Abstract

Abstrak: Teungku Dayah merupakan seorang pendidik yang memiliki kapabilitas ilmu agama yang memilikikewajiban moral untuk menyampaikannya kepada masyarakat, baik yang berintegrasi di lembaga formalmaupun non-formal. Kedudukan Teungku Dayah dalam masyarakat Aceh merupakan sosok yang masihsangat sakral dan merupakan gelar yang sangat identik dengan keagamaan. Pemerintah Aceh baik ditingkat propinsi dan kabupaten/kota berwenang merencanakan kebutuhan, memfasilitasi peningkatanmutu, melakukan pembinaan, memberikan penghargaan dan perlindungan, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraanterhadap Teungku Dayah.Kompetensi personalia Teungku Dayah dalam membimbing dan mengarahkanpeserta didiknya mencakup aspek yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Manajemen Teungku Dayahmerupakan aktivitas yang dilakukan mulai dari bergabungnya ke dalam sebuah lembaga Dayah sampaitidak lagi aktif melalui proses perencanaan, rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan, evaluasi, pelatihan danpengembangan, pemberhentian atau mutasi.Abstract: Teungku Dayah is an educator who has the capability of religious science who has a moralobligation to convey it to the community, both those who are integrated in formal and non-formalinstitutions.The position of Teungku Dayah in Acehnese society is a figure that is still very sacred and isa title that is very synonymous with religion. The Aceh Government, both at the provincial and district/ city level, has the authority to plan needs, facilitate quality improvement, provide guidance, provideawards and protection, and improve the welfare of Teungku Dayah. The competence of personnel inTeungku Dayah in guiding and directing students includes aspects of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.Teungku Dayah management is an activity carried out starting from joining into a Dayah institutionuntil it is no longer active through the process of planning, recruitment, selection and placement,evaluation, training and development, dismissal or transfer.Key Words: Manajemen, Teungku, Dayah, Personalia

Abstract

ABSTRACT The achievements obtained by the MAS Al-Muslimun institution under the leadership of the current head of the madrasa make it one of the pioneers of madrasas in North Aceh. Having differentiators in educational institutions can certainly be used as a strategy and stepping stone to introduce these institutions to the public. The aim of this research is to explain the characteristics of the visionary leadership of the head of MAS Al-Muslimun, the efforts of the madrasah head in improving the academic and non-academic achievements of students, and explain the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the academic and non-academic achievements of students at MAS Al-Muslimun. The research method used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, documentation and observation. The research results show that the visionary leadership characteristics of the head of MAS Al-Muslimun are always having a plan, being completely ambitious about target results, socialising the vision and mission, controlling his subordinates to get a support system, and exploring existing resources to support the vision and mission programme. The madrasa head's efforts to improve the academic and non-academic achievements of students at MAS Al-Muslimun include planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. Supporting factors in increasing student achievement at MAS Al-Muslimun are influenced by internal and external factors, while inhibiting factors are the lack of teacher resources who are experts in their fields to guide and train students, there is still a lack of teachers who have a lot of information to increase competitiveness and student achievement, as well as more support from parents in supporting student achievement. Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Madrasah Head, Academic and Non-Academic Achievement

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the concept of teacher service excellence from the perspective of Surah al-Muddatstsir verses 1-7 to improve the quality of student learning. The researcher used a qualitative research method through a literature review with a bir-ra'yi (diroyah) interpretation approach, which included ar-Ra'yu al-Mahmudah. The data sources consist of primary data, namely the Al-Qur'an Surah al-Muddatstsir verses 1-7, and secondary data, several tafsir books, books, articles, or other relevant scientific works to this research. The data collection techniques used are documentation and content analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of the teacher service excellence concept contained in Surah al-Muddatstsir verses 1-7 contains several aspects, including building personnel relationships, motivation and responsibility, vertical communication, appearance and cleanliness, self-purification and example, sincerity, and patience. The concept of teacher service excellence through the interpretation approach of Surah al-Muddatstsir verses 1-7 has a worldly and spiritual function. In general, it is very relevant to modern teacher service excellence. Abstract

