Abstract

Rahn atau gadai merupakan salah satu bentuk akad tabarru (sukarela), yaitu sebuah akad yang tujuan utamanya adalah untuk menolong dan membantu kesulitan orang lain dan bukan merupakan akad profit atau usaha mencari keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perspektif hukum Islam terhadap praktek gadai sawah di Desa O’o kecamatan Dompu kabupaten Dompu. Adapun jenis penelitian field research dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa praktik pelaksanaan akad gadai tanah sawah dilihat dari sisi sighat akadnya tidak sah dan tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Ketidaksahan tidak menentukan sampai kapan waktu gadainya. Mengenai pemanfaatan barang jaminan secara penuh oleh pihak penerima gadai tidaklah sah karena adanya unsur eksploitasi serta tidak memelihara nilai-nilai keadilan dan kemaslahatan

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam hal ini peneliti mendeskripsikan Peran Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Kasabua Ade dalam meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Anggota. Peneliti melakukan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dalam mengumpulkan data. Peneliti melakukan pengecekan ulang terhadap data yang diperoleh dan menggunakan teknik triangulasi, dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan kevalidan data. Setelah itu, menganalisisnya melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Kasabua Ade ini memberikan peranan yang sangat besar dalam mensejahterakan anggotanya. Bentuk kesejahteraannya yaitu memberikan kemudahan pelayanan, membantu membiayai pendidikan anak, jaminan kesehatan, dan adanya pelatihan-pelatihan/workshop agar kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatatif dan bersifat deskriptif analisis. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bima merumuskan langkah-langkah strategi promotion mix yaitu periklanan, penjualan perorangan, publisitas, promosi penjualan, dan pemasaran sporships. Dalam strategi promosi Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bima menggunakan media elektronik seperti internet sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bima juga mempunyai Instagram dan Facebook sendiri. Akan tetapi strategi promosi melalui media cetak masih belum maksimal dilakukan. Strategi promosi Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bima dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan prinsip ekonomi Islam dalam berpromosi dan etika bisnis Islam yang terdiri dari kejujuran, amanah, keadilan, dan istiqomah. Dinas Pariwisata sudah menjalankan prinsip Islam dengan benar sesuai dengan syariat Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat implementasi undang-undang zakat nomor 23 tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat di LAZISMU Kota Bima. Penelitian ini mengambil 3 (tiga) responden yang terdiri dari satu perempuan dan dua orang laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi undang-undang zakat nomor 23 tahun 2011 di LAZISMU Kota Bima belum sepenuhnya terealisasi. Subjek merasa belum mampu merealisasikan karena ada beberapa kendala yang di hadapi, diantaranya seperti mental masyarakat yang konsumtif dan juga terkendala personil atau pengurus yang mengawasi program seperti itu.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penguatan sumber daya pengelola koperasi syariah di Kota Bima yang difokuskan pada akad-akad operasional Koperasi Syariah. Metode pengabdian berbentuk workshop dengan langkah-langkah pre test, pembobotan, diskusi dan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa, pertama, aplikasi akad Syariah Koperasi Syariah di Kota Bima hanya terbatas pada beberapa akad. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, seperti, keterbatasan dana, tidak amanahnya penerima manfaat akad, dan keterbatasan pemahaman pengelola terhadap akad Syariah. Kedua, pengelola Koperasi Syariah di Kota Bima sebagai peserta merasa terbantu dengan kegiatan ini karena tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan kompetensi melainkan juga menjawab keraguan operasional koperasi mereka.

Abstract

In the processing of salted fish, there are still obstacles causing a lack of sales, so income does not meet expectations. The hope for processing salted fish is that it can be better managed so that sales can be maximized and income will be better. The type of research used in this research is field research. The data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research method uses qualitative methods. First research results, after processing salted fish, the community experienced an increase in income. Second, the factors that influence the increase in the creative economy are creativity and innovation. These two factors influence people's income levels. Third, the implications of the existence of the creative economy have a positive impact on society which increases people's income. Fourth, the processing of salted fish is from the Islamic economic perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of productive zakat on the development of MSMEs in the Bima City Community. The MSME actors referred to in this study are members of independent business groups in the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bima City. This study is a field research using a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, interviews and direct documentation to the objects concerned. The data validity technique uses triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the productive zakat program provided by the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bima City empowers mustahik by providing business capital, training skills, and providing assistance. So that mustahik (MSME actors) achieve financial independence and improve their standard of living in a sustainable manner. The positive impact of productive zakat is very broad, mustahik who were previously trapped in poverty, slowly rose with their growing businesses. Their income increased, new jobs were created, and the family's standard of living was raised. Then the productive zakat of BAZNAS Bima City has a great impact on MSMEs in the Bima City community, including opening up business opportunities for MSME actors, reactivating MSMEs whose businesses previously experienced a decline in Bima City and increasing the creativity of MSME actors in Bima City.

Abstract

Economic actors in Bima City, especially MSMEs, have great potential to optimize digital technology to expand market access. However, the level of technology adoption among them is still relatively low, as most still rely on traditional marketing methods such as direct sales and local markets. So the research aims to determine the role of digital technology in increasing market access for MSME actors in Bima City. This research is located in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Then the Data Analysis Technique is Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing or Verification. Then Test Data Credibility namely Member Check, Cross Check, Triangulation and Reference Material. Based on the results of his research, it shows that digital technology now acts as a major driver in changing the way MSMEs operate in Bima City. Through the utilization of the internet, e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital payment systems, MSME players can expand market coverage without regional restrictions. This digitalization not only improves business efficiency, but also strengthens brand image and expands consumer networks, making technology an essential part of business development strategie.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Facebook as a marketing strategy in reaching consumers in the digital economy era. The quantitative research approach emphasizes that the problems studied are more general and have a wide area, as well as a complex level of variation. Practically, this finding confirms that Facebook is one of the social media that has a strong influence in the development of marketing strategies, both in terms of building brand awareness, increasing customer interaction, and expanding market reach. Companies or business actors who utilize Facebook optimally have a great opportunity to create marketing strategies that are more effective and responsive to market needs. This study provides an overview that the use of social media, especially Facebook, has an important role in supporting more effective marketing activities. The existence of Facebook not only functions as a communication platform, but also as a strategic tool that is able to reach consumers widely and quickly. With the right approach, social media can be an integral part of the planning and implementation of modern marketing strategies. This finding underlines the importance of digital transformation in the business world, as well as encouraging the integration of information technology in promotional activities to create sustainable competitive advantages.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the influence of mobile banking, lifestyle and financial literacy on tabzir attitudes in students of Muhammadiyah University of Bima. This study uses an associative quantitative approach. A sample of 365 respondents was selected through purposive sampling technique from a population of 4,191 students. The results of the study indicate that mobile banking and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on students' tabzir attitudes. Conversely, financial literacy has a negative but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, mobile banking, lifestyle and financial literacy have a significant effect on tabzir attitudes in students of Muhammadiyah University of Bima. This study contributes to Islamic economic literature by integrating the concept of tabzir in the perspective of the Qur'an with the theory of consumer behavior and digital finance. These findings recommend the need for structured financial education for students, especially in the use of mobile banking.
