Abstract

Penggunaan telepon pintar atau smartphone di Indonesia, dan di dukung oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat, berkembanglah transportasi  berbasis online atau biasa disebut ojek online. Ojek online  memberikan akses kemudahan bagi masyarakat dan pelajar yang menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, dengan melakukan transaksi pemesanan melalui aplikasi maka ojek tersebut akan datang. Namun berdasarkan informasi dari TribunJatim News yang di dapatkan bahwa ojek online mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan, yang membuat sebagian masyarakat khususnya kalangan pelajar mengeluh akan kebijakan tarif yang diberlakukan mulai Agustus 2019, maka dari itu diperlukan adanya analisis untuk melihat bagaimana kalangan pelajar menerima dan menggunakan layanan transportasi online tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan dan penggunaan terhadap layanan transportasi online GOJEK, di kalangan pelajar SMA Kecamatan Blimbing Kabupaten Malang Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 160. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Theory Of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan variabel behavioral intention dan use behavior sebagai variabel dependen dan menggunakan variabel indenpenden yaitu performance excpectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Untuk pengelohan data, menggunakan program SPSS untuk menguji instrument penelitian dan model penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah penerimaan dan penggunaan dikalangan pelajar terhadap layanan terhadap layanan transportasi online dipengaruhi oleh faktor social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, use behavior, sedangkan faktor performance expectancy dan effort excpectancy tidak menggunakan layanan transportasi online. The use of smartphones or smartphones in Indonesia, and supported by increasingly rapid advances in information technology, has developed-based transportation online or commonly known as motorcycle taxis  online. taxis Online provide easy access for people and students who use the application, motorcycle by making an order transaction through the application, the ojek will come. However, based on information from TribunJatim News, it was obtained that motorcycle taxis online have increased quite significantly, which made some people, especially students complain about the tariff policy that was implemented starting in August 2019, therefore an analysis is needed to see how students receive and use the service.transportation online . This study aims to determine how the acceptance and use of transportation services online GOJEK, among high school students in Blimbing District, Malang Regency. The number of samples taken is 160. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) model with variables. behavioral intention and  use behavior as the dependent variable and using independent variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The method used in this study by distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling technique. For data collection, use the SPSS program to test research instruments and research models. The results obtained from this study are that acceptance and use among students of transportation services is online influenced by social influences, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, use behavior, while performance expectancy expectancy and  effort factors do not use transportation services online.

Abstract

Jumlah pengguna aplikasi BCA Mobile dari tahun ke tahun meningkat, namun belum diketahui tingkat penerimaan aplikasi tersebut pada masyarakat. Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) merupakan model yang berfungsi untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan teknologi yang diukur dari perilaku penggunanya dan telah terbukti keandalannya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel TAM, yaitu perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention to use dan actual system use. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 120 responden pengguna aplikasi BCA Mobile yang berada di Kota Malang yang didapat menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Pada penelitian ini data primer diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa H1, H2, H4 dan H5 diterima, sedangkan H3 ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengembang aplikasi untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas aplikasinya.

Abstract

A website is typically used as a medium for open, quick, and widespread information dissemination. Additionally, the website has been used for competition-related activities sponsored by an organization, such as information portal websites, registration portals, and competition evaluation media. One of the elements that determine how reliable a website is is its capacity to respond to and handle user requests. Additionally, a website that handles some information related to national competitions needs to be highly reliable. Performance testing was used in this study to evaluate how well the LO KREATIF website responded to and served users, particularly at the same time. The JMeter tool was used to conduct the performance test. The test results show that some web pages, in general, can serve up to 500 users at the same time stably without errorsWebsite pada umumnya digunakan sebagai media penyebaran informasi secara terbuka, cepat, up to date dan meluas. Website juga telah dikembangkan pemanfaatannya untuk kegiatan kompetisi yang diadakan oleh suatu organisasi/instansi seperti website sebagai portal informasi, media pendaftaran, maupun media penyampaian penilaian lomba. Kemampuan untuk melayani dan memproses permintaan pengguna menjadi salah satu faktor keandalan dari websitenya. Apalagi website yang mengelola sejumlah informasi berkaitan dengan kompetisi lomba di level nasional pasti membutuhkan tingkat keandalan tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian performa untuk mengetahui kualitas website lomba LO KREATIF dalam merespon dan melayani pengguna khususnya di waktu yang bersamaan. Pengujian performa dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu JMeter. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa halaman website secara umum dapat melayani sampai 500 pengguna dalam satuan waktu bersamaan dengan stabil tanpa eror

