Abstract

The aim of this study was analyzing the influence of bibliotherapy on verbal enhancement in school-aged children.The design of this research is quasi-experimental research with one group pre test-post test design. The population in this study are all students of grade 4.5 and 6 SD Negeri Bangunsari 02 Mejayan with the number of samples of 34 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection by giving questionnaires before and after given bibliotherapy. Data processing with editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. Analysis using  two t sample statistic test paired with error rate 5% (0,05).The results showed that before given bibliotherapy the average score for verbal creativity was 94.08 with a standard deviation of 9.80. After being given bibliotherapy the average score for verbal creativity was 99.88 with a standard deviation of 8.80. The result of the analysis showed p value (0,001) and this is smaller than alpha 0,05 so H1 accepted.The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of bibliotherapy to increase verbal creativity in school age children.Keywords:bibliotherapy, verbal creativity, school-age

Abstract

Socialization is an ability that pre-school children must have in order to build good interaction with their friends in school. In fact 70% of pre-school children yet unable to make socialization in school. The purpose of this study is explaining the influence of flannel story telling play stimulation method to the socialization of pre school children. The design of this study is Quasi Experiment. All of the pre-school children that experiencing lack of socialization in TK. Dharma Wanita Persatuan RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang become the population. Non Randomise Sampling method is used, with 32 respondent, 16 children used as treatment group and 16 others as the control group. The independent variable was flannel story telling play stimulation method and the dependent variable was the socialization. Data was analized by Wilcoxon Sign Rank test and Mann-Whitney test with significance rate 95% (α = 0,05). The result showed that flannel story socialization improvement (p = 0,000), playing activity according to the curriculum didn’t improve the pre-school children socialization significantly (p = 0,157), there are difference between control group and after treatment group socialization with Mann-Whitney test (p = 0,004). Flannel story telling play stimulation method could improve socialization ability of telling play stimulation method influences the pre-school childrens pre-school children significantly. This playing activity can be used as the pediatric nursing care cast, to treat children with socialization problems. Keywords : Flannel playing method, Socialization, pre-school

Abstract

Intelligence is the highest ability possessed by humans. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of play continuing story therapy on plural intelligence in preschool children at TK DWP 2 Lawang General Hospital. The design in this study was Quasi Experiment (Pre and Post-test nonequivalent control group). The affordable population is all pre-school age children in Dharma Wanita Persatuan 2 Kindergarten Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Malang Malang East Java who have problems with multiple intelligence problems as many as 45 children, the sample in this study amounted to 32 children. Analysis of paired data (pre and post-test) on the multiple intelligence variable used the Wilcoxon sign rank test. Mann Whitney Test to test the differences in plural intelligence in the control group and the treatment group after giving treatment. If the statistical test results obtained p <0.05, then H1 is accepted, it means the research hypothesis is accepted. The results showed play stimulation Continuing Story increased plural intelligence in pre-school age children in TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan 2 RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang (treatment group) p-value = 0,000, Play activities according to the curriculum at school increased plural intelligence in preschool-age children Dharma Wanita TK Kindergarten Unity 2 RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang (control group) p-value = 0.007, Plural Intelligence Improvement with play stimulation Continuing Story is higher than the play activities according to the curriculum in the Mann-Whitney Test school p-value = 0,000. This research concludes that there is an effect of play therapy continuing story on plural intelligence in preschool children in TKP DWP 2 RSJ Lawang.

Abstract

Pendahuluan Diabetes melitus (DM) dapat menyerang semua organ tubuh, penyakit ini sering disebut dengan the great iminator. Diabetes melitus tipe II mengalami regulasi gula darah acak yang tidak stabil yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai keluhan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe II sebelum dan sesudah terapi bekam di Dusun Dawu Desa Dawu Kecamatan Paron Kabupaten Ngawi. Metode Rancangan penelitian ini deskriptif observasional. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe II sebelum dan sesudah terapi bekam. Populasi seluruh responden diabetes melitus sebanyak 40 responden. Sampel pasien diabetes melitus tipe II sebanyak 12 responden. Teknik sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian Terapi bekam terhadap perubahan nilai kadar gula darah acak sesudah pemberian terapi bekam selama 1 kali terapi pada responden diabetes melitus tipe II, hampir seluruh responden turun sebanyak 9 responden (75%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada perubahan kadar gula darah acak pada diabetes melitus tipe II sebelum dan sesudah terapi bekam di Dusun Dawu Desa Dawu Kecamatan Paron Kabupaten Ngawi. Saran Bagi responden diabetes mellitus tipe II dapat menfaatkan terapi bekam sebagai terapi alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol kadar gula darah agar tetap stabil. Abstract