This study offer approach new in development leadership female students through management organization students at integrated pesantren, with focus on integration religious values and skills leadership practical. This aim For analyze effectiveness management organization student in form personality and leadership female students at pesatren. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The research subjects consisted of student organization administrators, teachers and female students. The results of the research show that student organization planning at pesantren includes the formation of a clear organizational structure, understanding the schedule of student activities, as well as implementing standard operational procedures and sanctions. The consistent implementation of these programs has succeeded in forming female students' personalities who are disciplined and organized. Apart from that, the trustworthy and democratic leadership style applied by integrated santri leadership organization, with support from the care team, is effective in forming student leadership with character and responsibility. This research is expected to provide scientific references to continue to develop and update leadership programs and strengthen cooperation with other institutions that share the same vision. In addition, there needs to be periodic evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of the program and adjust it to the evolving needs of female students.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of the school committee in improving the quality of student religiosity at SMP Negeri Arun. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. To obtain accurate data, researchers conducted three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques consisted of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the role of the school committee in improving the quality of student religiosity at SMP Negeri Arun is as an advisory agency in determining and implementing educational policies in the field of student religiosity, as a supporting agency namely raising funds to support the implementation of student religiosity development activities, as a controlling agency for student religiosity self-development activities, and as a mediator agency for schools with student guardians and government related to student religiosity issues.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) education aims to provide knowledge and skills to learners in order for them to stay updated on technical advancements that are constantly changing. ICT learning at MTsN 4 Aceh Utara requires a variety of strategies and methods that emphasize the development of thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills to enhance the intellectual intelligence of learners. The research is qualitative and uses methods of comparative analysis, involving students directly in the learning analysis of ICT. The results of the research show that intellectual intelligence has a positive influence in developing critical thinking, creativity, and analytical ability of students in MTsN 4 Aceh Utara. Average percentage results showed 73.3% for the learning material aspects of ICT, 70% for learning methods aspects, and 73,3% for learning evaluation aspects. These findings contributed to the overall improvement of learning quality in MTsN 4 Aceh Utara.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan Dayah merupakan pengelolaan mulai dari planning, actuating, evaluasi dan auditing terhadap  semua bentuk keuangan untuk membiayai aktifitas atau kegiatan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung untuk menunjang penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Dayah secara efektif dan efisien dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan.  Tujuan manajemen keuangan Dayah adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan keuangan Dayah, meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi keuangan Dayah, meminimalkan penyalahgunaan anggaran Dayah. Manajemen keuangan Dayah dibangun atas prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan dana pendidikan yang berdasarkan pada prinsip keadilan, efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas publik.

Abstract

In the context of rapid global transformation conditions marked by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA), with turbulence, uncertainty, novelty, and ambiguity (TUNA), conventional education systems are progressively insufficient in equipping students for future problems. This study examines the deployment of syllabuses focused on soft skills as a strategic response to educational disruptions. This research examines the integration of soft skills—namely communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and emotional intelligence—into curriculum design, pedagogy, and evaluation using qualitative case studies from various geopolitical contexts. The findings indicate that incorporating soft skills cultivates learner resilience, improves collaborative problem-solving, and provides students with competences necessary for addressing the evolving challenges of the 21st century. The study emphasises that policy implications, curriculum, and institutional support are essential elements affecting successful implementation. The research proposes a transformative educational approach that aligns curriculum development with the requirements of the VUCA-TUNA environment, emphasising human-centred, future-ready learning.

Abstract

Visionary leadership is defined as a leadership style that always puts forward a vision and makes decisions to realize it. So that what is expected in visionary leadership is able to stand up to the transformation of Islamic education in today's modern era. This study aims to analyze the role of visionary leadership in the transformation of Islamic education in the era of disruption. The method used is Library research with a qualitative descriptive approach, reviewing various literature related to visionary leadership, Islamic education, and educational competitiveness. The results showed that visionary leadership in Islamic education in the Disruption era emphasizes the formulation of a long-term vision that has a high level of inspiration and motivation. Visionary leaders lead by prioritizing innovation, adaptation, and human resource development to realize better education. Visionary leadership prioritizes investment in infrastructure and technology for quality education, as well as formulating policies that support the improvement of the quality of education, both academically and non-academically, with an emphasis on developing digitalization innovations, moral aspects and the character of students, so that continuous evaluation and improvement are also important things from visionary leadership.

Abstract

This study examines student management within Islamic educational institutions concerning Generation Z, whose digital proficiency and preference for individualized learning pose challenges to conventional, administration-centric methodologies. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach via a systematic literature review to identify critical issues: decreased discipline, reduced spiritual engagement, digital distractions, and unequal access to technology. The results support a comprehensive management framework that integrates Qur’anic principles—ikhlas (sincerity), al-‘adl (justice), amanah (responsibility), syura (consultation), and rahmah (compassion)—with contemporary methodologies including data-driven decision-making, differentiated learning, and ethically oriented digital instruments (AI, LMS, gamification). This comprehensive strategy seeks to cultivate insan kamil—graduates who achieve academic excellence while maintaining moral and social integrity. The paper indicates that globalization and Indonesia's Kurikulum Merdeka present potential for innovation, although they also pose risks of injustice and value dilution in the absence of robust managerial competence and ethical alignment. The research presents a conceptual framework for competitive, value-oriented Islamic education in the digital age.
