Abstract

This research aims to carry out database management according to market needs and predetermined entities/variables, to be used as data storage for profiles of assisted villages based on superior village products and to redesign a web-based information system that presents profiles of assisted villages based on superior products and village connectivity. the. The research method used in database design and information system design uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting focus group discussions with P3M Polmed administrators and conducting in-depth interviews with six village heads/secretaries in designing the prototype. This research produces a design for a networked website-based information system with the addition of creating the location and knowing the distance between one village and another, which presents a profile of the target village based on superior products that can be accessed via a network of websites and produces a mandatory output in the form of a book with an ISBN.

Abstract

The determination of outstanding students is carried out by schools, which provide scholarships to their students in order to provide motivation to improve their academic achievement. The selection of the best students is usually done by looking at the student's report card scores, followed by the homeroom meeting. This is considered not objective and requires a long time to select the best students. Through a decision-support system, the best students can be selected based on the best criteria and alternatives. In a decision support system, a method is needed to determine the best alternative. The profile matching method is considered to have a better level of objectivity because, to measure the value of each indicator, the valuation variable is derived again with sub-indicators and is weighted using assessment parameters. This study aims to solve the problem of selecting the best student through a decision-support system with the output in the form of a ranking using the profile matching method. Based on the calculation of profile matching, it shows that the results of calculating the final score of the best student 1 are a final score of 3.000, the best student 2 gets a final score of 2.955, and the best student 3 gets a final score of 2.693. From the final score, first place in the selection of the best student was Putri Nurlandari with a final score of 3.000.

Abstract

Limbah cair merupakan sisa buangan hasil suatu proses yang sudah tidak dipergunakan lagi, baik berupa sisa industri, rumah tangga, peternakan, pertanian, dan sebagainya. Limbah cair industir biasanya berasal dari bekas cucian peralatan produksi, laboratorium, rumah tangga, kamar mandi dan bahan bekas reagnsia laboratorium. Jika langsung dibuang limbah cair ini berbahaya bagi lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan 3 indikator : tingkat zat terlarut (TDS), pH air limbah dan suhu. Tujuan yang dicapai adalah mengembangkan sistem pendeteksian kualitas air limbah yang akurat dan otomatis menggunakan PLC. Simpulan hasil penelitian adalah bahwa terdapat limbah deterjen, pembersih lantai, air mineral yang tidak berbahaya bagi lingkungan dengan nilai TDS, pH dan suhu terukur berada di nilai batas ambang. Selain terdapat limbah deterjen, pembersih lantai, air mineral yang berbahaya bagi lingkungan dengan nilai TDS, pH dan suhu terukur berada di atas nilai batas ambang. Abstract

Storage Area Network (SAN) merupakan perangkat penyimpanan data dalam jumlah yang besar dan harganya mahal. iSCSI Target Server dan iSCSI Initiator merupakan alternatif untuk penyimpanan data yang bisa diakses dari jaringan Local Area Network (LAN). iSCSI Target server tidak membutuhkan perangkat khusus. iSCSI Target Server hanya membutuhkan disk dan koneksi Ethernet UTP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, dan metode observasi, serta menerapkan Security control yang tepat. Tujuan yang dicapai adalah iSCS Target Server dan iSCSI Initiator bisa digunakan sebagai alternatif Storage Area Network (SAN). Simpulan hasil penelitian adalah iSCSI Target Server dan iSCSI Initiator bisa berfungsi dengan baik sebagai alternatif Storage Area Network (SAN).

Abstract

Windows Server 2025 merupakan sistem operasi baru yang memiliki level forest dan domain yang berbda dibandingkan sistem operasi sebelumnya. Sistem operasi lama yang tidak didukung lagi harus diganti menjadi Windows Server 2025. Domain controller di Windows Server 2025 dimasukan sebagai additional domain controller pada domain yang sudah ada agar bisa mengambil alih berbagai peran dan fungsi yang ada di sistem operasi sebelumnya. Langkah-langkah instalasi, konfigurasi, administrasi dan troubleshooting digunakan untuk memasukan Windows Server 2025 sebagai additional domain controller. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, dan metode observasi, serta menerapkan langkah-langkah instalasi, konfigurasi dan administrasi Windows Server 2025 Domain controller. Tujuan yang dicapai adalah menjadikan Windows Server 2025 sebagai additional domain controller pada domain yang ada. Simpulan hasil penelitian adalah Windows Server 2025 bisa dimasukan sebagai additional domain controller pada domain yang ada.

Abstract

This community service aims to help UMKM with Variegated Flavors Chips in Padang Brahrang Village, Selesai District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. In this activity, assistance was provided in the form of the development of a web-based online sales application and the provision of 1 unit of Hewlet Packard laptop as an operational support facility. This program aims to increase the accessibility of marketing various flavored chips products and expand market reach through digital platforms. The methods applied include the design stage, application development, and application use training for MSME owners. The results of this activity show that this sales application helps MSMEs in managing products and transactions more effectively. In addition, the training conducted improves the ability of MSME owners to operate digital-based systems, so it is expected to have a positive impact on increasing sales and product competitiveness.
