Cinema Kreatif Design Pekanbaru is a business entity in the field of camera rental services and photo studio equipment. The existing rental system is not yet effective, even though it already uses computers in processing data, but only uses Microsoft office applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and companies experience obstacles in managing and processing data that is increasingly increasing. Errors in recording camera data and photo studio equipment that are rented and returned. This study aims to help companies provide information to customers or tenants about the specifications of cameras and photo studio equipment that they want to rent online by building a camera rental application and web-based photo studio equipment at the Cinema Kreatif Design Pekanbaru. The method used in making the application is the waterfall method, and the data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and literature. As a tool of analysis and design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language used is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database. The results of the study can be concluded that with the application of camera rental and photo studio equipment, it is expected to help employees of Cinema Kreatif Design Pekanbaru in managing tool data, customer data, member data, rentals, returns and can reduce errors in the process of recording data and reduce errors in manufacturing report.

Archiving incoming and outgoing mail is very important in an organization, especially for institutions such as SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru. The filing of letters at SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru is still done by writing incoming and outgoing letters on the agenda book and storing letters in filing cabinets, making it difficult to find old letter archives and often losing letters. The purpose of this research is to find the right solution so that the archiving of incoming and outgoing mail at SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru is more effective and efficient by making an application for archiving incoming and outgoing mail. The method used in this research is the system development model method, namely the Waterfall Model. The application design and analysis model uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model which is an object-oriented language or OOP (Object Oriented Programming). Application development and development uses a static programming language, namely PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor) and MySQL as application database. The results of the research on the making of incoming and outgoing mail archiving applications are very helpful and easier for SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru in filing incoming and outgoing mail, especially the Administration (School Administration) section because letter archiving is already stored in the database. The conclusion is that the application is very easy and helpful in archiving incoming mail and this letter is evident from the user's assessment of the application with a value of 92% more effective and efficient.

Current technological developments have an impact on the application of technology in the field of education, especially in the learning process. SMA Negeri 1 Cirenti is a school located in Riau Province, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The learning process in SMA Negeri 1 Cirenti which has been done in a conventional way, namely the teacher explains the subject matter based on books and other supporting media such as material about the introduction of culture in Riau Province. The material is very important for students to preserve culture and customs in the future, and so that the material is more interesting, the use of technology as a learning media that can be accessed wherever students are. Smart phone technology can be utilized in the education sector by creating applications that are capable of supporting learning media. The purpose of this study is to design and create an Android-based mobile phone application as an application for learning introduction to culture in Riau Province. Making this application uses a prototype development method with eclipse software and java programming language, as well as for testing applications with the blackbox method. The results of this study are applications that introduce educative and interactive culture of Riau Province based on Android to students and teachers with applications that can be directly installed on a smart phone.

Menulis dan menyusun karya ilmiah menjadi suatu yang wajib bagi seorang mahasiswa tidak terkecuali mahasiswa STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru, permasalahannya yang sering muncul dalam menyusun karya ilmiah adalah dalam melakukan sitasi sumber referensi untuk menyusun daftar pustaka mahasiswa tidak mengetahui secara baik dan benar serta tidak sesuai standar atau style yang telah ada. Mahasiswa melakukan sitasi sumber referensi dan menyusun daftar pustaka dengan mengetik secara manual. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pelatihan melakukan sitasi sumber referensi dan menyusun daftar pustaka yang baik, dan benar yang sesuai standar atau style serta otomatis menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara daring (online) menggunakan room flatform google meet dengan metode ceramah dan praktikum dengan mempresentasikan cara install aplikasi mendeley sampai melakukan sitasi dan menyusun daftar pustaka/referensi. Pengukuran pengenalan Aplikasi Mendeley sebelum pelatihan melalui kuesioner Evaluasi menghasilkan bahwa mahasiswa mengatakan tidak mengenal aplikasi mendeley 60,6% dan mengenal aplikasi mendeley 39,4%. Respon mahasiswa setelah pelatihan, mengatakan aplikasi mendeley mudah digunakan 97% dan sulit digunakan 3%. Selain itu mahasiswa akan menggunakan aplikasi mendeley dalam penyusunan Karya Ilmiah (Makalah/Laporan Kerja Praktek/Skripsi) dengan menjawab Ya: 91% dan Tidak: 9%. Kesimpulannya mahasiswa memahami dalam menggunakan aplikas mendeley dengan baik 52% dan 48% memahami, tetapi masih ada kendala.

