Abstract

Tujuan: Memberikan solusi untuk mitra yaitu, pengembagan konten-konten digital untuk mendukung akun sosial media mitra seperti facebook, Instagram, TikTok, dan youtube sebagai strategi pemasaran, pelatihan sosial media marketing dan mengolah konten digital untuk keperluan promosi. Tidak lupa mitra juga menerapkan model protokol kesehatan new normal dalam pemberian jasa bagi konsumen. Menyediakan konten-konten digital yang kreatif bagi mitra untuk mendukung proses pemasaran merupakan tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui program ini dan selanjutnya mitra diharapkan mampu mengembangkan konten-konten digital secara mandiri. Metode Penelitian: Metode Pelaksanaan meliputi beberapa kegiatan, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan mitra hingga evaluasi dan pelaporan. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan terhadap manajemen pemasaran, manajemen tugas, manajemen produk dan pelayanan jasa sehingga dapat dirumuskan pada program ini kegiatan yang berbasis pemanfataan teknologi dan penerapan standar protokol Kesehatan. Penemuan: Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan pada mitra yaitu menurunnya omzet dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun terakhir. Jasa rias adalah salah satu jasa yang mengharuskan antara pemberi jasa dan penikmat jasa saling bersentuhan. Hal ini cukup menyulitkan mitra untuk berstrategi agar tetap mendapatkan pelanggan baik jasa rias maupun penyewaan busananya. Selain itu, kemampuan mitra untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu sarana marketing dirasa belumlah maksimal. Implikasi: Dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi, kegiatan akan berfokus pada pemanfaatan berbagai media sosial untuk meningkatkan promosi dengan menambah konten-konten digital melalui foto produk berupa layanan jasa makeup dan penyewaaan kostum. Kegiatan ini akan berlangsung selama 3 bulan dan mengingat kuantitas dari program ini yang cukup banyak, tim program akan melaksanakan penelitian ini sesuai dengan bidang keahlian masing-masing tim agar segala seuatunya berjalan secara efisien, efektif dan selesai tepat waktu.

Abstract

Toko XYZ, a retail company in Denpasar, faces challenges in managing its product stock due to the lack of utilization of consumer purchasing patterns in product placement and inventory management. As a result, products that are frequently bought together by customers often run out of stock, leading to potential sales declines. To address this issue, a purchasing pattern analysis was conducted using the association rules method with the ECLAT algorithm. The analysis was performed using Visual Studio Code with Python programming language to identify frequent 1-itemsets and frequent 2-itemsets, which represent products frequently purchased individually or in combination by customers. The analysis results show that lower minimum support values result in more frequent item sets being identified while increasing the minimum confidence, which narrows the number of generated association rules. At a minimum support of 0.05, 2463 rules were identified, whereas at a minimum support of 0.20, the number of rules decreased to 117. Higher minimum confidence, set at 60%, produced more relevant and reliable rules, demonstrating the potential of the ECLAT algorithm in aiding inventory management and optimizing product placement at Toko XYZ.

Abstract

BUMDes Catur Eka Amertha is a business entity owned by Angantaka Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. BUMDes Catur Eka Amertha is the target partner of the team proposing Community Service activities. Partners have problems in the field of credit data management and accounting. Credit data management is important to ensure nominal income generated by credit units. The management system that has been carried out so far has implemented several processes from paper, excel work paper files, and accounting report files. The obstacle experienced is that the resulting information cannot be accessed directly. The constraints on access to information have an impact on the development of business development strategies. The Community Service activities proposer team applies science and technology as a solution to solving problems for partners. In the field of data management, the proposing team designed and built computer-based credit management and accounting information system. Partners are then given training in operating the management information system that has been built. The system has been implemented in the operational process of the credit business unit and has produced credit and accounting reports for BUMDes Catur Eka Amertha. The outputs of Community Service activities are increasing the application of science and technology in the community, the scientific publication of the results of Community Service activities in ISSN journals, and the publication of the results of activities in print or online mass media.
