Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius yang berdampak besar terhadap keselamatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara jumlah kecelakaan dan tingkat fatalitas kecelakaan lalu lintas di ruas Jalan Sudirman, Kota Maumere. Data yang digunakan meliputi data sekunder kecelakaan dari Kepolisian Resor Kabupaten Sikka tahun 2019–2023, serta data primer berupa volume lalu lintas dari hasil survei lapangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan arah hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif linear yang cukup kuat antara jumlah kecelakaan dan tingkat fatalitas, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,6722. Artinya, sekitar 67,22% variasi tingkat fatalitas dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan jumlah kecelakaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan jumlah kecelakaan secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan risiko fatalitas di lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam perencanaan dan pengendalian keselamatan lalu lintas di wilayah perkotaan.

Abstract

Struktur baja merupakan struktur logam yang terbuat dari komponen baja struktural yang saling terhubung untuk mengangkut beban dan memberikan kekakuan dan kekuatan penuh serta merata. Gedung Kampus STFK Ledalero merupakan bangunan bertingkat dimana strukturnya utamanya menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dan akan direncanakan ulang menggunakan konstruksi baja. Gedung kampus ini berada pada Wilayah gempa 5 akan digunakan sebagai kantor dan ruang kelas, maka perencanaan pada Gedung ini harus memenuhi kriteria keselamatan yang prima sesuai dengan ketentuanketentuan yang berlaku. Pada perencanaan struktur baja ini mengunakan peraturan standar saat ini, yaitu SNI 1729:2020 yang mengacu kepada metode LRFD dengan beberapa kombinasi pembebanan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam SNI-1726-2019, SNI 1727:2020 dan PPPURG 1987. Analisis struktur menggunakan bantuan SAP 2000 v.14, untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai momen, gaya geser, dan gaya aksial pada struktur atas bangunan yaitu pada balok dan kolom terhadap beban-beban yang bekerja. Hasil analisis redesain Gedung kampus STFK Ledalero 3 lantai menggunakan BJ 37 didapatkan dimensi profil baja untuk Kolom Utama menggunakan WF 400x400x13x21, Kolom Teras menggunakan WF 350x350x12x19, Balok Induk menggunakan WF 450x200x9x14 dan untuk Balok Anak menggunakan WF 350x175x7x11, Balok Induk atap menggunakan WF 294x200x8x12, Balok Anak atap menggunakan WF 244.175.7.11, Balok Teras menggunakan WF 244.175.7.11, kesimpulan struktur aman terhadap momen, gaya geser, dan gaya aksial.

Abstract

Struktur bangunan pada bangunan Puskesmas Beru Kabupaten Sikka yang lokasinya terletak di Kota Maumere, Kabupaten Sikka, Nusa Tenggara Timur didesain menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus. Perancangan Komponen Struktur meliputi persyaratan balok pada SRPMK, kolom dan pelat lantai berdasarkan peraturan SNI 2847:2019, yaitu Persyaratan Beton Struktur Untuk Bangunan Gedung dan Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung Dan Nongedung, SNI 1726:2019. Gedung tersebut memiliki ukuran denah 36,80 m x 6,60 m dengan 2 lantai struktur dan tinggi gedung 7,25 m. Hasil akhir dari perencanaan struktur diperoleh tebal pelat lantai 120 mm dengan tulangan ϕ10 mm – 100 mm dan digunakan tulangan bagi ϕ10 mm – 100 mm. Balok induk 30/45 digunakan tulangan 3D16 dengan tulangan sengkang daerah tumpuan ϕ10 -100 mm dan daerah lapangan ϕ10 – 150 mm. Balok induk 25/30 digunakan tulangan 3D13 dengan tulangan sengkang daerah tumpuan ϕ10 – 100 mm dan daerah lapangan ϕ10 – 150 mm. Balok anak 20/25 digunakan tulangan 3D13 dengan tulangan sengkang daerah tumpuan ϕ10 – 100 mm dan daerah lapangan ϕ10-150 mm. Pada kolom digunakan dimensi 30/30 dengan tulangan utama 8D16 dengan sengkang sepanjang Io ϕ10 – 100 mm dan penulangan luar daerah Io ϕ10 – 150 mm.

