Abstract

Ecosystem is considered as a notional topic due to lack of material visualization. An effective learning media is needed to help student in learning ecosystem. There are some factors that make some schools are unable to conduct an outdoor learning, that can be overcome through the model of Team Games Tournament (TGT) as a learning method with Biodomino as a supporting learning media. This study was aimed to determine the effectiveness of TGT with Biodomino on student activity and learning outcomes in ecosystem. The method used was quasi experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Result of this study showed that 100 percent of students participated in the experiment were in active category, with 81.25% of students got score of ≥77. It is concluded that learning the ecosystem unit by using TGT method with the help of Biodomino is an effective way to increase the student activity and learning outcomes.

Teachers can use digital media Student Pocket Book Products which contain content from the creativity of students and teachers. In addition, students are used to using digital features. The solution to the problem of Servants is to train and assist teachers and students using digital-based learning methods and media and maintain culture. The Jombangan dictionary digital book product is used as a blended learning's medium media. This book is equipped with a barcode that contains infographic content or Javanese Jombangan YouTube content that can trigger student motivation in applying Javanese. So that students can use digital dictionaries independently and innovatively. This method can help students and teachers learn Javanese pronunciation.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Taxation is the agency responsible for managing state revenues through Service Offices in each region. Employees who work in tax service offices are required to perform well for the benefit of the agency. This research functions to analyze the relationship between modernization of tax administration and job rotation on the performance of the Account Representative (AR) of the Madya Semarang Tax Service Office (KPP) with Motivation as a mediation variable. This research uses quantitative approach that use questionnairy to collect the necessary data. The sample in this study was 48, obtained through the census method. The analysis used to process the data is path analysis with SmartPLS software. The results show that whether the presence or the unpresent of Tax Administration Modernization or not, ARs are still required to perform according to the standards set by the agency and are still required to work optimally after receiving the job rotation decision. Modernization of Tax Administration can increase AR motivation. AR motivation tends to be stable after employees are rotated to a new place, but high motivation can increase AR performance significantly. The findings in this research show that optimal Tax Administration Modernization can improve AR performance supported by high AR motivation.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the plantation commodities in Indonesia which has quite high economic value among other plantation commodities such as cocoa and tea. Ulubelu District is one of the largest coffee producing areas in Lampung Province with a land area of 7,549 hectares with a production capacity of 4,970 tons/year which has the potential to produce 7.8 tons/year of coffee fruit skin waste. So there is a need for a solution to process coffee fruit skin waste into a product that has sales value and use value for the community. The aim of this community service activity is as an alternative to increasing community knowledge and skills in utilizing local potential into local products. The method applied in this service is to carry out several stages such as pre-activity, outreach, implementation and evaluation of activities. The result of carrying out this service activity is an increase in the community's knowledge and skills in utilizing and processing the potential of coffee fruit skin waste into healthy and quality compost. Apart from that, the aim of carrying out this service is to create a new business community so that it can improve community welfare from the community's ability to utilize local potential into local products that have marketable value.

Abstract

This study investigates the key factors influencing the intention of plastic-based medical device manufacturers in Indonesia to adopt Material Value Conservation (MVC) principles in sustainable product design. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as a foundation, this research integrates environmental awareness, regulatory pressures, knowledge of MVC, perceived ease of adoption, and perceived economic value to develop a comprehensive analytical model. A quantitative survey was conducted with 70 manufacturers located in the Greater Jakarta area, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have a significant direct effect on adoption intention, while regulatory pressure and knowledge of MVC influence intention indirectly through mediating constructs. Although environmental awareness and technical knowledge are high among respondents, perceived economic value remains the most significant barrier due to concerns over initial implementation costs. The study's novelty lies in its empirical extension of TPB within the context of circular economy adoption in the healthcare manufacturing sector. It provides practical implications for policymakers, particularly in low- and middle-income countries, to enhance sustainability through targeted incentives and regulatory frameworks. This research contributes to the academic literature by demonstrating the interaction between psychological, institutional, and economic variables in shaping green manufacturing intentions in an industry with high environmental impact.
