Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the programs carried out in realizing the vision of the Sintang District Government and the strategy to achieve good governance by the Sintang District Government. The study uses qualitative descriptive with case studies. Sintang District Government achieved the vision through programs that focus on the realization of smart, healthy, advanced, religious, and prosperous community and implements good and clean governance. The strategy undertaken by the Local Government of Sintang District to achieve good and clean governance is carried out in five stages, namely consolidation, strengthening, acceleration, development, and consolidation carried out consecutively from 2017 to 2021.

Abstract

The success of education, whose main goal is to increase human resources, is influenced by various factors. Factors that influence participation in this success are the teacher's ability to carry out and utilize assessments, evaluation processes and learning outcomes. The development of LKPD is part of printed teaching materials which serve as a guide, complement or means of supporting the implementation of learning plans in the form of worksheets containing material, summaries and instructions for implementing learning tasks that must be carried out by students, including solving and solving activities. problems through experimentation. This research uses research and development methods. This research design uses a 4-D development model, namely defining, designing, developing, disseminating. Research instruments include observation sheets, questionnaires and tests. Analysis of the resulting data is processed using descriptive percentages. From this research, it can be concluded that the LKPD based on Local Economic Empowerment that was developed is suitable for use for social studies learning, namely at SMP Nusantara Indah Sintang, SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang and SMP Negeri 1 Sintang 86% are in the very appropriate category. The percentage of student responses in the very interested category was 65,71% and teacher responses in the very interested category were 83,33%.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how the application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model and the Jigsaw learning model on students' cognitive learning outcomes in labor issues material in Indonesia. The independent variable of this study is “Two Stay Two Stray learning model (TSTS) and Jigsaw learning model”, while the dependent variable is “Learning Outcomes”. The research approach used in this research was a quantitative approach. The form of research used in this study was an experiment form with Two Group Pretest Posttest research design. The population in this research were all students of class IX IPS consisting of four classes namely class IX IPS 1, IX IPS 2, IX IPS 3, and IX IPS 4 with the total number of students were 134. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection tools used were test questions, observation sheets and documentation. The results showed that There were no significant differences in cognitive learning outcomes between students who used the two stay two stray learning model and the jigsaw learning model with the results of Z_ (count) of 1.72 and Z_ (table) at a significant level of 0.05 were 1.96. Keywords: TSTS Learning Model and Jigsaw, Learning Outcome Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dengan model pembelajaran Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi permasalahan ketenagakerjaan di indonesia. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah “model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dan model pembelajaran Jigsaw”, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah “Hasil Belajar”. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Two Group Pretest Posttest Designs. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX IPS yang terdiri dari empat kelas yaitu kelas IX IPS 1, IX IPS 2, IX IPS 3, dan IX IPS 4 dengan jumlah keseluruhan siswa yaitu 134. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah soal tes, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kognitif antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran two stay two stray dengan model pembelajaran jigsaw dengan hasil  sebesar 1,72 dan  pada taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 1,96. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran TSTS dan  Jigsaw, Hasil belajar

Abstract

Success in the learning process is very dependent on the availability of learning media that supports the achievement of learning objectives. Well-designed learning media has the potential to have a positive impact in developing students' potential. One of the effective tools in the learning process is the Monopoly game media. This research uses a Research and Development approach with the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research sample consisted of 28 students from class VIII C. Data analysis involved evaluation by media experts and product users, using percentage intervals to assess the suitability of the product. The results of the development research show that the Monopoly learning media is suitable for use, with a validation rate of media experts of 87.6%, material experts of 86.3%, and learning practitioners of 81.33%. Small group trials and field trials showed a high level of feasibility, with percentages of 94.9% and 81.33% for student learning completion. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the Monopoly learning media is very suitable for use in learning social studies subjects.

