisors on the discipline of students at Al Aqobah Islamic Boarding School 4 Jombang. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of research ex post facto. The sample in this study were 186 students as respondents, using probability sampling using simple random sampling technique. Data acquisition was carried out using a distributed questionnaire in the form of 40 (forty) statement items. And using data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that. (1) There is a partial influence between the management of the pesantren on the discipline of the students. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test finding a significance value of T = 0,022 < 0,05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) There is no partial influence between the performance of the pesantren supervisors on the discipline of the students. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test finding a significance value of T = 0,318 > 0,05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. (3)There is a  simultaneous influence between the management of the pesantren and the performance of the pesantren supervisors on the discipline of the santri. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test finding a significance value of F = 0.51 > 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is.accepted

Abstract

With the open access to information in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the rapid development of technology, teachers are no longer the main source of learning. This requires teachers to use technology in the learning process. With the presence of gadgets that they carry everyday, they can be utilised for learning activities. The purpose of this activity is to improve teacher competence in developing digital classroom design using the google classroom application. The methods used were lectures, questions and answers, discussions, group practices, guidance services, simulations and group presentations. The results obtained show that the fourth grade teachers of elementary school in Burneh District as training participants have skills in developing digital classroom design using google classroom applications from the beginning of the learning process to learning evaluation

Abstract

This study evaluates a training program designed to enhance the competence of religious educators, known as "penyuluh agama" in Indonesia, in utilizing ICT-based media for religious education. The program, conducted in Bangkalan Regency, aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to develop and manage effective religious education media in the digital age. A needs assessment was conducted to inform the curriculum development, which covered fundamental aspects of ICT, introduction to ICT-based media, technical skills, and effective communication strategies. The training employed interactive workshops and provided ongoing support to participants. Evaluation results indicated significant improvement in participants' understanding and utilization of ICT-based media for religious education, as well as fostering a strong sense of community among them. This study highlights the effectiveness of ICT-based media training in empowering religious educators to adapt to the evolving needs of the community and expand the reach of religious education in the digital age.

Abstract

Clinical supervision serves as a powerful coaching method to enhance teacher professionalism by providing intensive guidance and direct, actionable feedback from supervisors. This study specifically examines the implementation of clinical supervision at Madrasah and assesses its influence on improving teachers’ professional competencies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was gathered through structured observations and in-depth interviews with participating teachers and supervisors. Findings reveal that structured and consistent clinical supervision significantly bolsters teachers' understanding of effective teaching methods, enriches their instructional skills, and elevates overall classroom quality. Additionally, the direct interaction between supervisors and teachers allows for constructive feedback that is instrumental in helping teachers identify both their strengths and areas for development, fostering a reflective practice. Support from supervisors further motivates teachers to continually enhance their competencies in alignment with evolving educational demands. This study highlights that clinical supervision is not only an evaluation tool but also a developmental framework that positively impacts teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah, aligning their practices with both academic and religious education standards.

Abstract

Community service activities aim to provide solutions to teachers in dealing with students who lack interest and enthusiasm in the learning process, provide material to teachers regarding the application of joyful learning in the learning process and assist Madrasas in improving the quality of human resources which previously experienced obstacles by several factors such as the difficulty of carrying out training due to internal funding, limited creative learning training activities for teachers at Madrsah Ibtidaiyah. In this service, the Asset Bassed Community-Driven Development (ABCD) approach is used with preparation, implementation and reporting methods. Based on the results of implementing Community Service activities at MI Aisyatul Wahidah, it can be concluded that this training can provide increased understanding of Joyful Learning, increase Teacher Ability in Designing Joyful Learning and improve the Quality of Learning by Teachers in each Class by implementing the Joyful Learning integrated with media, methods and learning models according to the material to be presented in class.

Abstract

In the industrial era 4.0 and advanced technology like today, teachers are faced with very tough challenges, especially PAI teachers, whose learning requires a clearer and more concrete picture. In this era, sources of information or learning are very easy to obtain, learning models and media are very innovative and formal education is required to produce quality students. This research is about how the independent learning program and its implementation in PAI learning for class X at SMA Darul Hikmah Burneh Bangkalan , aims to find out about the independent learning program and its implementation in PAI learning in increasing the critical thinking of class X students at SMA Darul Hikmah Burneh Bangkalan . This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field study methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research on the implementation of the independent learning program in PAI class X at SMA Darul Hikmah Burneh Bangkalan , learning includes 3 aspects (intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular). With learning media using teaching modules, power points and computers.

Abstract

The development of the times is increasingly rapid with the existence of technology that continues to run dynamically. This does not close efforts to upgrade human resources and products in banking to attract customers. The creation of superior human resources with the right strategy makes its own points for a financial institution. In addition, the existence of a good strategy is of course based on field data and also surveys in advance about what and how consumers want to be interested in a product. This study aims to determine the influence of Tabah marketing strategy (Mudharabah Savings) on Customer Interest at KSPPS BMT NU Socah Bangkalan Branch. This type of research is a simple quantitative linear regression with a sample of 24 respondents, using, using a Likert scale, with a sampling technique, namely Propability Sampling with a type of Simple Random Sampling. Based on the results of the study, the discussion shows that the independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable. This can be seen from the results of the Tcount Test 2,726 greater than the significant level of 0.05. Keywords: Steadfast Marketing Strategy, Customer Interest

Abstract

Perbankan Syariah ialah suatu badan usaha yang fungsinya sebagai penghipunan dan menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat, yang sistem dan mekanisme kegiatan usahanya berdasarkan hukum Islam yang diatur dalam Al- Qur‟an dan Hadits. dan salah satu contohnya adalah BMT-UGT Nusantara Capem Burneh. BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Burneh berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keuangan masyarakat yang membutuhkan uang untuk usahanya atau kebutuhan lainnya. yang meluncurkan Gadai Emas, produk simpanan berjangka untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan memperluas produknya diperlukan adanya promosi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatifkoefisien regresi variabel X (Promosi Gadai Emas) adalah sebesar 0,337 (b 0,337). jika variabel X terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1 satuan pada variabel Y juga akan meningkat sebesar 0,337. T Hitung sebesar 1,641 dan nilai T Tabel sebesar 1,710. Karena nilai T Hitung ≥ T Tabel, maka hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima.uji koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,109, yang setelah diubah dalam bentuk proporsi menjadi 10,9%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Y dipengaruhi sebesar 10,9% oleh variabel X. Sementara itu, sebesar 80,1% pengaruh terhadap variabel Y dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Para pihak terkait disarankan untuk meningkatkan strategi promosi Gadai Emas yang diterapkan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat konsumen, Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, disarankan untuk mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan atau metode analisis lain dalam membahas pengaruh promosi gadai emas terhadap nasabah. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dan menyempurnakan aspek-aspek yang belum tercakup dalam penelitian ini, sehingga hasil penelitian menjadi lebih komprehensif dan lebih mendekati kesempurnaan.
