Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan komunikasi matematis melalui gesture pada materi operasi irisan dua himpunan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif  dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah seorang siswa  Homeschooling kelas VII.  Peneliti melakukan pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan observasi selama pembelajaran . Untuk memperkuat data dalam penelitian ini, peneliti merekam kegiatan pembelajaran dan wawancara secara audio visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) siswa mengomunikasikan ide matematis dengan singkat melalui deictic gesture berupa gesture menunjuk tulisan yang ia buat, (2) siswa mengomunikasikan ide matematis  dengan bebas (freedom) melalui iconic gesture yang berupa gesture menggambar diagram Venn, (3) siswa mengomunikasikan ide matematis melalui methaporic gesture yang berupa gesture yang menjelaskan konten abstrak yaitu notasi pembentuk himpunan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan strategi Think-Talk-Write (TTW) dan pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional ditinjau dari berpikir kritis dan komunikasi matematis, membandingkan keefektifan strategi strategi Think-Talk-Write (TTW) dan pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional ditinjau dari berpikir kritis dan  komunikasi matematis. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MA Bahrul Ulum Jombang yang berjumlah tiga kelas. Berdasarkan pengambilan sampel diperoleh kelas X-IIS-1 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas X-IIS-II sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dianalisis dengen menggunakan uji one-sample t-test, uji MANOVA dengan T2 Hotteling dan uji t dengan kriteria Bonferroni. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada taraf kepercayaan 95%, impelementasi strategi Think-Talk-Write (TTW) efektif ditinjau dari berpikirr kritis dan komunikasi matematis, sedangkan pembelajaran konvensional tidak efektif ditinjau dari berpikir kritis dan komunikasi matematis. Implementasi strategi Think-Talk-Write (TTW) lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Constructivism learning is generative learning, namely the act of creating something meaningful from what is learned. This learning is very suitable for the material of building space using concrete objects media because students can construct their own knowledge from what has been learned. Based on classroom action research conducted at SDN Karangmojo II, there was an increase in student learning outcomes in class V at the second meeting, from 54% of students completing KKM to 88% of students completing KKM. Therefore, it can be concluded that constructivism learning using concrete objects media can actually improve student learning outcomes V on geometry material of space. Keywords: Konstruktivisme Learning, Media benda konkret, Geometri bangun ruang ABSTRAK Pembelajaran konstruktivisme merupakan pembelajaran yang bersifat generatif, yaitu tindakan mencipta sesuatu makna dari apa yang dipelajari. Pembelajaran ini sangat sesuai pada materi bangun ruang dengan menggunakan media benda konkret karena siswa dapat mengkonstruk sendiri pengetahuannya dari apa yang telah dipelajari. Berdasarkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan di SDN Karangmojo II didapatkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada pertemuan kedua yaitu dari 54% siswa tuntas KKM menjadi 88% siswa yang tuntas KKM. Oleh karena itu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran konstruktivisme menggunakan media benda konkret ternyata dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa V pada materi geometri bangun ruang. Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi rebranding produk sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas produk jamu di desa adalah suatu kegiatan yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat di Desa Mojokambang agar mereka memperoleh ilmu tentang kewirausahaan sehingga para penggusaha yang ada di Desa Mojokambang mendapatkan ilmu lebih tentang materi rebranding produk. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, meminta izin ke mitra, tahap pelaksanaan, pelatihan dan terakhir tahap evaluasi. Sosialisasi ini berisikan tentang penyampaian materi akan pentingnya keahlian dalam berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan usaha yang saat ini dimiliki. Adapun hasil monitoring dan evaluasi berupa respon peserta terkait dengan materi yang telah disampaikan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi rebranding produk sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas produk jamu di desa. Hasil pelatihan seminar ini diperoleh bahwa respon peserta terhadap materi yang telah disampaikan berkategori baik dengan persentase rata-rata 89%. Secara keseluruhan peserta yang diambil yaitu dari para pengusaha yang ada di Desa Mojokambang dan remaja karang taruna Desa Mojokambang yang mampu memberikan respon positif terhadap kegiatan sosialisasi rebranding produk sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas produk jamu di desa

Abstract

Taksonomi SOLO merupakan cara menglasifikasi kemampuan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal geometri. Siswa yang termasuk kategori unistructural dalam pelevelan Taksonomi SOLO, mampu mengunakan satu informasi/konsep dalam pengerjaan soal. Berdasar hasil wawancara dengan guru matematika di MA Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, siswa kesulitan mengintepretasikan materi jarak dimensi tiga ke dalam pikiran mereka. Siswa membutuhkan bantuan (scaffolding) untuk meningkatkan level kemampuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan deskripsi mengenai pemberian scaffolding yang dapat meningkatkan level taksonomi SOLO siswa kategori unistructural sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas lima siswa kelas XII yang terpilih melalui tes penglasifikasian Taksonomi SOLO level unistructural. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Peneliti sebagai instrumen utama menganalis hasil pengerjaan tes siswa dan melakukan wawancara mendalam. Scaffolding diberikan kepada siswa dengan mengacu pada hasil tes dan wawancara. Scaffolding diberikan agar siswa kategori unistructural dapat menggunakan lebih dari satu informasi/konsep dan saling mengaitkan antar konsep agar mampu membuat kesimpulan yang relevan. Scaffolding yang dapat meningkatkan level Taksonomi SOLO siswa adalah scaffolding level 2 yaitu explaining (showing and telling), reviewing (students explaining and justifying; looking, touching and verbalising; prompting and probing questions; parralel modeling ), restructuring (negotiating meanings), dan scaffolding level 3 yaitu developing conceptual thinking (making connections). Kata kunci: scaffolding, taksonomi solo, unistructural,  jarak dimensi tiga Abstract: SOLO Taxonomy is one way to classify students's abilities in working on geometry’s problems. Students who are included in the unistructural category in the SOLO Taxonomy level are able to use one information / conept in solving problems. Based on result of interview with mathematics teachers at MA Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, students had difficulty when interpreting distance material in solid geometry into their minds. Students who have difficulty need help (scaffolding) to increase their level of ability. This study aims to obtain a description of the provision of scaffolding that can increase the SOLO taxonomy level of students in the unistructural category according to student needs. Participants are five student of class 12th who is selected by test. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Researchers as the main instrument analyze the results of student tests and conduct in-depth interviews with students. The test and interview results are used as a reference in providing scaffolding to students. Sacffolding is given so that students in the unistrutural category can use more than one information / concept and link each other between concepts in order to be able to make relevant conclusions. Scaffolding that can increase the level of SOLO’ to solve geometry problems is scaffolding level 2, namely explaining (showing and telling), reviewing (students explaining and justifying; looking, touching and verbalising; prompting and probing questions; parralel modeling), restructuring (negotiating meanings), and level 3 scaffolding, namely developing conceptual thinking (making connections). Keywords: scaffolding, SOLO taxonomy, unistructural, distance in solid geometry

