Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan serta menjelaskan model komunikasi pemerintah yang efektif dalam Pengelolaan Sampah di Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 10 informan yang terdiri dari pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat atau komunitas yang bergerak dalam pengelolaan lingkungan, serta masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Kendari sebagai organisasi yang bertugas dalam pengelolaan sampah melakukan komunikasi di internal dan eksternal organisasi. Proses komunikasi tersebut terdiri dari proses komunikasi langsung ataupun tidak langsung (bermedia). Proses komunikasi antara Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan masyarakat yang berada di external organisasi baru berdampak pada aspek kognitif atau pengetahuan saja khususnya pada komunikasi bermedia, sehingga kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah belum signifikan. Dari proses komunikasi tersebut, penelitian ini menemukan model komunikasi yang efektif untuk diterapkan pemerintah dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kota Kendari baik di internal maupun external organisasi dengan mengadaptasi model komunikasi konvergensi.

Abstract

Together With The Level Of Financial Literacy Of The Indonesian Population, Which Has Increased Significantly, And Financial Digital Technology, Which Has Shown Positive Developments, The Development Of Retail Investors In The Capital Market In Indonesia Is A Very Good And Potential Moment For The Investment And Financial Industry In Indonesia. Regarding The Percentage Of Investors In The Capital Market, Indonesia Still Has Issues And Lags Behind Other Nations. The Economy Of A Nation Benefits From Having More Investors In The Capital Market. This Study Intends To Examine How E-Service Quality, E-Trust, E-Satisfaction, And E-Repurchase Intention Relate To One Another. The Route Analysis Approach Was Utilized To Analyse The Data And Provide The Research Findings For This 150-Respondent Study. The Findings Demonstrated That E-Service Quality Has A Direct Impact On Users' E-Satisfaction With Investment Platforms, E-Service Quality Has A Direct Impact On Users' Intention To Repurchase On One Investment Platform, And E-Service Quality And E-Satisfaction Have No Indirect Influence On Users' Intention To Repurchase Through Their E-Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamics of information system integration in the context of e-commerce businesses in Indonesia, focusing on the critical factors of reliability, transaction speed, and user experience. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze data from a sample of 175 participants. The measurement model assessment reveals robust factor loadings and reliability measures, establishing the foundation for further analysis. Discriminant validity analysis highlights the distinctiveness of the constructs, though attention to refining measurement items for user experience is recommended. The model fit assessment indicates that the proposed structural model aligns well with the observed data. The structural model analysis uncovers significant positive relationships between reliability, transaction speed, user experience, and information system integration. Furthermore, the R-Square values underscore the substantial impact of these factors, explaining approximately 60.2% of the variance in information system integration. The findings provide valuable insights for businesses and policymakers, emphasizing the need to prioritize reliability, transaction speed, and user experience to enhance information system integration in Indonesian e-commerce.

Abstract

Sepeda motor merupakan salah satu alat transportasi utama masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Namun, beberapa pengguna motor tidak mengetahui masalah dan alasan kerusakan pada motor sehingga dapat mengganggu aktivitas yang akan dilakukan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, dikembangkan pula teknologi yang mampu mengadopsi proses dan cara berpikir manusia yaitu teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan dalam bentuk sistem pakar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada motor roda dua dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode yang digunakan, menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada sepeda motor roda dua. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan, menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam bentuk Visual Basic, MS Access dan System Windows Operation. Program aplikasi ahli sistem ini juga tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi ahli yang sendirian di Hal mekanik motor ini namun juga bisa bermanfaat bagi orang awam klan yang bahkan tidak mengerti sedikit tentang kerusakan pada sepeda motor

Abstract

The competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is shaped by multiple factors, including government support, green supply chain management (GSCM), and technological innovation. This study investigates how these elements influence MSME performance through a quantitative approach, analyzing data collected from MSME owners using multiple regression techniques. The results indicate that government support plays a crucial role by providing financial aid, regulatory ease, and training programs. GSCM adoption significantly enhances operational efficiency and sustainability, while technological innovation drives productivity and market expansion. The study contributes to resource-based and institutional theories by demonstrating the strategic importance of external support and internal capabilities in fostering MSME growth. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers, business owners, and industry stakeholders, emphasizing the need for policy frameworks that promote financial assistance, sustainability, and digital transformation. Future research should incorporate longitudinal methods and broader geographical perspectives to strengthen these insights.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengintegrasikan teknologi QR Code absensi karyawan pada STIKOM 22 Januari Kendari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan mulai dari pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di STIKOM 22 Januari Kendari, untuk perancangan pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall, yaitu analisis, desain, pembuatan kode, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. QR Code menjadi sarana indentifikasi unik bagi bagi karyawan, sehingga proses absensi dapat berjalan dengan efisien dan akurat. Evaluasi penggunan aplikasi dilakukan melalui uji coba internal pada STIKOM 22 Januari Kendari untuk menilai kinerja dan keandalan aplikasi. Hasilnya berupa Sistem Absensi Karyawan Berbasis QR Code dengan Fitur otentikasi pengguna admin dan karyawan.
