Abstract

Consumers play an essential role in consuming activities since it can impact environmental preservation. However, previous research stated that the ineffectiveness of green products resulted in consumers choosing to use conventional products. Hence, this study aims to determine the factors that cause consumers to switch from green products to conventional products in cosmetics. The theory applied in explaining the phenomenon is migration theory by using the push-pull-mooring framework. The subjects of this study were 205 green cosmetics consumers who collected the data using questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, the pull factor and push factor are the most decisive factors that influence the consumers switching intention to conventional cosmetics. Meanwhile, the mooring factor does not moderate the push and pull factors on the customers’ switching intentions to conventional cosmetics.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai pendapingi usaha UMKM di Banten yaitu Growfin Academy sebagai pusat pengembangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas profesional di berbagai sektor. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas UMKM, meningkatkan akses mereka ke pasar baru, memfasilitasi adopsi teknologi informasi dalam usaha mereka, serta membantu dalam peningkatan manajemen keuangan dan operasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini yaitu Analisis observasi lapangan kegiatan operasional di Growfin Academy. Hasil Analisis dan pendampingan menunjukan bahwa dari 3 (tiga) taget tujuan penampingan yaitu niat beli, tingkat transaksi, dan loyalitas saat pendampingan memberikan angka peningkatan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, Growfin Academy dapat meningkatkan daya saing, menghadapi tantangan pasar, dan pada akhirnya berkontribusi lebih banyak lagi terhadap perekonomian daerah serta menciptakan lapangan kerja baru.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Pamengkang, Kecamatan Kramatwatu, Kabupaten Serang, bertujuan untuk mengedukasi warga tentang green accounting dan keberlanjutan, khususnya dalam menghadapi masalah kekeringan. Dengan fokus pada penyuluhan mengenai dampak kekeringan, strategi penanggulangan, dan penggunaan air yang efisien, kegiatan ini berhasil menarik partisipasi aktif dari kepala desa, perangkat desa, dan warga desa. Antusiasme tinggi dari masyarakat menunjukkan kesadaran yang berkembang terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya air secara bijak. Meskipun dihadapkan pada batasan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan jangkauan geografis, kegiatan ini menawarkan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan program di masa depan melalui edukasi berkelanjutan, kerjasama teknis, pembangunan infrastruktur, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya adaptasi dan mitigasi kekeringan melalui pendekatan kolaboratif untuk memastikan keberlanjutan lingkungan dan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

The development of current consumer behavior shows shopping behavior using more than one channel to reduce fog. This study tries to offer a theoretical concept of omnichannel shopping behavior based on self-determination theory to explain what drives and motivates consumers to do webrooming behavior. This study was conducted using a survey method on 206 consumers who had done webrooming behavior using SEM-PLS analysis. Empirical results indicate that the needs of the three individuals with self-determination are proven to be drivers of consumers in doing webrooming behavior. However, unlike the testing of moderation variables, the three self-determination needs do not fully moderate and only product characteristics moderate the relationship between autonomy variables and webrooming behavior
