Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis regulasi penjaminan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Regulasi penjaminan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia dilakukan secara bertahap dan kontinu sebagai usaha mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas. Di Indonesia sendiri, regulasi penjaminan mutu terus ditingkatkan dari tahun ke tahun di antaranya diterbitkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1989 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemerintah Daerah, Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan, dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 63 Tahun 2009 tentang Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract

Artikel ini akan mengulas penggunaan bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa Al-Quran, seperti yang dijelaskan oleh Hamka dan az-Zamakhsyarī ketika menafsirkan QS. Yūsuf/12: 2 dan Asy-Syuʻarāʼ/26: 195. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode penelitian perpustakaan (library research), dengan meneliti literatur tertulis seperti turāṡ, buku dan jurnal. Bahasa Arab dianggap sebagai bahasa Al-Qur’an, sehingga dalam memahami pesan-pesan Al-Qur’an mutlak harus memiliki pengetahuan tentang bahasa Arab. Namun, sifat bahasa Al-Qur’an sedikit berbeda dengan bahasa Arab yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Arab pada masa turunnya Al-Qur’an. Poin menarik dalam artikel ini adalah konsep bahwa bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa Al-Qur’an telah ditentukan oleh ketetapan Tuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nabi Muhammad adalah bangsa Arab yang menggunakan bahasa Arab, dan umat pertama yang dihadapi oleh Nabi adalah bangsa Arab dengan bahasa mereka sendiri. Hamka berpendapat bahwa Al-Quran diturunkan oleh Tuhan dalam bahasa Arab agar dapat dibaca dan dipikirkan, bukan sekadar dibaca tanpa pemahaman dan refleksi atas isinya. Sementara itu, az-Zamakhsyarī menyatakan bahwa Al-Quran diturunkan dalam bahasa Arab agar bisa dipahami dan memahami makna-maknanya, serta untuk menghindari kebingungan. Abstract This article delves into the utilization of the Arabic language as the language of the Quran, as expounded by Hamka and az-Zamakhsyarī in their interpretations of Surah Yusuf (12): 2 and Ash-Syu'ara' (26): 195. The research employs the method of library research, involving an examination of written literature such as turaṡ (Islamic heritage), books, and journals. Arabic is considered the language of the Quran, necessitating a fundamental understanding of the Arabic language to comprehend the messages conveyed in the Quran. However, the nature of the Quranic language differs slightly from the Arabic language used by the Arab community during the revelation of the Quran. The research findings indicate that according to Hamka, the Quran was revealed by God in Arabic to facilitate both reading and contemplation, emphasizing the importance of understanding and reflecting upon its content rather than mere recitation. On the other hand, az-Zamakhsyarī asserts that the Quran was revealed in Arabic to enable comprehension of its meanings and to avoid confusion.

Abstract

This research is about BUMDes. BUMDes is a form of implementation of the Village Law, which makes villages the spearhead of development. Utilizing village potential provides benefits and interests for the community to achieve the welfare of local residents. The initial potential is the development of BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises) which serve as a driver of the village economy. However, as time goes by, quite a few villages experience failure in running their businesses, this is due to the lack of human resource capacity in managing BUMDes. This Community Service (Abdimas) activity aims to find out BUMDes innovation strategies in utilizing regional economic potential with various types of potential as a form of improving the village economy and being able to contribute to the village's original income. The method used is the community empowerment method using the technique of providing knowledge through lectures, then discussions with Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to find the problems faced by the village. The results obtained from this activity are increased understanding of village finances and the strengths and weaknesses of BUMDes Sidomukti, Dendang District. So that BUMDes can be managed better in the future.

Abstract

This study discusses the practice of buying and selling chips in online games that are rampant in Sungai Jambat Village, Sadu District, and is reviewed from an Islamic economic perspective. The rise of this activity is inseparable from the increasing use of smartphones and the internet among village communities, which makes online games a means of entertainment as well as a business opportunity. However, the practice of buying and selling chips carried out outside official channels raises a number of problems, such as elements of fraud, addiction, and indications of hidden gambling. In Islamic economics, transactions must meet the principles of justice, honesty, clarity of contracts, and be free from haram elements such as usury, gharar, and maysir. The results of the study show that the practice of buying and selling chips in the village is contrary to these principles, so it is not justified by sharia. Therefore, an active role is needed from the village government, religious leaders, and the community in providing education and creating alternative economic activities that are halal and beneficial.

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the performance of a gasoline motor with a 2-stroke system is to make some modifications to the combustion system components. By changing the volume of the induction tube and the thickness of the membrane the performance of a 2-stroke gasoline motor can be improved from standard conditions. The purpose of this study is to understand how changes in the volume of the induction tube affect the performance of a 2-stroke motor engine with a capacity of 150 cc, with the aim of restoring optimal performance to the motor. This study uses an experimental method on how the effect of variations in induction tube volume and membrane thickness on gasoline motor performance. The test variable in the study is to compare 3 induction tube volumes and 2 membrane thicknesses to the resulting engine performance. Tests were carried out on a 150cc 2-stroke gasoline motor using a chassis dynamometer as a tool to see the performance of the test engine and a gas analyzer as a tool to measure the level of exhaust emissions produced. From the tests that have been carried out, it shows that the volume of the induction tube and the thickness of the membrane have an influence on the performance of a 150 cc 2-stroke gasoline motor. The highest torque is obtained on a 300cc induction tube with a membrane thickness of 0.45 mm of 19.60 Nm at 9,000 rpm. While for fuel consumption using the calculation of specific fuel consumption (SFC) obtained results of 0.08 g / kW.h. for exhaust emissions on HC produced at 2452 ppm and 0.97% on CO gas.

Abstract

This study examines holistic education management within three major educational institutions in Indonesia: schools, madrasahs, and Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Holistic education is understood as an integrated approach that combines academic, emotional, social, and spiritual development to promote balanced learner growth. This literature review identifies four core strategies relevant to strengthening holistic management: School-Based Management (SBM) and stakeholder participation; the integration of character and spiritual education; Total Quality Management (TQM) supported by data-driven evaluation; and the development of human resources alongside constructive conflict resolution. Sources were collected through systematic searches of academic publications from the last decade, focusing on studies discussing holistic education, educational management, and Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that SBM enhances autonomy, community involvement, and institutional accountability; character-spiritual integration strengthens ethical formation; TQM ensures continuous quality improvement; and competent human resource management fosters a positive school climate and sustainable organizational performance. These integrated strategies demonstrate that holistic education management is essential for improving institutional responsiveness, educational quality, and learner well-being. The study concludes that applying a holistic management framework across schools, madrasahs, and pesantren can provide an adaptive, culturally grounded, and future-oriented model for educational development in Indonesia.
