Abstract

The existence of abundant UMKM data sources can be used to dig up information. Classification is one of the techniques to explore hidden data owned by data mining. Data mining classification methods, one of which is the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The SVM algorithm has proven better results than the KKN, Decision Tree and Linear Regression algorithms. In the classification process, the accuracy and time efficiency results obtained are very important. So optimization is needed in order to increase accuracy and time efficiency during the classification process. The optimization of the SVM algorithm was carried out using the K-Means algorithm for the clustering and continuous process on UMKM data and the feature selection process using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). This paper aims to optimize the accuracy of the data in the form of type of business, business and turnover. From the results of the discussion of the SVM method using K-Means and PSO, it gives an average accuracy of 55% but 0.12% lower than SVM just using PSO. Keywords: UMKM, Clustering, K-Means, SVM, PSO

Abstract

Based on the results of research to measure students' reading interest in Akper RS. Dustira Cimahi Library can be done by using clustering method. In this study using library data, namely Akper RS. Dustira Cimahi library database. taken from three main table sources such as visitorlog table, collection table and member table which will then be integrated and selected so that it can be put together into a data warehouse. In using data mining, checking the title of the book collection to find out the title of the book that is in great demand by students and students of what level borrows the most books and also the most books read in Akper RS. Dustira Cimahi library. From this information, it can be concluded that final-level students prefer to borrow and read books than students who are still in the early semester. The book with the title Introduction to Basic Human Needs is most in demand and widely borrowed and read while the title of the collection of books that are very little borrowed and read is a book with the title Learn Computer Science. By using the cluster method it can be known that the category of Nursing books is a book that is in great demand by students while Computer Science books belong to the category of book collections that are very little in demand by all nursing students. Keywords: Clustering Method, Data Mining, Collection Table, Member Table, Visitorlog Table.

Abstract

PT. XYZ perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang integrasi jaringan dan telekomunikasi. Namun selama ini pemberian penugasan dan pelaporan progres pekerjaan masih menggunakan cara broadcast pesan melalui media sosial. Maka untuk menangani hal tersebut dibutuhkan suatu wadah yang dapat mengefektifkan kinerja manajer maupun karyawan dan mengurangi kerusakan seperti tidak bisa mengunduh file penugasan dan pelaporan progres pekerjaan yaitu dengan suatu sistem informasi penugasan dan aktivitas karyawan berbasis web yang mudah diakses untuk banyak orang dan terjamin keaslian datanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sisten informasi penugasan dan aktivitas karyawan ini adalah metode waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox semua fungsi yang ada dalam sistem ini dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil pengujian UAT sistem informasi penugasan dan aktivitas karyawan ini terbukti dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna dengan nilai persentase mencapai 83%.

Abstract

Masjid Al Barakah ialah pusat ibadah umat Islam di Politeknik TEDC Bandung yang memiliki banyak kegiatan keagamaan. Pengurus Masjid Al Barakah terkendala penyampaian informasi yang masih disampaikan secara lisan pada hari Jumat. Upaya mengatasi kendala dalam mengelola kegiatan masjid dibutuhkan aplikasi informasi kegiatan masjid berbasis web sehingga dalam menyampaikan informasi pada jamaah lebih mudah dan efektif. Rancangan aplikasi berbasis web ini akan digunakan oleh Masjid Al Barakah. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode penelitian System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC Prototype mempunyai 4 (empat) tahap (analisis kebutuhan user, membuat prototype, menyesuaikan prototype dengan keinginan user, dan menggunakan prototype). Aplikasi diuji dengan menggunakan metode black box (uji aplikasi) dan  User Acceptance Test (UAT). Hasil uji terhadap 7 responden terhadap 3 variabel (desain, fitur dan kepuasan pengguna) menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan (90,5%) rancangan aplikasi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of library collections on student achievement at Akper Hospital. Dustira. The method in this study uses a combination method (mixed methods) with a concurrent embedded model (unbalanced mixture). Collecting data by distributing questionnaires given to students to determine the level of utilization of collections, and observations. The data analysis technique used triangulation through interviews to dig deeper information from students and leadership elements at the Hospital Akper. Dustira especially the finance department. The results showed that the use of library collections had an effect of 72.6% to 85.7% or an average of 80%. In addition, other factors were found that support the success of students who excel academically, namely the support from the leadership element by giving awards to outstanding students in the form of award certificates and achievement support funds. Outstanding students admit that giving rewards is a separate motivation to maintain the achievements that have been achieved and even improve their academic achievements. DustiraABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan koleksi perpustakaan terhadap prestasi mahasiswa di Akper RS. Dustira. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi (mixed methods) model concurrent embedded (campuran tidak berimbang). Pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket diberikan pada mahasiswa untuk mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan koleksi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi melalui wawancara untuk menggali informasi lebih dalam dari mahasiswa dan unsur pimpinan di Akper RS. Dustira khususnya bagian keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan koleksi perpustakaan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 72,6% hingga 85,7% atau rata-rata 80%. Selain itu ditemukan faktor lain yang mendukung keberhasilan mahasiswa berprestasi secara akademik yaitu adanya dukungan dari unsur pimpinan dengan memberikan penghargaan kepada mahasiswa berprestasi berupa piagam penghargaan dan dana dukungan prestasi. Mahasiswa berprestasi mengakui bahwa pemberian reward menjadi motivasi tersendiri untuk mempertahankan prestasi yang telah diraih bahkan meningkatkan prestasinya secara akademik.

