Data for January 2024 also shows 6 new cases. The accumulation from 2008 to January 2024 reached 930 cases spread across all sub-districts, including 62 cases in Nguter District. The purpose of this activity is to increase the awareness of the people of Tanjung Village about HIV/AIDS, reduce stigma against ODHA, and encourage an inclusive and empathetic attitude towards ODHA. Target achievement is measured through the level of active community participation in activities and the distribution of campaign materials. The method used is a participatory method, which involves the community directly in various. activities, such as healthy walks, joint gymnastics, herbal medicine drinking movements, distribution of educational posters and stickers, and free health checks. This activity was held on August 25, 2024 at Latar Ombo, Pencol, Tanjung Village, with participants coming from various circles, ranging from children to adults, and attended by village officials and sub-district officials. The results of the activity showed a success of 80% based on program indicators, marked by high community participation in the entire series of events, the exhaustion of all posters, stickers, and herbal medicine distributed, and the crowded health checkpoints. The community shows high enthusiasm and a better understanding of HIV/AIDS. In conclusion, this campaign is effective in raising awareness and reducing stigma against ODHA in Tanjung Village. Abstract

Work in the informal sector, such as weaving, has high health risks due to the repetitive nature and static positions required. Weavers often experience Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) due to sitting too long in front of the loom for about 8 hours. This condition causes muscle contractions in the shoulders and neck, reduces blood flow, and causes pain and fatigue. A study of two sarong weaving industries in Dalangan Village found that 70% of 10 workers complained of low back pain. Many workers work with non-ergonomic positions and inappropriate equipment. Improvements in work attitudes are needed so that workers' health and productivity are maintained. This study aims to determine the relationship between work attitudes and MSDs disorders in the central craftsmen of the weaving industry. This research is a quantitative study using observational analysis method with cross sectional approach. The population was 35 from 4 locations with a sample of 35 respondents taken using total sampling technique. Assessment for work attitudes using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and for Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) experienced using the Nordic Body Map (NBM). The results of the Spearman correlation test showed no significant relationship between work attitudes and musculoskeletal complaints with a p-value = 0.261 (p < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.195 which is included in a weak correlation with a positive direction. The study shows there is no significant relationship between work attitude and musculoskeletal disorders in weaving industry workers. Routine ergonomics education is recommended to prevent complaints and maintain sustainable occupational health.

Abstract

Eye fatigue is a common condition often experienced by workers in the textile industry when their eyes feel very tired due to prolonged and continuous use in low light conditions. Among textile workers in Dalangan Village, Tawangsari, Sukoharjo, 100% of the 10 respondents experienced eye fatigue due to insufficient lighting intensity that did not meet the standard (300 Lux). This study aims to investigate the relationship between lighting intensity and eye fatigue among textile workers in the central textile industry in Dalangan Village, Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. This is a quantitative study using observational analysis with a cross-sectional approach. Lighting intensity was measured using a lighting measurement observation sheet with a Lux Meter, while eye fatigue was measured using a questionnaire. The study population consisted of 35 workers, and the sample was selected using total sampling. Based on the results of the chi-square test analysis, a significant relationship was found between lighting and eye fatigue among textile workers, with a p-value of <0.05 and a p-value of 0.039. The analysis yielded a PR value of 0.727, meaning that respondents with inadequate lighting have a 0.727 times higher risk of experiencing eye fatigue compared to respondents with adequate lighting. We recommend that weaving workers pay more attention to eye health and ensure that the lighting levels used comply with standards.
