In its application, the administrative system at LPIK STIKI still uses conventional methods or has not used the system. There are several obstacles when using the conventional method, namely, letter archiving that is less than optimal, it is still difficult when searching for letters because archiving is not optimal, and generating / making letters is still manual. So to facilitate the administration of correspondence in LPIK STIKI, it is deemed necessary to create a correspondence management administration system. The method used to build a correspondence information system is the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The XP method was chosen because it can build a system in a short time and the demands or business processes of system stakeholders that often change. From the results of research that has been carried out the system built can run as expected by the user, this is evidenced by the results of testing with the black box testing method. The Extreme Programming method approach used by researchers in building the system really helps speed up system development and is proven to be efficient.

The process of selecting from many alternatives to the criteria is a decision that is often determined in decision making. The criteria for which criteria can consist of many attributes are used by decision-makers in making the selection or are called multi-criteria decision making (MADM ). Determining the Artist Music Festival at an event has quite a complicated difficulty, because the assessment of the criteria is heterogeneous. The spider web's approach to integrating criteria results in the selection of the artist form that attracts the most attention, and public interest. Model AHP use of multi-attributes is used in selecting artists to perform at music festivals, selecting artists using criteria, namely Number of Followers (C1), stamp C2, Average Popular Tracks (C3), Average Youtube Viewers (C4), and the price of the artist (C5). Data on the number of followers, popularity, average popular tracks, and average YouTube viewers were obtained using the Spotify and Youtube APIs. The settlement method applied is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Rating Scale algorithm, with an alternative using five samples of Indonesian artists. The research results are expected to provide recommendations for artists as performers in the music festival.

The government's role in the implementation of higher education in Indonesia is to provide a university database. It is hoped that the government and the public can participate in assessing and conducting surveillance with the database. Every tertiary institution must report everything related to the implementation of education, starting from lecturer data, student data, and lecture data. In its performance, a Dikti Feeder application has been prepared that can transmit data. Each university will adjust the data entry following the Dikti standards. As one of the higher education providers, STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has been able to report data well, but specifically for final assignments and work practices, it has not been maximized due to the development of a separate system from the academic system. For this reason, a suitable system will be developed to accommodate Thesis and Internship data related to reporting on the Dikti Feeder by applying the Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) method using the Cube JS modular framework. Some of the tests carried out are schema file testing, frontend and backend testing, cube client testing, querying testing and load request testing showing the data can be displayed correctly and the process is successful.

Abstrak: Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Bali atau disingkat LPMP adalah unit pelaksana teknis kementerian Pendidikan dan kebudayaan. LPMP mempunyai fungsi sebagai pengendali penyelenggaraan Pendidikan oleh satuan Pendidikan untuk mewujudkan Pendidikan yang bermutu. Tugas LPMP adalah melakukan penjaminan mutu Pendidikan dasar dan menengah berdasarkan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Guna mewujudkan visi dan misi dari LPMP Bali, salah satu kegiatan yang secara berkala diadakan adalah kegiatan seminar/workshop kepada para guru. Kegiatan seminar/workshop kepada para guru ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan mutu Pendidikan dasar dan Pendidikan menengah dalam pencapaian standar nasional. Sebagai bentuk bukti partisipasi bagi para guru maka setiap guru yang mengikuti kegiatan seminar/workshop akan mendapatkan sertifikat. Proses pengelolaan dan penerbitan sertifikat kegiatan di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali saat ini masih dilakukan secara sederhana menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft office sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengelola data sertifikat. e-Sertifikat LPMP Bali merupakan sistem manajemen sertifikat elektronik yang diperuntukkan di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali guna memudahkan penyelenggara kegiatan di LPMP Provinsi Bali dalam memanajemen sertifikat yang akan diberikan kepada peserta dan narasumber dan pengarsipan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi cara penggunaan e-Sertifikat kepada seluruh pengguna sistem di lingkungan LPMP Provinsi Bali. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, mitra dapat melakukan pengelolaan, input peserta, penerbitan dan distirbusi sertifikat menggunakan sistem e-Sertifikat.Abstract: LPMP is the technical implementation unit of the Ministry of Education and culture. LPMP has the function of controlling the implementation of education by the education unit to create quality education. The task of LPMP is to guarantee the quality of primary and secondary education based on the policies of the Minister of Education and Culture. To realize the vision and mission of LPMP Bali, one of the regularly held activities is seminar/workshop activities for teachers. This activity aims to improve the quality of primary and secondary education in achieving national standards. As proof of teacher participation, every teacher who participates in the seminar/workshop will get a certificate. Managing and issuing activity certificates in the LPMP Bali is still used only using the Microsoft office application. A system that can manage certificate data is needed. The e-Certificate of LPMP Bali is an electronic certificate management system intended for the LPMP Bali to make it easier for activity organizers in the LPMP Bali to manage certificates given to participants and resource persons, and archiving can run well. This community service activity aims to provide socialization on e-Certificates to all system users in the LPMP Bali. As a result of this activity, partners can manage, input participants, issue, and distribute certificates using the e-Certificate system.