Abstract

Problems occurred at the Sukatani Health Center is that they do not have their own information system; they still use applications provided by the Health Office; furthermore, they have not fully utilized technology, only partially in processing reports. In accordance with the existing fact that the utilization of information systems is beneficial in business process activities. Hence, it is necessary to plan or design Information System architecture at the Sukatani Health Center to facilitate activities in carrying out business processes, especially in medical services and medical support in order to be more effective and efficient. Based on the research, information system architecture planning at the Sukatani Public Health Center is divided into two architectures: data architecture and application architecture. The data architecture resulted in a classification of 47 classes’ data from all business processes. The application architecture resulted in the classification of 21 application candidates in 6 information system areas; namely the patient admissions information system area consisted of 4 application candidates, the medical service information system area consisted of 6 application candidates, the medical support information system area consisted of 2 application candidates, the pharmacy installation information system area consisted of 3 application candidates, the nutrition installation information system area consisted of 2 application candidates, and the payment information system area consisted of 4 application candidates.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Banjar City or referred to as Datel (Daerah Telkom) Banjar is one part of Telkom Tasikmalaya which directly communicates with consumers in the Banjar City area, both in terms of maintenance and installation of new telecommunications services. Datel Banjar is a place that is usually chosen by students majoring in IT to conduct internship programs (PKL). The application of technology in monitoring the internship program is considered necessary, because previously all internship activities were carried out manually, such as when filling out attendance and other things. However, there are several obstacles, including that the supervisor cannot check the attendance of participants every day and the participants' daily activities become uncontrolled. The research outlined in this Final Project aims to correct the shortcomings of the internship program management system at Datel Banjar. The method used in this study is the waterfall method from the System Development Life Cycle. This website-based application using Laravel was created to facilitate the process of running the internship program at Datel Banjar, where supervisors can easily monitor the attendance and daily activities of each participant. In addition, participants are also facilitated in reporting attendance and daily activities to the supervisor.

Abstract

The music school business is very suitable for implementing an information system strategy because one of its goals is related to customer satisfaction which requires a business strategy that can support the achievement of organizational goals. So it is deemed necessary to have strategic information system planning to increase business competitiveness for music schools. The research carried out aims to analyze the situation of music schools, to be able to provide suggestions for information system strategies that are efficient and effective in achieving organizational goals in music schools. In this research, the author made direct observations at one of the music schools is Majestic Symphony Music School Bandung to obtain data, documents, and conducted interviews with business people as sources of information needed by the author. The approach used to develop the framework for this research, the author uses Ward and Peppard and Anita Cassidy. The final result of this research is strategic planning for information systems and information technology for music schools in the form of information system application needs. Plans for changes in organizational structure, information technology infrastructure needs, Information Systems and Information Technology Portofolio in the future as well as Strategic Plans for Information Systems and Information Technology for music schools. The suggestion from this research is that adequate human resources must be prepared before the new system is used and testing has been carried out on the new system before it is decided to operate.

Abstract

The information system in a music school business will be crucial in driving the success and progress of the company. Where customer satisfaction can be achieved when the right strategy can be realized in achieving organizational goals. So it is deemed necessary to have an information system to increase business competitiveness for a music school. In information system planning, it is very necessary to use SWOT analysis to get a company's view regarding strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Which is used to be able to see more comprehensively for decision making purposes. The research carried out aims to analyze external and internal factors. External factors influence opportunities and threats. Factors that occur outside the company that will influence decision making in the company and internal factors which include strengths and weaknesses. In this research, the author made observations at one of the music schools to obtain data, documents, and conducted interviews with business people as sources of information needed by the author. The final results of this research are the SO Strategy (strengths opportunities), the ST Strategy (strengths threats), the WO Strategy (weaknesses opportunities) and the WT Strategy (weaknesses threats). SWOT analysis in the design of an Information system will be very helpful in making decisions on the design of Information Systems and Information Technology in the future for music schools. The suggestion from this research is that the results of the SWOT analysis are only the first step in designing a business strategy. And what will really influence the success of achieving company goals is the next step in determining company decisions regarding Information Systems and Information Technology.

Abstract

Value chain analysis in planning a music school system can complement a company's strategy to compete in the music school business. Where action will focus on product elaboration and service processes. So in order to increase success in music school business competition, it is necessary to use value chain analysis to determine the costs associated with organizational activities from providing facilities to product design and marketing. Which can be used for decision making purposes in business strategy. The research carried out aims to obtain competitive factors such as level of integration, industry panorama, segment panorama and geographic panorama. Where it will influence decision making in the company. In this research, the author carried out observations at a music school to study data, documents, and also conducted interviews with company owners as a source of information data needed by the author. The final result of this research is a mapping of the work process at a music school, which consists of main activities and supporting activities. Value chain analysis within the scope of a business system design will be very helpful in decision making when designing Information Systems and Information Technology for music schools. The suggestion from this research is that the results of the value chain analysis are expected to contribute to the design of a business strategy. Which will greatly influence the achievement of company goals. Also helps in making company decisions on Information Systems and Information Technology planning.