The development of advanced Information Technology by greatly improving human thought patterns. This home security problem can be overcome with a security system that can be delivered to homeowners via SMS notification (Short Message Service) compilation of plow sensors accepting people who enter the compilation house when it is installed and the system is in standby and the alarm will sound and the sound module has been designed to provide information about the movement in the house. To minimize this crime, the need for tools that can help improve home security. Based on the overall system test results in accordance with the desired that the security system can be used in a supported system, where when the PIR sensor supports movement the buzzer will sound, the red LED lights up, the sound module issues the expected voice message and the GSM module will send a message to the homeowner's mobile number. PIR sensor will work optimally if the object is detected by humans with a maximum distance of 6 meters. While for animals (cats), the success is only 40%, and plants cannot be detected at all by the PIR sensor and the GSM module will send a verification message to the cellphone owner in less than 1 minute. Kurikulum di Indonesia sudah mengalami perkembangan sejak periode sebelum tahun 1945 hingga kurikulum tahun 2006 yang berlaku sampai akhir tahun 2012 lalu. Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum baru diterapkan oleh pemerintah untuk menggantikan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan. Prinsip utama pengembangan kurikulum 2013 adalah didasarkan model kurikulum berbasis kompetensi dengan standar kompetensi lulusan yang ditetapkan untuk satu satuan pendidikan, jenjang pendidikan dan program pendidikan. Selain memiliki prinsip utama, kurikulum 2013 memiliki tiga aspek penilaian, yaitu aspek pengetahuan, aspek keterampilan, dan aspek sikap dan perilaku. Setiap kategori penilaian guru diwajibkan untuk memberikan uraian deskripsi berdasarkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami setiap mata pelajaran. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan kemudahan pengolahan rapor serta dapat menghasilkan laporan yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu dikembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan data rapor berbasis web menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dengan framework Bootstrap. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pengolahan rapor kurikulum 2013 dengan menggunakan sistem informasi pengolahan rapor kurikulum 2013 akan lebih mudah dalam penyajian deskripsi nilai untuk tiap pelajaran.

Special schools are special schools for children with special needs who aims to provide opportunities for children in obtaining education. SLB Pekanbaru Pembina State is a special education and special service (PK-LK) which has goals and targets to a) Produce students who are able to compete in this era of globalization globalization b) Produce students who are able to apply the utilization of science and technology optimally. This school handles students who have mental and physical limitations and intellectuals or called with disabilities, this school is located at Jalan Segar No. 46 Rejosari Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, was founded by the Ministry of Education and Culture National Education in 1998, the Decree on the Appointment of the Pembina State SLB was issued by Minister of National Education No.13a/O/1998. On January 29, 1998, SLB Negeri The supervisor of Pekanbaru is currently led by Mr. Moelya Eko Suseno, S.Kom, M.TI, M.Pd. This school has teacher educators from graduates of Special Education (S1, S2 and even S3) the current number of SLB teachers is 55 people (all majors of visual impairment), administrative staff 7 people. For students from the level (SDLB, SMPLB and SMALB) totaling 367 people (all disabilities). The development of the Pekanbaru Pembina State SLB from year to year experienced an increase, especially in the students, then the infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure other infrastructure. This SLB is in accordance with its vision and mission to prioritize student independence, then the Pembina SLB program is prioritized on student skills. If in percentage then, Academic (30%) and Skills (70%). To achieve goals, targets, With this vision and mission, it is necessary to develop skills for SLB students. The problems contained in the Pembina State SLB Pekanbaru are: 1) The results of the Agricultural skills are not maximized, 2) Agricultural skills are not yet based on IT and 3) Lack of knowledge of teachers and students related to IT-based Product Marketing Management. Based on these problems, the solutions offered include: 1) Will be carried out guidance to increase students' knowledge in agricultural skills, 2) Will implement IoT-based Hydroponic plant cultivation and 3) provide counseling, training and guidance to students how to do management marketing of products produced with IT.

Kelengkapan pengisian pada formulir farmasi menjadi masalah karena banyaknya formulir farmasi yang tidak lengkap, sementara formulir farmasi diwajibkan lengkap karena formulir farmasi adalah proses membandingkan instruksi pengobatan dengan obat yang telah didapat oleh pasien agar tidak terjadi kesalahan obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui SOP, SDM dan Kebijakan pada formulir farmasi rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif, informan yang digunakan berjumlah 4 orang terdiri dari Kepala Rekam Medis, Petugas Rekam Medis, Kepala Farmasi dan Petugas Farmasi. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa masih ditemukan beberapa formulir farmasi yang tidak lengkap. Hal tersebut terjadi karena kurangnya SDM dan waktu. Tidak adanya petugas khusus untuk pengisian formulir farmasi karena terjadinya pengurangan pegawai akibat pandemi covid-19, untuk saat ini formulir farmasi diisi oleh petugas pelayanan jika ada waktu senggang, SOP dan Kebijakan belum berjalan dengan baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian secara keseluruhan dalam pengisian formulir farmasi di Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik, karena belum berjalan dengan optimal, kurangnya waktu dan kurangnya SDM, sehingga membuat SOP dan Kebijakan tidak berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract: Sekolah luar biasa merupakan sekolah khusus bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi anak dalam memperoleh pendidikan [1]. SLB Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru adalah Pendidikan khusus dan layanan khusus (PK-LK) yang memiliki tujuan dan target untuk a) Menghasilkan peserta didik yang mampu bersaing di era globalisasi b) Menghasilkan peserta didik yang mampu menerapkan pendayagunaan iptek dengan optimal. Sekolah ini menangani siswa/siswi yang memiliki keterbatasan mental, fisik dan intelektual atau disebut dengan disabilitas. SLB ini sesuai dengan visi dan misinya mengedepankan kemandirian siswa, maka program SLB Negeri Pembina diprioritaskan pada Keterampilan siswa. Jika di persentasekan maka, Akademik (30%) dan Keterampilan (70%). Untuk mencapai tujuan, target, visi dan misi tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan pengembangan keterampilan pada siswa SLB. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, solusi yang ditawarkan diantaranya : 1) Akan dilakukan bimbingan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dalam ketrampilan pertanian, 2) Akan mengimplementasikan cara budidaya tanaman Hidroponik berbasis IoT dan 3) memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada Siswa bagaimana melakukan manajemen pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan dengan IT.
