Abstract

The millennial generation is a generation whose birth date ranges from 1982 to 2002 (Strauss & Howe, 1991). The millennial generation tends to use their money for consumptive activities. If this is not controlled properly it will have an impact on financial management activities. Financial planning is an important thing to learn, especially for young people (millennial generation) because good financial behavior can improve living standards, reduce the risk of financial disaster, invest optimally and accumulate wealth within a certain period of time. This research aims to prove the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on financial behavior in the millennial generation in Bima City. This research uses a quantitative approach using a purposive sampling method for sampling. The data analysis method uses SPSS software. The research results show that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial behavior, while lifestyle has a negative effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

Konsep tentang strategis dalam menciptakan nilai, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan saling berhubungan satu dengan lainnya. Hubungan antara nilai pelanggan dan loyalitas dipengaruhi pula oleh karakteristik produk dan pola pembeliannya. Jika pembelian merupakan suatu kegiatan rutin (habit) maka kemungkinan pelanggan akan loyal kepada merek/UTAMART. Penelitian ini menganalisis pola hubungan antara variabel nilai dari kinerja produk, tingkat kepuasan (adequate dan desired) dengan loyalitas pelanggan Rompo Kec. Langgudu. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Usaha Utamart dalam meningkatkan nilai, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang cenderung analisis induktif, proses penelitian dan pemberian makna terhadap informasi yang lebih menonjol dengan susunan bentuk narasi yang bersifat kreatif dan mendalam serta naturalistik. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis pengolahan data yang di gunakan yaitu, menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan dengan penarikan kesimpulan atau verification. Dengan tujuan memaksimalkan potensi sumberdaya nelayan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang di inginkan dan utamart akan memberikan kepuasaan kepada para nelayan atau pelanggan dari hasil yang di dapatkan oleh nelayan. Utamart hadir ingin menjawab permasalah tersebut. Utamart hadir ingin memberikan harga yang terbaik pada tingkat nelayan dengan melakukan kerja sama yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan survei terhadap kontribusi pajak parkir yang ada di daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kontribusi pajak parkir terhadappendapatan asli daerah. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Survei dilakukan pada Badan Pengelola Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan kontribusi pajak parkir di daerah bma pada tahun 2022 mencapai sebesar Rp.22.209.803.703,00, pada tahun 2023 mencapai sebesar Rp.26.567.809.962,00 dan pada tahun 2024 mencapai sebesar Rp.14.111.000.000,00. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat kontribusi penerimaan pajak parkir di daerah bima dapat dikatakan cukup mampu untuk berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah bima dengan uraian yang terjadi pada tahun 2022 yaitu persentase sebesar 1,7%. Pada tahun 2023 merupakan persentase paling tinggi yang terjadi sebesar 1,8%. Pada tahun 2024 mendapatkan persentase paling rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 1,3%. Hal tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kontribusi pajak parkir terhadap pendapatan asli daerah masih belum mendapatkan pencapaian yang maksimal. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digitalization on optimizing the receipt and distribution of zakat funds at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the polemics over the free lunch program which raises the discourse on the utilization of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) funds, as well as the importance of transparent, targeted, and sharia-compliant ZIS fund management. Digitalization is seen as a strategic solution in improving the efficiency and accountability of ZIS fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach with a secondary data analysis method from the financial and operational reports of the central BAZNAS and 26 provincial BAZNAS during the period 2022-2024. Data were obtained through documentation, exploration of the BAZNAS Information Management System (SiMBA) database, and study of related literature. Preliminary results show that the application of digital technologies such as e-wallet, marketplace, SIMZIS, and artificial intelligence has increased the number of muzakki, accelerated fund distribution, and strengthened transparency. However, challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and low technological literacy are still major obstacles. This research is expected to provide strategic recommendations for the development of more inclusive and effective digitalization of zakat institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the influence of mobile banking, lifestyle and financial literacy on tabzir attitudes in students of Muhammadiyah University of Bima. This study uses an associative quantitative approach. A sample of 365 respondents was selected through purposive sampling technique from a population of 4,191 students. The results of the study indicate that mobile banking and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on students' tabzir attitudes. Conversely, financial literacy has a negative but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, mobile banking, lifestyle and financial literacy have a significant effect on tabzir attitudes in students of Muhammadiyah University of Bima. This study contributes to Islamic economic literature by integrating the concept of tabzir in the perspective of the Qur'an with the theory of consumer behavior and digital finance. These findings recommend the need for structured financial education for students, especially in the use of mobile banking.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving the local economy in Madawau Village, Madapangga District, Bima Regency. MSMEs are one of the sectors that have a major contribution to national and local economic growth, especially in creating jobs, increasing community income, and encouraging village economic independence. The research approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological design, through in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors and the local community. The results of the study show that MSMEs in Madawau Village are able to increase community income by 20-30% per year, create jobs, and encourage innovation and creativity in the village community. However, the development of MSMEs in this village still faces challenges both internally, such as limited capital, skills, and business management, and externally, such as market competition and access to financing. Therefore, support is needed from the government, financial institutions, and community participation in strengthening the MSME ecosystem so that it can become a driving force for a sustainable local economy.