Abstract

Indonesia is listed as one of the countries with the most population in the world as well as one of the countries with the most internet users. With this fact, Indonesia is one of the largest potential markets in the digital trade sector. Many Indonesian people use the internet and marketplace platforms to shop and fulfill their daily needs. Indonesia is also the base of operations for several marketplace platforms with significant transaction values, one of which is Tokopedia. Tokopedia is one of the Indonesian marketplace platforms that consistently ranks in the top 3 for the category of online buying and selling sites that people are interested in. Some studies have stated that the quality of business services affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. This quality is one of the indicators that determine customer satisfaction with the company's products and services. This study analyzes the influence of the dimensions of electronic service quality and the aspects of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the Tokopedia marketplace. It analyzes the effect of the dimensions in the ES-Qual model on overall ES-Qual, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty on consumers. The data obtained were analyzed using the variant-based Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) equation model which can simultaneously test the measurement model, as well as the structural model. The results also show that online service quality and overall service quality affect online user satisfaction and online user loyalty.

Abstract

Degenerative disease is a condition in which the function or structure of the affected tissue or organ has decreased over time. Degenerative diseases can be prevented by minimizing risk factors in individuals and one of them is by arranging a balanced and good diet in terms of nutrition or nutrition. This study aims to create a smartphone-based application that aims to determine the diet of people with degenerative diseases. Early detection of degenerative diseases is carried out using the forward chaining method, which is a rule-based system where the system will provide questions that represent a symptom in a particular disease. From the questions given, users get answers that will lead to other questions by forward chaining according to the symptoms (knowledge base) as facts of certain degenerative diseases. The final result of the forward chaining is the result of early detection or diagnosis by the system. The results of the initial detection or diagnosis are then used as food taboos. The diet is carried out independently by the user, where the food contained in the system is adjusted to meal times, food content, and degenerative diseases. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the application can perform early detection of degenerative diseases and can display the diet according to the results of the forward chaining method.

Abstract

Kredit Pemilikan Rumah adalah salah satu fasilitas yang diberikan bank atau Lembaga keuangan lainnya. Kredit pemilikan rumah ini biasanya diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam membeli rumah. Maka dari itu adanya fasilitas ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam membeli rumah secara kredit. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah seleksi yang dilakukan oleh analis kredit masih dilakukan secara subyektif sehingga terkadang analis kredit masih kesulitan dalam menentukan layak atau tidaknya nasabah tersebut menerima kredit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah system informasi pendukung keputusan dengan metode Fuzzy-WP guna membantu analis kredit dalam memutuskan pemberian kredit kepemilikan rumah. Hasil implementasi algoritma menunjukkan bahwa Fuzzy-WP yang diterapkan pada sistem telah sesuai dengan perhitungan aslinya serta program aplikasi dapat menampilkan hasil rekomendasi sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan untuk pemberian kredit bagi calon debitur. Home Ownership Credit (KPR) is one of the facilities provided by banks or other financial institutions. These home ownership loans are usually reserved for people who have difficulty buying a home. Therefore, the existence of this facility is expected to assist people in buying houses on credit. The problem that occurs is that the selection made by credit analysts is still carried out subjectively so that sometimes credit analysts still have difficulty determining whether a customer is eligible to receive credit or not. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support information system using the Fuzzy-WP method to assist credit analysts in deciding whether to grant housing loans. The results of the implementation of the algorithm show that the Fuzzy-WP applied to the system is in accordance with the initial calculations and the application program can display recommendation results according to predetermined criteria for granting credit to prospective borrowers.

