Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan perwujudan dari konsep pariwisata berbasis komunitas (CBT). Kabupaten Sleman memiliki 37 desa wisata binaan. Desa wisata Sambi sebagai pioneer desa wisata di Kabupaten Sleman sejak tahun 2002 dipilih sebagai objek kajian penelitian. Penelitian bertujuan melihat peran komponen pengembangan daya tarik wisata berbasis komunitas di Desa Wisata Sambi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian yaitu pertama, komponen pengembangan daya tarik wisata berbasis CBT terdiri dari atraksi desa wisata, kapasitas manajerial, peran serta masyarakat, amenitas, pemasaran, aksesibilitas, kunjungan wisatawan, dan kepemilikan asset. Kedua, setiap komponen memiliki keterkaitan dalam perkembangan desa wisata Sambi. Ketiga, komponen kapasitas manajerial berperan krusial terhadap keberlanjutan pengembangan Desa Wisata Sambi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan perencanaan pengembangan daerah tujuan wisata berbasis CBT di Indonesia dan Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta khususnya.Kata kunci: Pariwisata Berkelanjutan, Desa Wisata, Sambi, dan CBT.

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Pengembangan wisata edukasi berbasis konservasi merupakan salah satu upaya mewujudkan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Tren pariwisata yang saat ini meningkat adalah wisata alam yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menjaga kelestarian alam. Jawa Tengah sebagai salah satu daerah tujuan wisata memiliki Taman Hutan Raya (TAHURA) K.G.P.A.A Mangkunegoro I sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan kajian pengembangan wisata edukasi berbasis konservasi. Metode penelitian yang  dilakukan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Wawancara dengan narasumber serta observasi (data primer) dan arsip/dokumen, studi literature (data sekunder). Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pengembangan wisata edukasi berbasis konservasi yang tepat diterapkan di Tahura K.G.P.A.A Mangkunegoro I yaitu pembuatan paket jungle school untuk pelajar, mahasiswa atau wisatawan umum. Paket wisata trekking, paket fotografi, atraksi birdwatching, pengadaan pusat data untuk penelitian dan pembelajaran. Diperlukan juga penambahan sarana dan prasarana serta SDM yang dapat menunjang destinasi. Terkait konservasi perlu dilakukan juga visitor management untuk membatasi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Tahura untuk menjaga kelestarian alam.Kata Kunci : Tourism Development, Wisata Edukasi, Konservasi, Taman Hutan Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how tourism development strategies are carried out by the Blue Lagoon community. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. Sources of data in this study were obtained from interviews with sources as well as observations and archives or documents, literature studies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the strategy of developing a tourism village carried out by the community is by forming a tourism village management committee, making tour packages, building supporting facilities, promotion programs and cooperation with various interested parties. Through the tourism development strategy, it is seen how tourism empowerment has fostered community participation, established cooperative relationships and improved the economy of the community around the tourism area.

Abstract

Pengaruh perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Dalam penelitian ini faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif adalah penggunaan e-money dan kontrol diri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-money terhadap perilaku konsumtif dengan kontrol diri sebagai variabel intervening pada mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam (FSEI) Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam (FSEI) Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3.539 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 mahasiswa dihitung dengan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 10%. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda menggunakan spss versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-money berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif, e-money berpengaruh terhadap kontrol diri, kontrol diri tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif dan kontrol diri mampu memediasi antara e-money dan perilaku konsumtif pada Mahasiswa Faklultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam (FSEI) Instutut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon.

Abstract

The development of a business needs to be done to increase its capacity of a business. PD Ika is a business engaged in the culinary field, precisely the production of fish skin crackers. PD Ika needs business development to increase its business volume. The business model canvas is a tool to see how a business is developed. The research method used is qualitative using a SWOT approach to analyze the canvas business model at PD Ika. 9 (Nine) components used in general have been carried out at PD Ika. Further development needs to be carried out by taking into account the SWOT analysis that has been carried out on the customer segment and needs to target new customers. The value proposition can be improved with halal certification. Key partnerships can work with the government, academia, mass media, investors, and the community. Customer relationships using social media, websites, and other media. Channels for marketing other than offline marketing also need to use digital marketing. Improvements also need to be made on the other four elements, namely revenue stream, key activities, cost structure, and key resources.

