Abstract

Environmental problems such as climate change and natural disasters are now increasingly frequent. Banking operations that pay less attention to environmental aspects contribute to worsening this situation, because the drive for profit often makes the negative impact of business on the environment ignored. This study aims to analyze the application of green coin rating (GCR) and Operational Cost Efficiency (BOPO) to return on equity (ROE) as an indicator of financial performance at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2019-2023 Period. The population in this study are all financial reports from 13 BUSs that have been published until 2023. The sample of this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 6 BUS, namely BCA Syariah, Bank Aceh Syariah, Bukopin Syariah, NTB Syariah, Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, and Bank Muamalat, using annual report data and sustainability reports for the 2019-2023 period. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis through the E-Views10 program. The results showed that partially, the application of GCR has a negative and insignificant effect on ROE with a sig value. 0.5845>0.05, while BOPO shows a positive significant effect on ROE with a sig value. 0,0000<0,05. Simultaneously GCR and BOPO have a significant effect with a sig value. 0.000001 <0.05 on ROE at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2019-2023 Period Keywords: Green Banking, Operating Cost Efficiency, Financial Performance, Islamic Commercial Bank

Abstract

Kompensasi, motivasi dan reward sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi menjadi pendorong seseorang melaksanakan suatu kegiatan guna mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik, motivasi kerja karyawan perlu dibangkitkan agar karyawan dapat melaksanakan kinerja yang terbaik, sebaliknya karyawan yang tidak mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi dalam melakukan pekerjaannya akan sulit untuk bekerja dengan baik dan cenderung tidak bertanggung jawab sekalipun karyawan tersebut memiliki kemampuan operasional yang baik. Reward dapat memberikan semangat para karyawan agar dapat melakukan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Reward terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada BPRS Bandar Lampung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan BPRS Bandar Lampung yaitu sebanyak 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah kompensasi, motivasi dan reward sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan digunakan uji F dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial digunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Variabel faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan faktor reward berpengaruh positif secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai Fhitung sebesar 92.506 yang lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 2.61. Nilai signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan faktor reward  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPRS Bandar Lampung.Nilai AdjustedR square sebesar 0.923 artinya sebesar 92.3% variabel faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan faktor reward mempengaruhi perubahan variabel kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya lagi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar dari faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan faktor reward.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and knowledge of Al-Wadi'ah products on customers' decisions to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kedaton Bandar Lampung. This study uses a type of quantitative research, with data sources namely primary data. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, namely BSI customers who used Wadi'ah savings products, and where the research was conducted at BSI KCP Kedaton Bandar Lampung. The results of the research on the t-test for the service quality variable obtained a calculated t value of 2,919 which was greater than the table t value of 1,988. and for the significance value obtained a value of 0.04 <0.05, the promotion variable obtained a t-value of 1.383 which was smaller than the T-table value of 1.988, and for significance obtained a value of 0.170> 0.05, Variable Knowledge of Al-Wadi'ah products Value obtained t Count of 0.797 is smaller than the t-table value, which is 0.560, which is smaller than the t-table value, which is 1.988. For significance, the value is 0.577 > 0.05.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan atas dasar kerjasama mahasiswa KKN-DR UIN Raden Intan Lampung dengan Pejabat Kampung Juku Batu Kecamatan Banjit Kabupaten Way Kanan Provinsi Lampung untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat kampung tersebut mengenai cara mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Ada 3150 Jiwa yang tersebar di 9 (sembilan) dusun yang terbagi di 17 RT. Berdasarkan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan, masih banyak masyarakat di Kampung Juku Batu yang belum mengikuti aturan protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi secara door to door tentang pencegahan Covid-19 melalui perilaku hidup bersih. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah untuk mengantisipasi pencegahan dan penyebaran virus corona kepada masyarakat yang berjumlah 20 KK yang berada di pusat Kampung tepatnya di Dusun 1 dan Dusun 2. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian  ini adalah masyarakat Kampung Juku Batu Kecamatan Banjit Kabupaten Way Kanan memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran Covid-19 melalui perilaku hidup bersih serta lebih waspada dan tenang dalam menghadapi pandemi yang sedang berlangsung.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of TikTok content on consumers' purchasing intentions for culinary products in Bandar Lampung, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable within the context of Islamic business ethics. The study examines the TikTok culinary account @alejenes, recognized for its significant interaction with local audiences. Utilizing a quantitative approach and an explanatory study design, data were gathered from 100 active followers via an online survey and analyzed employing the SEM-PLS technique. The results show that tiktok content has a significant effect on satisfaction (coefficient = 0.500; t = 7.090; p < 0.001), and satisfaction significantly affects purchase intention (coefficient = 0.487; t = 5.044; p < 0.001). However, the direct effect of tiktok content on purchase intention is not significant (coefficient = 0.069; p = 0.500), which indicates full mediation by the satisfaction variable (indirect effect = 0.244; t = 4.005; p < 0.001). The R-square value for satisfaction is 0.250 and for purchase intention is 0.275, indicating the contribution of the model in explaining the variance of the two variables. From an Islamic business standpoint, content that adheres to ethical ideals and Sharia standards fosters consumer trust and loyalty. This research emphasizes the significance of incorporating ethical and innovative digital marketing methods via social media to effectively enhance culinary purchasing interest in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic banking financial performance on the growth of Third Party Funds (TPF) in Indonesia in the period 2017–2023 using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) approach. This study focuses on three independent variables, namely the Islamic Investment Ratio (IIR), Islamic Income Ratio (IsIR), and Return on Assets (ROA). This study answers the gap in previous studies that rarely combine the balance between sharia compliance and profitability in explaining TPF growth. The method used is quantitative with panel data analysis using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) on a sample of seven Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia. The estimation results show that IIR (p = 0.5913) and IsIR (p = 0.9954) do not have a significant effect on TPF growth. On the other hand, ROA (p = 0.0096) has a positive and significant effect, indicating that bank profitability has a stronger influence on public trust and fund placement decisions than sharia compliance indicators. These findings suggest that while compliance with sharia principles is important, people still prioritize financial outcomes when choosing where to save their money. Therefore, Islamic banks are advised to maintain operational efficiency while strengthening sharia-based investment structures to increase credibility and competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity and trust on the interest in paying non-cash zakat through the digital Islamic banking system among the Muslim millennial generation in Bandar Lampung City. The background of the study is based on the rapid development of digital technology and the increasing trend of donations through digital channels, especially during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, religiosity and trust are assumed to be two main factors influencing an individual's decision to distribute non-cash zakat. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to 96 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the independent variables (religiosity and trust) and the dependent variable (interest in paying non-cash zakat). The results show that religiosity has no significant effect, while trust has a positive and significant influence on the interest in paying non-cash zakat through the digital Islamic banking platform. These findings provide important implications for zakat management institutions and Islamic financial institutions in developing more effective zakat digitalization strategies that are in line with the characteristics of the millennial generation.