Manajemen pengelolaan perjalanan dinas di LPMP Provinsi Bali masih dilakukan secara sederhana menggunakan bantuan aplikasi microsoft office. Terdapat beberapa kekurangan dikarenakan masih dilakukan secara sederhana diantaranya yaitu: laporan perjalanan dinas yang dihasilkan tidak terperinci dan realtime, jadwal pelaksanaan perjalanan dinas antar pegawai terkadang bentrok, dan penyimpanan berkas perjalanan dinas yang kurang baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut di atas, maka LPMP Provinsi Bali membuat sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengelola perjalanan dinas pegawai. Sistem yang telah dibangun yaitu, SIPPeDE (Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Perjalanan Dinas secara Elektronik). Sistem dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan basis data MySQL. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, penulis bertugas untuk mensosialisasikan cara penggunaan sistem informasi perjalanan dinas di LPMP Provinsi Bali. Sebelum melakukan kegiatan PKM, penulis terlebih dahulu melakukan persiapan dan menyusun buku panduan penggunaan sistem guna memudahkan dalam memberikan sosialisasi. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari dan berlokasi di LPMP Provinsi Bali. Sosialisasi penggunaan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan cara penggunaan SIPPeDE kepada seluruh stakeholder yang terlibat dalam penggunaan sistem. Dengan adanya sosialisasi penggunaan sistem informasi perjalan dinas, pengguna sistem dapat bertanya secara langsung dan bahkan memberikan masukan terhadap sistem yang telah dibangun.

Character recognition is one of the most researched fields in computer science. Combining the field of digital image processing and pattern recognition is a challenge in determining the most optimal method combination to complete character recognition. Balinese script is one of the regional scripts used in Balinese literary. The challenge with Balinese script is that some of its characters have a degree of similarity. So far, several methods of feature extraction that have been studied for Balinese script are modified direction feature, template matching, image centroid zone and zone centroid zone, local binary pattern. In this research, we combine methods based on zoning and directional features. The methods used are ICZ, ZCZ and freeman chain code to find the characteristics of Balinese script handwriting. The addition of chain code method aims to determine the value around the foreground point. The results of feature extraction will be used as input in the Support Vector Machine for the classification process. The test result shows that the combination of the ICZ, ZCZ and freeman chain code methods produces an accuracy of 89.09%, while the combination of ICZ and ZCZ produces 88.06% of accuracy. The SVM kernels compared use linear kernels.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah sangat didukung oleh kuantitas usaha yang ada di daerah tersebut. Salah satu usaha yang dapat menopang ekonomi daerah tersebut adalah usaha industri rumah tangga. Rock Waterfall Fountain Miniatures merupakan salah satu industri rumah tangga atau UKM yang terletak di Desa Getasan, Kecamatan Petang, Badung - Bali. Industri tersebut menyediakan beragam model miniatur air terjun. Pada perkembangannya, terdapat beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh industri rumah tersebut. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh industri rumah tangga ini adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam membuat media promosi yang menarik dan informatif, sehingga tidak banyak konsumen yang mengetahui lokasi penjualan atau pembuatan serta produk miniatur yang dihasilkan oleh industri ini. Hal ini tentunya akan searah dengan daya jual produk tersebut, semakin sedikit yang mengetahui keberadaan industri ini dan produk yang dihasilkan, maka akan semakin kecil kemungkinan produk yang dihasilkan akan laku terjual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, industri ini membutuhkan pengetahuan mengenai teknik pemasaran yang efektif untuk memperkenalkan produk yang dihasilkan dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi merupakan solusi yang sangat tepat digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalahan pemasaran produk.

