Abstract

This study raises environmental and sustainability issues. This research consists of several parts. First, the literature review focuses on orientation towards the application of environmentally friendly concepts in the use of sustainable technology. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this study are based on a literature review of previous studies, such as the relationship between environmentally friendly orientation towards green innovation and green competitive advantage, as well as the relationship between green innovation. Furthermore, the application of environmentally friendly concepts is explored and linked to the use of sustainable technology. Where in the context of an environmentally friendly orientation strategy, companies have an important role in being aware and encouraged to produce environmentally friendly products to build sustainable competitive advantages in the long term. Thus, this study also shows that environmentally friendly product innovation and environmentally friendly competitive advantages are important strategies for reducing environmentally friendly organizational behavior.

Abstract

Solar panels can be developed to meet the needs of electrical energy. This study was made as a comparison between the costs incurred by Batanghari University when using electricity sources from PLN compared to using electricity sources from solar power plants that are planned, in order to find out the amount of investment costs that are more efficient in a period of months or even years. The design of the calculation of electrical power using SAM, in building A UNBARI. This object was chosen because it uses various electrical loads that are used throughout the day. Load data and total power and electrical energy costs in this building will be used as a comparison for the costs incurred by the planned Hybrid Power Plant (PLTH). The simulation of solar power plants with software with SAM shows that it can almost meet the needs in Building A of Batanghari University and the payback time does not exceed the economic life of a plant, which is 25 years. Based on the results of the study, the PLN PLTS hybrid system project in building A of Batanghari University can be reliably because it meets the eligibility criteria. With data from the results of the calculation of software with SAM, namely a pay back period of 16 years and 4 months, compared to the estimated average lifespan of solar panels which reaches 25 years, the study of PLN PLTS hybrid solar power plants will generate good income for the future.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) ULP Telanaipura showed significant improvement in overcoming customer complaints. Customers can now report their complaints practically through the PLN Mobile application or direct visits to the nearest ULP office. This efficiency is driven by the Integrated Complaints and Complaints Application (APKT), a web-based internal system at PLN. APKT is designed to process all types of complaints and grievances received from call centers 123, ensuring prompt response and resolution as per the set time standards. Prior to the implementation of APKT, complaint management was still conventional, not integrated, and without real-time monitoring. The presence of APKT has eased the workload of PLN employees throughout Jambi City rayon, allowing for faster and easier resolution of customer complaints. This study focuses on the effectiveness of the APKT system in customer complaint management at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Telanaipura. If customers have complaints, they can contact the PLN 123 call center. The customer service operator will provide guidance and gather the necessary technical information. The most dominant interference that customers often complain about is interference with the code 99110 (approximately 3.93%), which is often associated with "clear tamper" and "voltage drop" issues. In contrast, the 99115 code disruption, i.e. complaints of misinformation with unidentified causes, is very rare, accounting for only about 0.16%.