Pendahuluan, Nyeri sendi sering dikeluhkan oleh lansia terutama yang memiliki kadar asam urat yang tinggi. Tujuan, penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh terapi murottal terhadap tingkat nyeri pada lansia yang mengalami hiperurisemia di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha Kabupaten Jombang tahun 2019. Desain, Penelitian ini berbentuk pre eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest posttest. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 53 lansia dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 47 lansia, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah terapi murottal dan variabel dependen adalah tingkat nyeri pada lansia yang mengalami hiperurisemia. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah VAS (Visual Analog Scale) dan lembar observasi, kemudian pengolahan data dimulai dari editing, coding, scoring, dan tabulating. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon (α = 0,05). Hasil, penelitian didapatkan, tingkat nyeri sebelum terapi murottal diperoleh bahwa sebagian lansia mengeluhkan nyeri ringan (10,6%), hampir seluruhnya mengeluhkan nyeri sedang (61,7%) dan sebagian lagi mengalami nyeri berat (27,7%). Tingkat nyeri sesudah terapi murottal diperoleh bahwa sebagian lansia mengeluhkan nyeri ringan (61,7%) dan sebagian lagi mengeluhkan nyeri sedang (38,3%). Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan p = 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa p<0,05. Kesimpulan, dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh terapi murottal terhadap tingkat nyeri pada lansia yang mengalami hiperurisemia. Kata kunci: hiperurisemia, nyeri, terapi murottal.

Abstract

Pendahuluan, Masalah hipertensi pada lansia dikarenakan adanya riwayat hipertensi dalam keluarga, kelebihan berat badan yang diikuti dengan kurangnya kepatuhan dalam diet, dikarenakan perubahan secara global dengan mudahnya mendapatkan makanan siap saji membuat konsumsi sayuran segar dan serat berkurang, kemudian konsumsi garam, lemak, gula dan kalori yang terus menerus meningkat. Tujuan, penelitian ini adalah Menganalisa Pengaruh senam Yoga terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi. Desain, penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen one group pre test post test desaign. Populasinya semua lansia hipertensi di Desa Plandi Kecamatan Jombang Kabupaten Jombang yang berjumlah 68 orang. Tehnik sampling menggunakan simple random samplingdengan sampelnya sejumlah 20 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasidengan pengolahan data editing, coding, scoring, tabulating dan uji statistik menggunakan Wilcoxona = 0,05. Hasil, penelitian tekanan darah pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi sebelum senam yogaadalah termasuk dalam kategori sedang sejumlah 14 responden (70%). Tekanan darah pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi sesudah senam yoga adalah termasuk dalam kategori normal tinggi sejumlah 11 responden (55%). Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi p = 0,00 <a (0,05), sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan, Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Pengaruh senam Yoga terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi. Kata Kunci : Hipertensi, lansia, tekanan darah, yoga.

Abstract

Pendahuluan, Masalah perilaku anak dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue adalah membuang sampah sembarangan serta masih ditemukannya tempat perindukan dan perkembangbiakan nyamuk. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmenganalisa pengaruh terapi bermain peran terhadap perilaku anak dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue. Desain, penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen one group pre test post test design. Populasi semua siswa kelas 3-5 yang berjumlah 54 orang dengan jumlah responden 48 anak, Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proporsional stratified random sampling. Variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah terapi bermain peran dan variabel depeden adalah perilaku anak dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue.Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan skenario dengan pengolahan data editing, coding, scoring, tabulating dan uji statistik menggunakan Wilcoxon a= 0,05. Hasil, penelitian perilaku anak dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue sebelum terapi bermain peran sebagian besar negatif sejumlah 29 responden (60,4%).Perilaku anak dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue sesudah terapi bermain peran hampir seluruhnya positif sejumlah 37 responden (77,1%). Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan p = 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa p<0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh terapi bermain peran terhadap perilaku anak dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue. Kata Kunci :  Bermain Peran, Demam Berdarah, Perilaku

Abstract

The role of parents in stimulating play for their children is very important and influential in the development of children. The COVID-19 pandemic situation that is happening all over the world makes parents, feel worried and anxious if their children are infected with this dangerous virus. The impact of this problem is the occurrence of developmental delays in preschool children. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship parents role in play stimulation and the development of preschool children during the covid 19 pandemic at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten, Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang Hospital. The research design used cross sectional analytic. The population in this study were parents who had preschool children at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten, RSJ Dr Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang. The sample as many as 38. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The independent variable is the role of parents and the dependent variable is the development of preschool children during the Covid 19 pandemic. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data processing by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and analysis using Spearman's Rank test with alpha 0.05. The results of this study were obtained from 38 respondents, mostly (52.6%) the role of parents was good, most (68.4%) development was according to the age of the child. Spearman rank test shows that the significance value = 0.001 < (0.05), so H1 was accepted. The conclusion is that there is relation of parents role in play stimulasion to preschool development during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Gadgets play a major role in the development of the times and help humans in completing all kinds of matters better. Starting from learning, looking for entertainment, to communicating with others. However, the impact of using this gadget too often is certainly not good, both for health and mental impact. The low level of social support received by parents of children who are addicted to gadgets is a trigger for parental depression at various levels and symptoms. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and depression in parents who have children addicted to gadgets at Candimulyo Elementary School, Jombang Regency. The design of this study uses a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all parents who had children at SDN 1 Candimulyo, Jombang Regency, as many as 160 people with a sampling technique using simple random sampling and a sample of 104 people. Data processing editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the Rank Spearman statistical test. with alpha (0.05). The results showed that almost half of the parents of addicted children received low social support, with a total of 36 people (34.6%), while almost half of the depression levels experienced major depression, with some 46 people (44.2%). The results of statistical tests using the Spearman Rank test obtained a value of p = 0.000, if α = 0.05 then p <α which means H1 is accepted. In conclusion, there is a relationship between social support and depression in parents who have children addicted to gadgets
