Abstract

Perkembangan digital mengubah cara Generasi Z mencari informasi dan mengambil keputusan pembelian. TikTok menjadi platform utama untuk berbagi dan menemukan konten kecantikan, dengan User-Generated Content (UGC) seperti ulasan dan tutorial yang memengaruhi persepsi dan keputusan konsumen. Focallure sebagai merek kosmetik memanfaatkan User-Generated Content secara efektif di TikTok, di mana konten autentik dari pengguna terbukti meningkatkan purchase intention serta brand trust. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh User-Generated Content terhadap niat beli produk Focallure di TikTok dengan brand trust sebagai variabel mediasi pada Generasi Z. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS dan teknik purposive-quota sampling kepada 185 responden Generasi Z di wilayah Jabodetabek yang pernah membeli produk Focallure melalui TikTok dan menonton konten User-Generated Content. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa User-Generated Content memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention (β = 0,312; p < 0,05) dan Brand Trust (β = 0,425; p < 0,05). Brand Trust juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention (β = 0,298; p < 0,05) serta memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara User-Generated Content dan niat beli dengan indirect effect yang signifikan. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 60,1% variabilitas Purchase Intention dan 52,8% variabilitas Brand Trust. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya strategi pemasaran berbasis User-Generated Content yang autentik untuk membangun kepercayaan merek dan meningkatkan niat beli konsumen Generasi Z di platform digital.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) to analyze the level of financial literacy of adolescents in Jabodetabek, (2) to analyze the impact of the dimensions of financial literacy on consumptive behaviour, (3) to analyze the impact of social media usage on the consumptive behaviour,4) analyze the impact of socio-demographic factors the consumptive behaviours type of research is quantitative and qualitative, and the data source is primary data (questionnaire). The method used is descriptive analysis method and analysis of Structural Equation Modemodellingartial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result is level of financial literacy of the late adolescent is well-literate, with a percentage of 44%. Financial knowledge and socio-demographic factors do not significantly affect delinquent adolescent consumptive behaviour. Financial attitudes, financial behaviour and social media usage significantly impact the late adolescent workforce in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

The development of globalization has made all activities inseparable from technological assistance, including the digital investment sector. The increasing number of investors have made various digital investment applications compete to find users by improving the quality of service and brand image. The purpose of this studywas to analyze the effect of e-service qualityand brand image on the intention to reuse the Bibit application. This research was conducted in the Jabodetabek area using a quantitative method. The sample studied was Bibit application users in Jabodetabek and aged between 17-30 years as many as 160 people selected using a voluntary sampling technique. The data processing method uses SEM-PLS with the Smart PLS application 3. The results show that there was a positive and significant effect of e-service quality and brand image on the interest in reusing the Bibit application. others and can add other variables such as promotions and ease of use to interest in reusing Bibit

Abstract

In recent years, Bank Mandiri's non-performing loan (NPL) ratio has been on a relatively stable decline until the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 quarter I put pressure on the Indonesian economy. Since then, Bank Mandiri's NPL ratio has increased significantly due to the global economic recession that also occurred in Indonesia in 2020 quarter III. This study aims to analyse the effect of macroeconomic variables such as gross domestic product, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on non-performing loans (NPL) specifically at Bank Mandiri. This study uses secondary data in the form of historical data of related variables and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to estimate the dynamics of long-term and short-term relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that macroeconomic variables such as BIRATE, INF, and LNPDB significantly affect Bank Mandiri's NPLs in the long-run dynamics, while LNKURS is statistically significant in the short-run dynamics. Abstract

This study observed the phenomenon of underpricing in the average IPO stock prices during the period 2021–2023 up to 24 months after the IPO. Stock prices are influenced by internal company factors, the information of which can be obtained from annual reports. This study aimed to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, proxied by managerial ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee, as well as the effect of dividend policy, proxied by dividend payout ratio, on stock prices of IPO companies in 2021–2023. The research method used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27. The results showed that, partially, managerial ownership and board of directors had a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the board of commissioners, audit committee, and dividend payout ratio had no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, managerial ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, audit committee, and dividend payout ratio had a significant effect on stock prices.   Keywords: good corporate governance, dividend policy, stock price, IPO companies, Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Perencanaan usaha penting agar investasi yang akan dilakukan dapat diukur keberhasilannya. BUM Desa perlu mengidentifikasi potensi produk ataupun jasa dan melakukan perencanaan usaha sehingga dapat dipahami oleh stakeholder terkait. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu BUM Desa Cibadak, Ciampea melakukan perencanaan usaha dengan menggunakan pendekatan BMC (Business Model Canvas). Produk jasa yang dipilih hasil identifikasi awal BUM Desa adalah wisata geopark Gunung Kapur. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, workshop yang meliputi brainstorming partisipatif dan diskusi pendalaman. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pada perencanaan meliputi koordinasi dan survei lokasi. Pada pelaksanaan menghasilkan BMC perencanaan usaha wisata geopark Gunung Kapur t Desa Cibadak. Terdapat 9 blok kunci yang dapat diterapkan. Hasil evaluasi, peserta khususnya BUM Desa dan pengelola wisata mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih  mendalam melalui presentasi, diskusi, kritik dan masukan dari pakar. Perlu tindakan lebih lanjut seperti pemasaran obyek wisata dan promosi yang terukur. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah  perlu perubahan mindset dan penguatan SDM pengelola BUM Desa.  Diharapkan hasil model bisnis  ini menjadi bahan diskusi pengelola BUM Desa dan pengelola wisata dalam mencari calon investor.

