Berbicara tentang plastik, hidup tanpa menggunakan barang berbahan plastik terdengar sulit, akan tetapi bukan berarti kita tidak bisa berupaya meminimalisir sampah plastik yang berakhir di tempat pembuangan. Jika sampah tidak dikelola dengan baik akan berdampak negatif bagi lingkungan. Manfaat botol bekas dan karung goni sebagai media tanaman gantung juga bisa dimanfaatkan untuk urban farming, dan dapat digantung diteras rumah/pekarangan rumah. Tujuan program kemitraan masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi pada siswa-siswi terhadap pemanfaatan sampah botol plastik dengan karung goni serta Mengajarkan siswa-siswi tentang cara bertanam dan berkreasi dengan memanfaatkan sampah botol plastik dengan karung goni sebagai media tanaman gantung. Untuk mencapai kegiatan yang direncanakan ini dilakukan dengan tahap berikut :1. Koordinasi Bersama Mitra, 2. Penyusunan Materi, 3. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, 4. Pelatihan dan praktek. Hasil yang didapatkan dari program kemitraan ini menghasilkan produk media tanaman yang berjalan dengan baik dan sudah mencapai target yang ingin dicapai. Para siswa-siswi sangat antusias, mereka juga dapat memanfaatkan sampah botol plastik dan karung goni sebagai media tanaman gantung untuk tanaman hias atupun sayuran dimana dapat mengurangi sampah rumah tangga serta mampu menjadikan nilai ekonomis.

Electronic Commerce (e-commerce) is a new behavior that can be described as the process of transactions for goods or services in the process of buying and selling or exchanging products, services and information via information networks, including the internet or cyberspace, in line with the very rapid development of the internet world. Service implementers observed that marketing of UMKM products in Betek village, Mojoagung subdistrict is still limited and still uses the WoM (Word of Mouth) marketing method so that sellers only rely on buyers who come. The problem with partners is that marketing is still done traditionally, namely by word of mouth and only relies on consumers who come to get turnover and offers to close friends and the surrounding environment and there is a lack of understanding and use of digital marketing to increase sales. The problems faced must immediately find a solution. One alternative solution is to use digital marketing media. The objectives of this digital marketing-based UMKM product marketing assistance program are as follows: (1) UMKM owners in Betek village can increase their understanding of digital marketing; (2) UMKM owners in Betek village can increase the use of digital marketing more effectively; (3) MSME owners in Betek village can expand their marketing area; (4) Betek village UMKM owners can increase their income. With this digital marketing training, sales of Betek Village UMKM products increased by 60% from before the intensive assistance was implemented.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing differences in the mathematical literacy abilities of class VIII students of MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Bandung before and after applying the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model. The research method used is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design and uses a quantitative research approach. The subjects of this study were class VIII D MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Jombang. The research instruments used were tests and non-tests. The test instruments were pretest and post-test description questions to measure students' mathematical literacy before and after implementing the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Organizing, Learning) learning model. Reflecting, Extending). While the non-test instruments used were interviews with mathematics teachers in class VIII D to find out the implementation of learning carried out in class. The data analysis technique used was hypothesis testing. However, before testing the hypothesis, the data obtained first First, the normality test and homogeneity test were carried out. Based on the calculation of the paired sample t test, it shows that the t value is 13,818 with a significance of 0,000. The significance value shows 0.000 < error level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. Acceptance of this Ha means that there are differences in the level of mathematical literacy of class VIII students of MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Jombang before and after implementing the CORE learning model.

Problem related to low learning achievement are on of the problems that need to be solved through learning. One of the elements that affect the learning process is the application of the learning models. This research aims to determine whether the CORE learning model can improve mathematics (cognitive) learning achievement. The research methode used is quasi-experimental research with the type of Pre-Experimental Design type One Group Pretest-posttest design. Students of class VIII SMP AL Hikmah Balongrejo become the sample in this research. Data collection thecniques used interviews, valid questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. While the research instruments are pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, normality test, and paired sample t-test. The result of the study obtained a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05. So it can be concluded the CORE learning model (connecting, organizing, reflecting, extending) can improve learning achievement (cognitive) mathematics.

Ecoprint is a natural coloring technique using natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and other plant parts that will be manually pounded on tote bags to produce colors with special techniques. The purpose of Ecoprint training is to utilize materials from the surrounding environment to become a profitable business. The method of conveying the theory of Ecoprint making is the offline method and the question-and-answer method. For totebag making training, demonstration, and practice methods are used. In the Ecoprint training on tote bags at SDN Bakalanrayung, class 6, an example of how Ecoprint skills can create good art, so that the price is relatively expensive. Students take part in the training with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm because this training has never been given before. The results of the Ecoprint training are quite good, to maximize it, of course, continuous training is needed so that the results are more satisfying.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of recruitment, selection, and commitment on the work quality of PMI volunteers in Jombang Regency. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. This research is used to determine whether there is an influence or relationship between the targeted variables. For the determination of the sample to be used in this research, various sampling techniques are employed. Non-probability sampling is a sampling technique that does not give equal opportunities for every element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The population in this study consists of 50 people, and the sample also consists of 50 respondents using the saturated sampling technique. What is meant by the saturated sampling technique is a sampling method that uses the entire population as the sample. The data collection technique used was through observation and distributing questionnaires via Google Form, which were subsequently analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 15. The research results show that there is a significant influence between recruitment and the quality of volunteer work, no significant influence between selection and the quality of volunteer work, and a significant influence between commitment and the quality of volunteer work. The result of the coefficient of determination analysis was 0.867 or 86.7%, which means the contribution of the recruitment, selection, and commitment variables to the quality of volunteer work is 86.7%, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors outside this regression model. Currently, not many MSMEs are using this sophisticated digital platform, due to a lack of understanding about digital marketing which can boost people's economies. Based on the results of a pre-survey with several UMKM players, especially the food sector, that they do not yet have halal product certification, because: (1) They do not understand the importance of digital marketing and its impact on UMKM to improve the welfare of the Randuwatang community. (2) UMKM players do not yet know how to apply online platforms to produce interesting content to attract the target market. (3) UMKM players are still seasonal in opening businesses because other sources of livelihood are more dominant, such as drivers, craftsmen, etc., than UMKM. Based on the problems faced by partners, community service activities in the LPPM scheme are carried out through digital marketing seminars on UMKM products to improve the welfare of the Randuwatang village community. The method used in this digital marketing seminar is providing material regarding the importance of digital marketing for UMKM in the current millennial era. The method used is an interactive discussion in the form of questions and answers by participants who do not understand and answered directly by the resource person. From the implementation of socialization activities, it was concluded that digital marketing had proven to be an effective tool for improving the welfare of the community in Randuwatang Village.
