Abstract

This study has aims to describe the profile of junior high school students’ Thinking in Solving math problems. The subjects of this research are three students of high, medium and low in mathematical ability. Thinking profile of students described as follows: Understanding the problem, students received information by reading problems, then they recalled, processed, and stored information. Devising a plan, students processed, stored, and recalled information. Carrying out the plan, students recalled, processed, and stored information. Looking back, students stored information by performing a repletion of steps looking back.

Abstract

Elementary school students in the Society 5.0 era have become accustomed to advanced technology. Therefore, teachers must make smart efforts to ensure the success of quality education. This research aims to analyze product practicality and product feasibility according to experts to support quality education for elementary school students in the Society 5.0 era. This study's Research and Development (RnD) method follows the ADDIE model. The research was conducted with sixth-grade elementary school students in Lamongan Regency, with 166 participants. Data analysis utilized interview and questionnaire techniques. The research results are as follows: The first stage involved analyzing the needs of teachers and students in IPAS learning that could support quality education relevant to the current era. The next stage was designing the learning media. After the design process, the learning media was developed and validated by two expert media validators, two science subject matter validators, and ten education practitioners in the very good category. The implementation results with sixth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Lamongan showed that 90% of the students rated the media in the outstanding category. Thus, it can be concluded that this virtual planetarium laboratory media is effectively applied to sixth-grade students in science learning to support quality education in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

The integration of religious moderation values into mathematics learning in Islamic elementary schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) is a promising approach to simultaneously develop students' character and mathematical reasoning. This study aims to systematically review the strategies and methods used to embed values such as tolerance (tasamuh), justice (i’tidal), balance (tawazun), and deliberation (syura) through contextual mathematics learning. Using a systematic literature review method, this study analyzed peer-reviewed articles, books, and official documents published between 2015 and 2024 across databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. Findings indicate that contextual learning especially through open-ended problems, inclusive group projects, and real world applications not only promotes inclusive values but also enhances students' mathematical competence, particularly in reasoning, proportional thinking, and problem-solving. Teachers play a crucial role in designing lessons that address cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions. This review provides practical insights for educators and policymakers and identifies future research directions to strengthen integrative models of mathematics education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

This study aims to forecast the production of free-range chicken in East Java using the Holt-Double Exponential Smoothing method. By utilizing production data from the past several years, this method was chosen for its ability to capture existing trend patterns. The analysis results indicate that the method provides a high level of accuracy in forecasting. In general, the production of free-range chicken is expected to increase in most regions, although some areas may experience a decline. It is expected that farmers and local governments would use the study's conclusions as a foundation for their decision-making in order to preserve the stability and sustainability of free-range chicken production.

Abstract

The digital era demands all forms of activity, especially in learning which must be done quickly, effectively, and efficiently, with the use of the latest technology. In the current era of technological reform 4.0, various information can be obtained in a short time through smart devices with certain applications, one of which is an application to solve web-based simple trigonometric equation problems. Solving trigonometric equation problems requires a careful and complex calculation effort to get the right result. Therefore, in this article the author describes an application for solving trigonometric equation problems effectively, quickly, and accurately using the Desmos application which can be accessed online. The application can be an alternative media for learning by Mathematics teachers in conveying material related to graphics or images and which require high abstraction. ABSTRAK Era digital menuntut segala bentuk aktivitas terutama dalam pembelajaran yang dimana harus dikerjakan dengan cepat, efektif, dan efisien, dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang mutakhir. Pada era reformasi teknologi 4.0 saat ini, berbagai informasi dapat diperoleh dalam waktu yang singkat melalui perangkat pintar dengan aplikasi tertentu, salah satunya adalah aplikasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah persamaan trigonometri sederhana yang berbasis web. Penyelesaian masalah persamaan trigonometri memerlukan suatu usaha perhitungan yang teliti dan kompleks untuk mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu, pada artikel ini penulis menguraikan sebuah aplikasi untuk penyelesaian masalah persamaaan trigonometri secara efektif, cepat, dan akurat dengan menggunakan aplikasi desmos yang dapat diakses secara online. Aplikasi tersebut dapat menjadi media alternatif pembelajaran oleh guru Matematika dalam menyampaikan materi yang berkaitan dengan grafik atau gambar dan yang membutuhkan abstraksi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Kecemasan belajar matematika siswa merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh bagi siswa dalam meraih hasil yang terbaik. Banyak penelitian yang telah menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki kecemasan matematika tinggi mendapatkan nilai yang lebih rendah daripada siswa yang memiliki kecemasan matematika rendah. Penelitian yang menyajikan instrumen untuk mengukur skala kecemasan matematika harus terus diupdate sesuai dengan kondisi terbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan instrumen Skala Kecemasan Matematika Siswa (SKMS), (2) Mendeskripsikan hasil dari pengembangan instrumen Skala Kecemasan Matematika Siswa (SKMS). Model penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan dengan metode metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian merupakan siswa MTs. 2 Nurul Islam, Pungging, Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 29 butir pertanyaan yang termuat dalam 4 indikator utama yakni gejala fisiologis, gejala psikologis, gejala perilaku, dan gejala kognitif. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan tingkat validitas yang sangat baik, serta reliabilitas dengan kategori yang sangat tinggi (α = 0,925). Oleh karena itu, instrumen ini sangat baik digunakan untuk mengukur skala kecemasan matematika siswa.