Abstract

Minat masyarakat untuk menunaikan ibadah haji semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, namun terdapat tantangan seperti kemampuan finansial dan panjangnya daftar tunggu yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan untuk mendaftar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kemampuan finansial dan daftar tunggu mempengaruhi minat haji, serta menguji peran religiusitas sebagai variabel yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bandar Lampung dengan melibatkan 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS dengan metode Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan finansial dan daftar tunggu memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat haji. Selain itu religiusitas terbukti secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara kemampuan finansial dan minat haji, serta antara daftar tunggu dan minat haji. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa selain faktor ekonomi, tingkat religiusitas berperan penting dalam  memperkuat minat masyarakat untuk melaksanakan ibadah haji.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy, risk perception, and return expectations on investment decision-making Islamic stocks among Generation Z in Bandar Lampung. The approach used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study partially indicate that Sharia financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on investment decisions, which means that the higher the understanding of Islamic financial principles, the higher the tendency to invest in Sharia. Risk perception also has a positive and significant effect, which shows that respondents can manage risk wisely and are not easily hindered by it in making investment decisions. Return expectations show a positive and significant influence, where the greater the expectation of investment returns, the stronger the intention to invest. Simultaneously, these three variables contributed 77.7% to changes in investment decisions. These findings reinforce the understanding that Generation Z has a rational mindset and spiritual values in assessing Islamic stock investment opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the volatility and investment risks of sukuk and bonds in publicly listed companies in Indonesia using the GARCH method. The research data includes sukuk indices (ICSIX, IGSIX, ISIXC) and bonds collected from the Indonesia Bond Pricing Agency (IBPA) during the 2019-2020 period. The ARCH/GARCH model was employed to measure volatility, while Value at Risk (VaR) was utilized to estimate maximum risk. The findings indicate that ICSIX exhibits the lowest risk with a VaR value of 0.00124, whereas ISIXC demonstrates the highest risk at 0.006267, reflecting significant volatility. Moreover, the EGARCH (2,2) model is identified as the most suitable for ICSIX, while ARCH (1) is optimal for IGSIX. However, analysis on ISIXC is limited due to its failure to meet heteroskedasticity assumptions. This research contributes by providing insights for investors regarding risk management and investment decision-making in the Islamic capital market. Nonetheless, the study is constrained by the data used and does not incorporate external variables such as macroeconomic factors. Future research is suggested to expand the data scope and explore other volatility models, such as Stochastic Volatility, to provide more comprehensive insights into the dynamics of sukuk and bond investments.
