Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Informasi dan Pengolahan Data Angkatan Laut, selanjutnya disingkat PNS Disinfolahtal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 32 PNS Disinfolahtal. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 21. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja PNS Disinfolahtal dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja PNS Disinfolahtal.

Abstract

Human resources who are professional and have high dynamic and competitive competence in facing the challenges of the 21st century are needed in organizations. Key competitive factor in creating an organization that has an advantage is the HR development program. Companies or organizations either government or private need employees who have certain talents so that the company can develop. Everyone has different talents from others, so management around good talent is needed to overcome the career problems of employees in the company. The management of talented human resources is very necessary, in order to detect, develop, and use their talents to achieve personal and organizational goals more optimally. Variables in this study are: talent management, risk management and individual performance. The purpose of this study is: (1) analyzing the influence of talent management on employee performance (2). analyze the influence of risk management on the performance of employees who take research locations at PT. Petikemas Surabaya. The results showed that there is a significant influence between talent management and risk management both partially and simultaneously on performance so that all hioptesis in this study can be proven acceptable.

Abstract

Running a business requires accuracy and speed from the operational process to the process of delivering goods to consumers. This development is supported by the ease of delivery of goods, both from producers to consumers. Goods can be shipped by land, sea, and air shipping. This is a business opportunity for business people who have a strategic location for the delivery route. This study uses a quantitative approach, by collecting data through surveys. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Surabaya Container Terminal. Transformational Leadership of PT. The strong Surabaya Container Terminal will have an impact on employee performance. This is due to the application of idealized influence, the behavior of a leader that makes his followers admire, respect, and trust him. Competency results have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Surabaya Container Terminal. This means that competence can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country, has good awareness of the importance of national development in many aspects. The national development process includes the developments of micro, macro, monetary and fiscal sectors. These factors have affected the allocation of resources, distribution of income, economic growth, and stabilization related to military defense. This paper aims to describe the Indonesian economic condition in 2022 from the defense economics perspective. The method used in this paper is a qualitative literature study with a descriptive and narrative approach. The conclusion is that the Indonesian economic current condition from the micro and macro sectors shows a good development. Furthermore, the policies taken by the government in the monetary and fiscal sectors are considered to be able to stimulate economic recovery. From the defense economics point of view, this condition must be accompanied by conducive country security so the public welfare can be stable