Abstract

Abstrack: The general problem in this research is the result of students' learning on the less satisfactory IPS lesson proved still much under KKM. This is because in the process of learning the use of models and methods that are less varied by the subject of IPS Teacher so that students are less motivated to learn. The research method used is qualitative research method descriptive approach, with the form of research is Research Action class (PTK). The results showed that the implementation of learning using STAD model to improve the learning outcomes of students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 6 Dedai run smoothly and have good impact on student learning activities in class. The results of students' learning subjects IPS Integrated experience increased. The test results obtained the average value on the first cycle of 83 and increased in cycle II of 94.25. Increasing the average grade value is accompanied by an increase to classical kentuntasan namely cycle I of 68.18% which increased 100%. So there is an increase in class average value of 11.25 and the percentage of classical up to 25%. Furthermore, student response is very good to the implementation of STAD learning model. Students express pleasure, and motivated learning by STAD learning model. Suggestions for teachers to be able to develop STAD learning models on other materials.Keyword: STAD Model Improves Learning OutcomesAbstrak: Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kurang memuaskan terbukti masih banyak di bawah KKM. Hal ini karenakan dalam proses pembelajaran penggunaan model dan metode yang kurang bervariatif oleh Guru mata pelajaran IPS sehingga siswa kurang termotivasi untuk belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan Model STAD untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Dedai berjalan dengan lancar dan berdampak baik terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa dikelas. Hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu mengalami peningkatan. Hasil tes diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 83 dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 94,25. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas disertai dengan peningkatan ke kentuntasan klasikal yaitu siklus I sebesar 68,18% yang meningkat 100%. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 11,25 dan persentase klasikal hingga 25%. Selanjutnya respon siswa sangat baik terhadap pelaksanaan model pembelajaran STAD. Siswa menyatakan rasa senang, dan termotivasi belajar dengan model pembelajaran STAD. Saran bagi guru agar dapat mengembangkan model pembelajaran STAD pada materi lainnya.Kata kunci : Model STAD Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed at exploring the influence of investment decisions of foreign investors to domestic investors. Investment decisions measured based on volume and frequency of share trading in the Indonesian share market. The data of the research obtained from the transaction data on 2011-2015. Furthermore, the data analyzed using regression analysis. The finding of the data analysis showed that the foreign investor trading activities has a significant and positive impact on domestic investor trading activities. Based on the lag found that the trading transaction of foreign investor was not significantly affected the domestic investor trading activities. Therefore it could be concluded that foreign investors become a reference for domestic investors in making investment decisions in the current year but not a reference for the following year due to the future economic movement which is influenced by other factors that could not be predicted.Keywords: Transactions, Foreign And Domestic Investors, Capital MarketsAbstrak: Penelitian ini mengekspolasi pengaruh keputusan investasi investor asing terhadap investor domestik. Keputusan investasi diukur menggunakan volume dan frekuensi perdagangan saham di pasar modal Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data transaksi dari tahun 2011-2015. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analasis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa aktivitas jual beli saham investor asing di pasar modal indonesia berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap aktivitas jual beli saham investor domestik. Secara lag ditemukan transaksi jual beli saham investor asing tidak signifikan  terhadap transaksi jual beli saham investor domestik. Oleh karena itu disimpulkan bahwa investor asing menjadi acuan bagi investor domestik dalam membuat keputusan investasi pada tahun berjalan namun tidak menjadi acuan untuk tahun berikutnya. Hal ini dikarenakan pergerakan ekonomi di masa mendatang dipengaruhi faktor lain-lain yang belum dapat diprediksi kepastiannya.Kata Kunci: Transaksi, Investor Asing Dan Domestik, Pasar Modal

Abstract

The problem in this research is that students are less active in learning, student learning outcomes are low, and students need help to answer questions asked by the teacher, which results in student scores not reaching the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This research aims to clearly understand the improvement in student learning outcomes by using contextual-based learning media in social studies subjects for class VIII at SMP Nusantara Indah Sintang for the 2023/2024 academic year, with as many as 13 students. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method in the form of PTK classroom action research. Data collection techniques and tools used in this research were observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The research results showed that the classical value for cycle I was 46.16% and cycle II 92.30%, increasing by 46.14%, while the average value for cycle I was 67.69 and the average value for cycle II was 87.69, rising to 20.00. Thus, students' mastery of the material on advantages and limitations between spaces in demand and supply has increased from medium to high. This means that the use of contextual-based learning media in integrated social sciences learning activities has been proven. Besides that, students' interest in learning shows increased results through students' attention, discipline, activeness, and responsibility in participating in learning, and students can respect their friends well.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Bhakti Lestari sebanyak 503 orang yang beralamatkan di Desa Merarai Satu, Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian, Kabupaten Sintang.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling.Analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan mencari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji kontribusi, serta uji asumsi klasik. Abstract

Companies prioritize CSR out of awareness of social and environmental impacts, as well as to meet societal expectations, reduce reputational risks, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. However, decisions related to CSR can be influenced by public share ownership, because public shareholders have different preferences from institutional or majority shareholders. This research aims to determine the influence of GCG practices and public share ownership on CSR disclosure. The research method used is quantitative using a survey approach. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, from 82 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021 and 2022, 76 companies were sampled. Multiple linear regression tests and simple linear regression tests are used as data analysis methods. Linear regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence of audit committee size and ownership on all types of CSR, while the composition of public ownership has a significant negative influence. The composition of the independent board of commissioners and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect. These results indicate the need to consider GCG structure and share ownership in an effort to increase Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to describe the use of snakes and ladders learning media in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in Class VIII of Nusantara Indah Sintang Junior High School in the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were all students in class VIII of Nusantara Indah Junior High School Sintang in the 2023/2024 academic year, totalling 13 students, including 10 female students and 3 male students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and test questions. Based on data analysis, the research results are as follows: (1) the application of snakes and ladders learning media is in accordance with the steps specified on the observation sheet. Judging from the results of teacher activity observations in cycle I was 90% and in cycle II was 100% with the assessment criteria for teacher activity observation results very well. (2) the improvement of students' learning outcomes can be seen from the test results, average scores, and classical completeness of each cycle. Where the average value of cycle I was 63.07 and the classical completeness was 53.84%, while the average value of cycle II was 88.46 and the classical completeness was 92.30%, meaning that snakes and ladders learning media can improve student learning outcomes. (3) Students' responses to the snakes and ladders learning media expressed positive responses based on statements on the students' interview sheets. It can be concluded that through snakes and ladders media can improve the learning outcomes of students in social studies class VIII SMP Nusantara Indah Sintang in the 2023/2024 academic year. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Snakes and Ladders Learning Media