Abstract

This study aims to develop a video learning media on adultery that is valid and practical. This research is a research and development using the ADDIE Method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The analysis technique of this study uses quantitative data in the form of scores from the validator, the value of the teacher's response, the value of student responses to video learning media in the form of questionnaire scores. Qualitative data in the form of interviews with education practitioners or fiqh teachers and criticism suggestions from validators. The results of this study produced a product in the form of a learning video. The feasibility of the product was obtained based on the results of the validation test and practicality test. Assessment by media experts got a score of 84% with a very valid classification or very feasible to use. Assessment by material experts got a score of 98% with a very valid or feasible classification. The results of the teacher's response questionnaire got a score of 90% with a very valid classification or very feasible to use. The results of the student response questionnaire got a score of 89.2% with a very practical classification. Based on these results, it can be concluded that video learning media is feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and practical learning module. This research is a research and development using the ADDIE Method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The analysis technique of this research uses quantitative data in the form of scores from the validator, the value of the teacher's response, the value of the student's response to the video learning media in the form of a questionnaire score. Qualitative data in the form of interviews with educational practices or private teachers and nationalities and criticism of suggestions from validators. The results of this study resulted in a product in the form of a 4C-based learning module, namely critical thinking skills, collaborative skills, communication skills and creative skills on personal and nationality material. The feasibility of the product is based on the results of the validation test and practicality test. Assessment by material experts got a score of 81% with a very valid or proper classification. The results of the teacher's response questionnaire scored 87% with a very valid classification or very feasible to use. The results of the student response questionnaire scored 81% with a very practical classification. Based on these results, it can be said that the 4C-based learning modules are critical thinking skills (Critical thinking skills), collaboration skills (Collaborative Skills), communication skills (Communicative Skills), and creative skills (Creative Skills) on personal and nationality materials that are suitable for use.

Abstract

The situation in Indonesia is currently being hit by the spread of COVID-19. A number of policies were immediately taken by the government to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19. One of the policies in the education sector taken by the government related to the COVID-19 case is Online Learning for students. Furthermore, the ability to understand mathematics is also important for students to have, because this ability is a prerequisite for someone to have mathematical problem solving abilities. This study aims to make readers aware of the effect of online learning on students' mathematical understanding abilities. This study uses a survey method directly to students in schools with quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are test and non-test techniques. The instrument used in this study was a test of the mathematical understanding ability of 10th grade high school students and a questionnaire questionnaire. The subjects of this study were the 10th grade students of MA Al-I'dadiyyah Bahrul Ulum as many as 27 students. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the effect of online learning on mathematical understanding ability shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then o is rejected and is accepted, and the study concludes that online learning affects the mathematical understanding ability of 10th grade students of MA Al-I'dadiyyah Bahrul Ulum on matrix addition and subtraction operations.

Abstract

This research aims to develop self-learning media through digital literacy in valid and practical arithmetic line materials. This research is a research of developers using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) methods. The analysis technique of this study uses validity analysis in the form of score value from validator and teacher response value. And practicality analysis in the form of the value of students' response to self-learning media through digital literacy. The results of this study produced independent learning products through digital literacy. Product feasibility is obtained based on validation tests and practicality tests. Material expert assessments score 80% with a valid classification. The assessment of teacher questionnaire response got a score of 85% with a very valid classification. Based on these results, it can be concluded that self-learning media through digital literacy is feasible to be used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of students' critical thinking skills through LKS teaching materials on flat plane geometry for class VII SMP/MTs are valid and practical. This research is a development research using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The analysis technique of this study uses validity test in the form of score scores from material experts and the value of the teacher's response to LKS teaching materials which is the value of the questionnaire. Practicality test in the form of responses from students and criticism or suggestions from validators. The results of this study produce a product in the form of LKS teaching materials. Product eligibility obtained based on the results of the validation test and practicality test. Assessment by material experts gets a score by 83% with a very valid classification or very feasible to use. Response questionnaire results the teacher got a score of 87% with a very valid classification or very feasible to use. The result of the student response questionnaire got a score of 87% with a very practical classification. Based on these results it can be concluded that the LKS teaching materials are very feasible to use.
