Research Method A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method was used to explore nursing issues and client intervention techniques by applying guided imagery therapy to reduce anxiety in elderly hypertensive patients. The results is Anxiety reduction was observed after guided imagery therapy, with a decrease of 5 points in respondent 1, 3 points in respondent 2, and 6 points in respondent 3. The study concluded that after four days of guided imagery therapy, all three respondents experienced a reduction in anxiety levels. Initially, all three respondents had severe anxiety levels. After the therapy, their anxiety levels decreased to a moderate level.

Abstract

Introduction: Cyberbullying is a growing phenomenon with the increasing use of digital technology and social media among adolescents. This phenomenon can affect adolescents' mental and emotional well-being, even having long-term impacts on their psychological health. This study aims to reveal the prevalence, risk factors, and psychological impact of cyberbullying among adolescents. Objective: This study aims to explore the prevalence, risk factors, and psychological impact of cyberbullying among adolescents, with a focus on the relationship between cyberbullying and mental health outcomes such as depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Method: This study used a literature search design with articles searched through three search engines: Ebsco, Proquest, and Google Scholar. The articles used were research conducted within the last five years (2020-2025), using the keywords "cyberbullying," "adolescence," and "effects." A total of 594 articles were found, which were then narrowed down to nine articles that met the inclusion criteria. Result: This study found that the prevalence of cyberbullying among adolescents globally ranges from 13.99% to 57.5%. Key risk factors include personal characteristics such as age, gender, and online behavior. The most common psychological impacts include decreased happiness, increased anxiety, depression, and an increased risk of suicide, especially for those who experience cyberbullying alongside traditional bullying. Conclusion: Cyberbullying has a significant impact on adolescent mental health, particularly in the form of psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety. Therefore, preventive efforts involving parents, schools, and the community are crucial to mitigate the negative impact of this phenomenon. Emotional education and strong parent-child relationships can help prevent cyberbullying.

Abstract

Introduction: Adolescents are an age group that is vulnerable to stress and has a serious impact on mental health. Pressure, social, and developmental transitions make vocational high school students a high-risk group for mental disorders such as anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, understanding and access to mental health services are still very limited among adolescents. Objective: This study was to improve students' understanding of stress, its impact on health, and stress management techniques through applicable health education at SMK Suryalaya. Method: This activity was carried out through mental health education to 61 students in grades X and XI at SMK Suryalaya, using interactive lecture methods, visual media, and pretest and posttest evaluations. Data were analyzed to see changes in student knowledge before and after the educational intervention. Results: There was an increase in the average score of student knowledge from 8.14 in the pretest to 9.53 in the posttest, with a difference of 1.39 points. Most students who were originally in the "moderate" category moved to the "high" category after the intervention. All participants experienced an increase or maintained their maximum score without a decrease in value. Conclusion: Health education on stress management has been proven to be effective in improving mental health literacy in adolescents. This intervention not only strengthens students' conceptual understanding, but also builds awareness of the importance of managing stress in a healthy way. This activity can be used as a promotive-preventive model for other schools to create a learning environment that supports students' mental health. Abstract

Every child has the right to monitor growth and development without exception, carried out at the family level; early detection of irregularities is carried out by trained health workers and early childhood/kindergarten educators. This activity has not yet reached the targeted figure, which is only 59.28% in 2020. Optimization of child growth and development can be developed through Paysandú integrated preschool. Based on this description, the authors consider it necessary to synergize the implementation of the SDIDTK program in the PAUD education program by making growth and development reports. The purpose of developing e-report cards is to increase efficiency and effectiveness and assist teachers, homeroom teachers, cadres, and health workers in managing the SDIDTK program so that valid, practical, and effective digital-based e-report applications can be obtained. Method: The research design refers to the development of the 4D model, including defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The stages carried out include steps 1, 2, and 3, while step 4 is carried out in the following year. Result: The developed E-report card application is named SIDDIKA (Child health data and information application). The results of the material expert validation scored 73.5% (feasible). Media expert validation results scored 81.5% (very feasible). The test results on the child health data and information application design (SIDDIKA), which was carried out on users in the field, scored 84.1% (very feasible).  Conclusion: The developed E-report card application is suitable for use in the field to assist technically in the implementation of SDIDTK at the PAUD unit level and to help increase the coverage of children receiving growth and development monitoring

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is no longer a health issue limited to adults but increasingly affects adolescents. Its asymptomatic nature makes it difficult to detect early, while lifestyle factors such as poor diet, lack of physical activity, and stress significantly increase the risk. Early intervention through school-based programs is crucial to increase awareness and prevention. Objective: The purpose of this service was to provide promotive and preventive efforts against hypertension in adolescents at SMK Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya, by increasing their knowledge, awareness, and healthy lifestyle practices through health screening, education, and counseling Method: This public service was conducted by lecturers and students of Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada in collaboration with SMK Suryalaya. The program consisted of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Screening included measurement of blood pressure, pulse, body mass index (BMI), and fitness tests. Health education was delivered through interactive lectures and discussions, while personal counseling was provided for students identified with health risks. Result: The activity involved 58 students (34 from grade X and 24 from grade XI). Screening results revealed 9.1% hypertension, 34.8% hypotension, and 13.6% obesity, indicating significant cardiovascular risks. Health education improved students’ knowledge with an average score increase from 60 (pre-test) to 82 (post-test), a gain of 36.7%, shifting most students from “moderate” to “high” knowledge categories. Personalized counseling for at-risk students enhanced their understanding and commitment to adopting healthier habits. Conclusion: This program demonstrated that integrating screening, education, and counseling effectively improved adolescent health awareness and promoted preventive behaviors. Early detection and health promotion in schools are essential strategies to reduce long-term cardiovascular risks. The program can serve as a replicable model for adolescent health promotion in other educational institutions.