Abstract

The process of public complaints is carried out in a structured manner starting from the central government level to the village government level. In practice, the problem in the public complaint process is when the community as the service user is dissatisfied with the services provided because the complaints submitted are not properly managed or responded to by the complaint officer. The business process for public complaint services in Tunjungtirto village is still carried out conventionally, where people who wish to submit complaints must go to the Village Consultative Body (BPD) office and fill in complaints or aspirations in the community aspirations data book. This is prone to conditions where public complaints are not followed up because they are not properly recorded. This study aims to build a website-based information system with features for complaints, aspirations, and requests for information. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method where the method is sequential-based software development. The results of application development will be tested at the Tunjungtirto Village BPD office. Based on black box testing, the test results are obtained with a maximum score of 2 for each feature. This shows that in terms of functionality, the application is running according to its purpose. The existence of main features such as displaying complaint data and automatic notifications on the application can assist village officials in managing community complaints and responding to and following up on complaints to the service or escalating complaints to the local government so that community complaints can be managed properly.

Abstract

The design of the Situbondo City mascot has carried out research on Situbondo Regency, because many people outside Situbondo do not know about Situbondo Regency, only the closest city. the author got some information about the mascot but many Situbondo people do not know what a mascot is and its function. Mascots are used not only to promote a city or area, but also to provide persuasive education about the city or area. The research method used in this design uses observation, interview, and questionnaire data collection techniques. The data collection is done online by distributing questionnaires to obtain accurate information and the results are used to achieve research objectives. a boat that is designed to live (anthrophomorphism) like a city icon by using a distinctive hat (odheng) in the form of a shell motif originating from the sea of Situbondo City and creating several poses from the mascot character of Situbondo Regency.

Abstract

Indonesia is ranked 3rd with the highest number of active smokers in the world after India and China. Cigarettes contain more than 4000 chemical compounds that are harmful to active smokers and passive smokers. The large number of active smokers in Indonesia also has an impact on passive smokers where passive smokers also inhale cigarette smoke. The purpose of this research is to build an automatic cigarette smoke detector to support air hygiene control, protect passive smokers, and save electricity used. The stages in designing this research include analysis of product specifications, assembly, programming, and trials. This study was designed using Arduino UNO as the microcontroller, the MQ-135 sensor as a tool to detect cigarette smoke, the TA12-100 sensor to calculate electrical power consumption, the relay as an automatic switch, and the exhaust fan as a smoke neutralizer. The results of this study are that the MQ-135 sensor can detect cigarette smoke properly with the Relay as an automatic switch that functions to turn on the exhaust fan automatically. Based on the test results on the TA12-100 sensor, the consumption of electrical energy with an automatic mechanism is more efficient than the consumption of electrical energy in a manual way, with a difference of 0.0000385 kWH and Rp. 0.05205. Future research could focus on developing a more complex system for overall air cleanliness control, rather than just focusing on cigarette smoke detection.

Abstract

Cyber security is a crucial aspect in today's digital era, especially with the increasing use of electronic transactions in various sectors of society. Through a community service approach, this programme implements a series of counseling activities, and a cybersecurity awareness campaign in Sukun Sub-district. This activity aims to increase cyber security awareness and electronic transactions in Sukun Sub-district, Malang City. The methods used include seminars and distribution of educational materials. Evaluation was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the programme in improving the knowledge and behavior of the community regarding cyber security and electronic transactions. The results of the activity evaluation questionnaire showed a significant increase in community understanding and awareness of cybersecurity threats and steps that can be taken to protect themselves when conducting electronic transactions. In conclusion, the community service approach is an effective strategy in increasing cybersecurity awareness and electronic transactions in Sukun Sub-district, Malang City. It is hoped that this activity can make a positive contribution in creating a safer and more trusted digital environment for the community.