Abstract

Public transportation which plays an important role in supporting the mobility of rural residents is rural public transportation. The function of rural public transportation is to serve rural communities in the fields of education, economy, and trade. Demand for transportation (rural transportation) will increase along with the increase in population and increased activity of people using transportation. Rural transportation income depends on the applicable fares and the number of passengers carried. Transport companies often experience losses due to very low tariffs. Thus, it is necessary to know the amount of the company's income according to the applicable rates per unit, per day, per month, and per year according to vehicle operational costs. The tariff amount is according to Sikka Regent's Decree Number 1 of 2022 concerning temporary tariffs for public passenger transportation within the Sikka Regency area. For the Lokaria Terminal route, Talibura sub-district, it is set at IDR 25,000/passenger/day and the fare on the ground is IDR 25,000/passenger/day, and for students IDR 15,000/passenger/day, and according to calculations based on Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK ) amounting to IDR 22,000/passenger/day while student passengers IDR 14,000/passenger/day.

Abstract

In the process of road construction, the use of heavy equipment is very necessary in accelerating the process of carrying out work in accordance with predetermined and planned targets. Machines must be used efficiently, and productivity tool depends on type or type tool, method work, condition work field, as well as time which required for complete something profession. This study uses the actual method of calculating the productivity of heavy equipment, namely the calculation of the speed of the heavy equipment, the efficiency factor of the equipment and the productivity capacity of the heavy equipment used in accordance with what happened in field.The purpose of this final project is to determine the productivity value of heavy equipment in the Waigete - Galit Road Improvement project. Where the productivity value in asphalt pavement layer work is: 1 unit asphalt mixing plant = 16.9 m3/hour, 4 units Hino dump trucks = 3.6 m³/hour, 1 unit asphalt finisher = 18 m3/hour, 1 unit tandem roller = 15.7 m3/hour, 1 unit pneumatic tire roller = 15.9 m³/hour. And calculate the working time required for each heavy equipment based on the number of tools available, namely on asphalt pavement layer work : asphalt mixing plant = 2 days, dumpt truck = 2 days, asphalt finisher = 2 days , tandem roller = 2 days, pneumatic tyred rollers = 2 days.The calculation results obtained are real productivity with a good (good) working efficiency factor in accordance with the real working time in the field.

Abstract

The number of accidents that occurred on Jalan Ahmad Yani Maumere, Sikka Regency during the last 4 (four) years has often decreased and increased, causing the number of fatalities to increase every year. The condition of traffic flow and speed on the Ahmad Yani road section is quite high due to its function as a secondary collector road and the land use around the road section includes offices, schools, shopping centers causing frequent conflicts and traffic problems, especially in the field of road safety. This research aims to to improve safety in road traffic as well as road users' perceptions of improving road safety. The research was carried out by observing and inventorying the condition of equipment facilities along Jalan Ahmad Yani and the perceptions of road users who filled out questionnaires totaling 30 respondents in order to obtain treatment suggestions based on the results of the analysis. The results of the research show that the high number of accidents on the Ahmad Yani road is largely caused by a lack of awareness of road users and suboptimal road facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate road safety by conducting routine and periodic inspections.

Abstract

The Kewapante Ferry Port, located in Maumere City, Sikka Regency, is a seaport that plays an important role in inter-regional sea transportation traffic in Sikka Regency. Starting from the need for sufficient and sufficient port facilities, this research was conducted to study or analyze the capacity of the Kewapante Ferry Port Passenger Terminal. This research was carried out by collecting and analyzing data from the relevant agencies for the last 5 years (2016 to 2020), as well as data on the area and layout of the research location. This research uses a simple linear regression method to predict or forecast passenger flows based on 2016-2020 data, and then analyze the need for facilities or space at port terminals for the next few years. Based on the results of the passenger terminal demand analysis, it can be predicted that the overall demand in 2021 will be 842 m2, in 2022 it will be 772 m2, in 2023 it will be 703 m2, in 2024 it will be 631 m2 and in 2025 it will be 561 m2. From the results of this analysis, it is possible to develop facilities at port terminals that are still inadequate or do not meet existing needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the capacity of the Tugu Gading intersection as an impact of traffic generation from Alok Market, Sikka Regency. Trading activities in the market significantly increase traffic flow, especially during peak hours, and affect the overall performance of the intersection. The research method refers to the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997) to calculate traffic volume, degree of saturation, delay, and level of service. Data were collected through field surveys by recording vehicle volumes based on type classification and observing the geometric conditions of the intersection. The analysis results show that traffic volumes during peak hours exceed the intersection’s ideal capacity, causing the degree of saturation to reach a high category. This condition leads to longer average delays and a decrease in the intersection’s level of service to poor category. The findings indicate that Alok Market contributes significantly to traffic congestion at the Tugu Gading intersection. Recommendations include traffic management improvements, road widening, and better control of parking activities around the market to enhance traffic flow and reduce delays. This research is expected to serve as a valuable reference for local governments in planning transportation policies and spatial arrangements for market areas.