ABSTRACTBPBD Denpasar City is an institution that has the duty to coordinate disaster management among other agencies / work units in the Denpasar City area. The flow of information on the disaster that has occurred at this time has been informed on the BPBD website so that people can find out information related to the disaster in the area of Denpasar City. However, in the delivery of such information it is still reported in general and has not been reported in more detail, for example the location of the disaster site. Every new disaster is reported to be expected to provide information to officers so that it can accelerate the coordination process. Another problem is the recapitulation process of events that occur every year that have difficulties in data collection. The disaster management system build to help related parties, namely the Denpasar City BPBD in managing disaster data and displaying information about events in detail to the public. The system can display important announcements to the public and access to view disaster data recapitulation. System testing uses the blackbox method to ensure functionality is running well. The results of the study indicate the system has been successfully developed in managing disaster data.Keywords : Information Systems, Disaster Mitigation, WebABSTRAKBPBD Kota Denpasar merupakan sebuah lembaga yang memiliki tugas untuk mengkoordinasikan penanggulangan bencana diantara dinas/satuan kerja lain yang berada di wilayah Kota Denpasar. Alur penyampaian informasi bencana yang terjadi saat ini sudah diinformasikan pada website BPBD sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui informasi terkait dengan bencana di daerah Kota Denpasar. Namun dalam penyampaian informasi tersebut masih dilaporkan secara umum dan belum dilaporkan secara lebih terperinci misalkan letak dari lokasi bencana. Setiap adanya bencana yang baru dilaporkan diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi pada petugas sehingga dapat mempercepat proses koordinasi. Permasalahan lainnya adalah proses rekapitulasi kejadian yang terjadi setiap tahunnya yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pendataan. Sistem manajemen pengelolaan bencana dibangun untuk membantu pihak terkait yaitu BPBD Kota Denpasar dalam pengelolaan data bencana dan menampilkan informasi mengenai kejadian secara detail kepada masyarakat. Sistem dapat menampilkan pengumuman penting kepada masyarakat dan akses untuk melihat rekapitulasi data bencana. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode blackbox untuk memastikan fungsionalitas berjalan dengan baik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan sistem telah berhasil dikembangkan dalam melakukan pengelolaan data bencana.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Mitigasi Bencana, Web

Most retail companies have implemented computer-based information systems for recording sales transaction data. In the implementation of information systems, the data collected in the database is processed limited to making reports such as sales reports and inventory reports. Database generated from computer-based information systems can be further processed to obtain more valuable information. One strategy for using sales transaction data is to analyze consumer spending patterns. Consumer spending patterns can be in the form of associations of items that are often purchased simultaneously. The association between goods can be determined using the frequent itemset search technique. The Fp-growth algorithm is an algorithm that can be used to determine frequent itemsets in a data set. This article describes the results of implementing the FP-Growth algorithm in the consumer shopping pattern analysis application. The resulting shopping pattern is in the form of goods that are often purchased simultaneously by consumers. From the results of the application of the fp-growth algorithm, it was found that the minimum value of support had an effect, namely the smaller the input value of support, the more pairs of items were obtained. The application of the FP-Growth algorithm in determining frequent itemsets in association data mining can find customer spending habits in buying goods simultaneously.

Pemberian pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Office saat ini sangat diperlukan terhadap lembaga pemerintahan Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Bali untuk menunjang ketrampilan administrasi dan juga surat menyurat. Dalam hal ini Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Bali menjalin kerjasama dengan STMIK STIKOM Indonesia untuk memberikan pelatihan terkait Microsoft Office. Pelatihan yang diberikan berupa Microsoft Word untuk membuat surat, Microsoft Exel menyimpan database, Microsoft Power Point untuk membuat persentasi yang menarik dan informatif.
