Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kesehatan jasmani yaitu dengan menggunakanpermainan tradisional. Pada umumnya siswa bermain tradisional dengan begitu saja tanpamemperhatikan peraturan dalam permainan tradisional. Metode yang cocok diterapkan dalammengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 8 Poring adalah metodepermainan Bentengan dalam proses belajar pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan. Tujuan yang ingindicapai adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kesehatan jasmani siswa yang diajarkan denganmetode permainan Bentengan serta seberapa besar kejujuran dan kerjasama siswa yang diajarkandengan metode permainan Bentengan dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan.Kata Kunci: Permainan Bentengan, Kesegaran Jasmani.

Abstract

Aktivitas eksploitasi intensif terhadap sumberdaya alam di wilayah Sub-DAS Sepauk telah mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas lingkungan terutama dalam bentuk fenomena erosi tanah. Studi ini mengevaluasi pola penggunaan lahan dan konsekuensi dari proses erosi. Analisis spasial pola penggunaan lahan menerapkan teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografis. Perhitungan kuantitatif erosi menggunakan metode USLE dengan memanfaatkan data dari peta kemiringan lereng, karakteristik jenis tanah, dan kondisi tutupan lahan di Sub-DAS Sepauk Tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan komposisi penggunaan lahan Sub-DAS Sepauk Tahun 2017 mencakup area semak belukar (78,6%), zona hutan lahan kering primer (8,0%), kawasan hutan lahan kering sekunder (7,3%), area perkebunan (2,5%), zona pemukiman (1,2%), lahan terbuka (1,2%), lokasi pertambangan (0,6%), serta kawasan pertanian lahan kering campur (0,2%). Besaran erosi di Sub-DAS Sepauk untuk Tahun 2017 telah melampaui ambang toleransi maksimum dengan nilai mencapai 77.256,8 ton/ha/tahun. Mengacu pada kategorisasi Kelas Bahaya Erosi (KBE), distribusi area Sub-DAS Sepauk Tahun 2017 terdiri dari kategori sangat ringan dengan luas 15.313,6 Ha (13%), kategori ringan 38.166,8 Ha (31%), kategori sedang 5.633,6 Ha (5%), kategori berat 37.236,4 Ha (31%), dan kategori sangat berat 25.387,9 Ha (21%).

Abstract

The rise in cases of medical disputes involving hospitals makes it important to monitor health provider internally and externally to ensure hospital quality assurance and to protect the community from all possible causes that could pose a danger to public health, as well as providing legal certainty to the community and hospital management. This research analyzes the authority of Surabaya City Health Service in carrying out law enforcement if there are any findings in hospital supervision and also analyzes what obstacles arise in hospital monitoring throughout Surabaya City. The research methodology used in writing thesis is normative juridical and the research approach uses a statute approach and a conceptual approach. This research concludes that The Law on Health gives authority to Regional Governments to supervise every implementation of health services, while PP No. 28 of 2024 gives authority to Regional Government to monitor and evaluate hospitals, but law enforcement authority is only given to the Central Government in the form of imposing administrative sanctions. Obstacle arise in hospital supervision activity include the lack of technical instruction for implementing norms, standards, procedures, and criteria so that scoring model for supervision of hospital business licensing through the OSS system cannot be implemented..

Abstract

Humans are social beings who live in the community, in society there are cultural values ​​that bind to unite them. In it there are traditions that must be carried out. Javanese traditions influence on Christians and views from a biblical point of view. The method used is descriptive qualitative which aims to introduce Javanese tradition and see it from a biblical point of view. As a result, the Javanese still use tradition, and tradition is attached to the life of the Javanese, re-examining traditions with Bible truth. Because the tradition is man-made to honor his ancestors, while the Bible says: "God who made the earth and all that is in it, He who is Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by human hands" (Acts 17:24). ).

Abstract

In facing many competitors offering similar products, an entrepreneur needs to maintain customer loyalty by offering quality products and optimizing sales promotions. This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media-based promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Velvet Sintang store. The method used in this study is assisted by multiple linear regression. The study population is all consumers of the Sintang Velvet store, while the sample is 112 people using nonprobability sampling techniques in the form of incidental samples. The data was analyzed using several classical assumption tests which included normality testing using the Kolomogrov-Sminrnov test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. contribution testing includes multiple regression test, multiple correlation test, R2 determination test and effective contribution (SE) and relative contribution (SR). Hypothesis testing includes t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). with the help of the SPSS 26 program. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of social media promotion, social media, Instagram, partial and simultaneous product quality, there are purchase decisions at the Sintang velvet store. The magnitude of the R square is 0.740 or 74% and 26 is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This article analyzes insurance related to human body parts for football athletes abroad compared to positive laws in Indonesia. This insurance product is a potential product to be explored because of the various types of professions that are developing in this country, especially professional athletes who take part in the sport of football. However, it is unfortunate that up to now there are no regulations or insurance products that can be used to fulfill this kind of request. The aim of this research is to compare human limb insurance for football athletes in other countries with existing regulations in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical with comparative approach using primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and interviews. In conclusion, the rules regarding insurance for body parts are contained in article 1 number 25 of Law No. 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance. The object of agreement on the body parts of professional soccer athletes is the feet. The principles used in insurance contract law emphasize the principle of consensualism, freedom of contract and good faith. Insurance companies in Indonesia should take this potential and translate it into a new insurance product using the principle of insurable interest and the principle of indemnity like in other countries. The use of this type of life insurance can be used for insurance for the limbs of football athletes such as in Italy, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands or loss insurance according to insurance in South Africa, Germany, France, Belgium and England.