Abstract

The impact analysis of PT XYZ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) method focuses on the company's flagship initiative, the Agro-Educational Tourism Jayakarta program, located in Jatinegara Kaum Village, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta. This program has been a collaboration between PT XYZ and the Rumah Kaum Jayakarta Forest Farmers Group (KTH) since 2021. The impact assessment utilized both quantitative and qualitative data collected through periodic financial reports, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). The SROI value of the Agro-Educational Tourism Jayakarta program was 3,58, indicating that every one rupiah invested by PT XYZ generated 3,52 rupiah of economic, social, and environmental benefits. The total net benefit, after a 15% deadweight adjustment, amounted to Rp4.928.800.674 over the 2021–2023 period. The identified benefits include: (a) enhanced horticultural cultivation skills, (b) increased income from horticultural product sales, (c) strengthened social capital such as cohesion and solidarity, (d) reduced organic and inorganic waste through maggot cultivation and creative recycling, and (e) the emergence and dissemination of environmental awareness movements. The total CSR investment under the empowerment category for this program reached Rp1.399.345.270 over three years (2021–2023). The Agro-Educational Tourism Jayakarta program effectively addressed local waste management challenges by establishing an integrated waste management system to minimize waste generation, environmental degradation, flood risk, and disease. The program also introduced an innovative system that transformed waste into a savings-based investment tool, integrating it with environmental preservation through fun-learning-based educational tourism packages designed to foster "Earth Guardians" in Jatinegara Kaum Village. The program's novelty lies in its combination of (a) cultural and religious tourism centered on Prince Jayakarta, (b) agro-education applying fun learning methods for horticulture and waste management, (c) waste processing through maggot cultivation, composting, and creative recycling, and (d) creative economic development through waste banking and the facilitation of the Jayakarta Joint Business Group (KUBE) to support local MSMEs. From a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) perspective, Agro-Educational Tourism Jayakarta contributes to reducing Global Warming Potential (GWP) through waste processing that lowers methane (CH₄) emissions and tree planting efforts supporting Net Zero Emission (NZE) initiatives. The program achieved tangible outcomes, including: reduction of 9,3 tons/year of inorganic waste and 5,4 tons/year of organic waste, mitigation of 221,55 kg of CH₄ and 7.532,7 kg CO₂-eq emissions, an average income of Rp99.600.000/year per KTH member, increased social cohesion, a membership growth from 33 to 47 members, and engagement of 23 potential Bank Sampah replication customers in Duren Sawit District. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) quality, bank size, and the operating expenses to operating income ratio (BOPO) on the frequency of fraud at Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Sumatra during the 2017–2024 period. The main problem addressed is the high risk of fraud in BPDs, which threatens operational stability and public trust. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports and GCG self-assessment reports. Panel data regression with the Random Effect Model was used for analysis. The results show that bank size has a positive and significant effect on fraud at the 10% level (p = 0.085), while BOPO also has a positive and significant effect at the 10% level (p = 0.062). Meanwhile, GCG quality has a negative but statistically insignificant effect (p = 0.439). These findings indicate that increasing bank size and lower operational efficiency tend to elevate fraud risk, whereas improvements in GCG have not yet shown a significant impact on reducing fraud. The study highlights the importance of improving operational efficiency and strengthening oversight in large BPDs to mitigate fraud risks in regional financial institutions.

Abstract

Customer loyalty merupakan aspek penting bagi keberlanjutan bisnis dan dipengaruhi oleh penerapan customer relationship management (CRM) serta customer engagement (CE). Komunitas Hodyctive Member dibentuk untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, namun masih menghadapi kendala pertumbuhan anggota, partisipasi komunitas, dan tingkat pembelian ulang yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh CRM dan CE terhadap loyalitas pelanggan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui SEM-PLS pada 195 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CRM dan CE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi personalisasi, komunikasi yang efektif, dan interaksi komunitas dalam membangun loyalitas, serta memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan strategi loyalitas berbasis komunitas digital pada brand Hody
