Abstract

Basic health services for the community are community health centers which have Health Service Units (UKP). UKP provides general health services to the community, which has many polyclinics and is interconnected with doctors, patients and administration. So far, in processing service data, there have been difficulties in general polyclinic units when receiving patient information, which is still done by recording it in a book, so there are often errors in information in patient registration services that should be received by the polyclinic that corresponds to the target polyclinic. The storage of patient data based on poly is not yet organized because the files that are stored and archived do not exist in each unit, so that when presenting data and searching you have to confirm who is archiving it, making it difficult for the data or information service department and services to be hampered. The method used in this research is the Waterfall method. This service system uses the waterfall method. The service system provides benefits in inputting and presenting data, searching for patient data such as registering online, then checking medical records to go to the clinic, online medical record results and viewing prescription information, then doctors can meet patients who carry out examinations. This system can provide good benefits and increase effectiveness and efficiency in health services for the surrounding community.

Abstract

Achievement ambassadors are school icons who are able to be role models and be a good instance to others and share information about the school’s potential with the wider community so that they are interested in the school. The selection of achievement ambassadors at SMK Negeri Sumsel is still subjective (individual) based on the jury’s assaessment. With this subjective assessment process, the author encountered a problem, by the frequent occurrence od miscalculations in determining achievement ambassadors. Based on the problem, the author designed and implemented a decision support system for selecting achievement ambassadors using a simple multi attribute rating method as a calculation method and a prototype as a system development method. By creating this application, the author hopes to be able to overcome that accur during the process of selecting achievement ambassadors.

Abstract

Pramula High School is one of the schools in the city of Palembang. Many of the students at this school are economically disadvantaged, Pramula High School and the Pramula Foundation provide social assistance to less fortunate students. However, the assessment process is still carried out manually which takes a long time and the assessment results can still be manipulated by irresponsible individuals so that the provision of assistance is not on target to those in need. The aim of this research is to create a decision support system for providing assistance. which can provide fair results as an assessment for providing assistance so that it is right on target and shortens the calculation process, creating a system using the TOPSIS method as a calculation method, the prototype method is used as a system development method. The results of this TOPSIS calculation will produce fair values and values that have been sorted from largest to smallest. The system can provide accurate score results and cannot be manipulated so that schools can provide social assistance on target.

Abstract

Abstract

Microplastics are plastic particles with a size less than 5 mm which pose a growing concern in terms of ecotoxicology in aquatic environments and human health. Despite the widespread presence of microplastic pollution in land, water, and air, these environments are often viewed in isolation, although they are intricately interconnected. This study endeavors to examine the existing scientific literature pertaining to microplastic research across various environmental compartments and identify research gaps to shape future priorities. Scientific papers addressing microplastic pollution, published between 2014 and 2023, have been identified in the Web of Science database. Original research articles categorized under Environmental Sciences, Marine/Freshwater Biology, Toxicology, Multidisciplinary Sciences, Environmental Studies, Oceanography, Limnology, and Ecology in the Web of Science are chosen for a detailed investigation into microplastic research in seas, estuaries, rivers, lakes, soil, and the atmosphere. The selected papers for seas, estuaries, rivers, and lakes are further categorized based on (i) occurrence and characterization, (ii) uptake by and effects on organisms, and (iii) issues related to fate and transport. The findings indicate that, despite significant scientific research on marine microplastics, our understanding of the extent of microplastic pollution in continental environments, including rivers, lakes, soil, and air, as well as the associated environmental interactions, remains limited.