Abstract

Murabahah is one of the fund distribution products that is quite popular with BMT customers because of its profitable characteristics. However, even though the implementation is easy and much-loved by the public, Murabaha financing also has many problems. Many factors include ordinary people who still do not understand about murabahah financing, because there are still many people who think that murabahah financing is the same as conventional financing. In fact, according to the DSN-MUI fatwa, this is not the case. For this reason, the author aims to conduct an analysis of the application of the principle of Murabaha financing. This research was conducted at KSPPS BMT Nusa Ummat Sejahtera KC. Cirebon, whose address is at Jalan Raya Tengah Tani No. 17 Dawuan Village, Tengah Tani Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency. The focus of the research is on an analysis of the condition of the BMT in the village, both institutional conditions, services, and practices in the field. The subjects of this research are the managers of BMT Nusa Ummat Sejahtera. The research methods used descriptive qualitative. The result of the research is murabahah funding as a one of product  which BMT NU Sejahtera practically have doing by islamic principle.

Abstract

AbstractThe increase in the number of tourists is directly proportional to the impact of the damage. To minimize the impact of tourism, an economic valuation of natural tourist destinations is needed to obtain additional economic benefits for conservation. Economic valuation is carried out using the Travel Cost Method. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the willingness to pay tourists at the Cibulan Nature Tourism Destination and to estimate the economic value of the Cibulan Nature Tourism Destination using the Travel Cost Method. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, travel cost method, and consumer surplus. The results showed that travel cost, age, distance, and facilities had a significant influence on the level of visits to Cibulan tourism objects, while income and education did not have a significant influence on the level of visits to Cibulan attractions. The total economic value obtained is Rp. 148,157,850,203 per year. Willingness to pay following Maqashid Sharia and bring benefits to the community.Keywords: Economic Valuation; Travel Cost Method; Consumer Surplus.

Abstract

The term "creative economy" refers to a way to pursue sustainable development through creativity. Information technology plays an important role in marketing because it has the ability to create new sectors and change the way people use technology and conduct business. The purpose of the research is to understand how marketing development strategies use technology and information, identify factors that support and hinder marketing development using information technology, and find out how Sharia economic law views marketing development strategies using information technology at Online Shop Fifau hijab Cirebon during the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology used in this research is qualitative. Interviews, documentation, and literature studies were the data collection methods. The findings of this study show that the marketing development plan of Fifau hijab Cirebon during the COVID-19 pandemic was made using information technology, namely social media sites such as FB, WA, Shopee, Instagram, and TikTok. This tactic is acceptable in Sharia Economic Law if it does not interfere with the basics of muamalah.Istilah "ekonomi kreatif" mengacu pada cara untuk mengejar pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui kreativitas. Teknologi informasi memainkan peran penting dalam pemasaran karena memiliki kemampuan untuk menciptakan sektor-sektor baru dan mengubah cara orang menggunakan teknologi dan menjalankan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk memahami bagaimana strategi pengembangan pemasaran menggunakan teknologi dan informasi, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pengembangan pemasaran menggunakan teknologi informasi, dan mengetahui bagaimana pandangan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap strategi pengembangan pemasaran menggunakan teknologi informasi pada Online Shop Fifau hijab Cirebon di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur menjadi metode pengumpulan data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rencana pengembangan pemasaran Fifau hijab Cirebon selama pandemi COVID-19 dibuat dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi, yaitu situs media sosial seperti FB, WA, Shopee, Instagram, dan Tiktok. Taktik ini dapat diterima dalam Hukum Ekonomi Syariah jika tidak mengganggu dasar-dasar muamalah.

Abstract

The rapid spread of COVID-19 has had a major impact on the Indonesian economy. Three biggest impacts occurred, firstly, the decline in people's purchasing power from 5.04% to 2.4%, secondly, prolonged uncertainty made investment weaker, which made the business world sluggish and declined, thirdly, the spread of COVID-19 throughout the world. the world makes the global economic decline which causes commodity prices to also fall. Financing based on sharia principles is the provision of money or an equivalent claim based on an agreement between the bank and another party that requires the party being financed to return the money or claim after a certain period of time with compensation or profit-sharing. The Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) is a microfinance institution that collects funds from the public and distributes them to people who need these funds. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative. The result of this study is that KSPPS Al Ishlah Mitra Sejahtera Plumbon is still running financing with various considerations for the welfare of its members.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how potentially Banyuanyar Village to developed into tourism village. Tourism village is form of implementation community based tourism. A purpose from community based tourism is to encouraged local community so they can be more prosperous. A village can be developed as well to be tourism village if fullfill several criteria tourism development. They are “potential product or potential attraction in destination”, “local community”, “potential of local human resources”, “availability of facilities and infrastructure”, and “ability to create a tourism market”. Based from thos criteria, Banyuanyar village has enough potential to be developed as a tourism village. A strong aspect are found on the tourist attraction. Currently Banyuanyar Village has been visited by tourists but is still limited to the coffee segment. The weakness that still needs to be improved is the ability to create markets. Banyuanyar village is currently still having difficulties in making tour packages, and to determine the right market segment and the right marketing strategy.
