Abstract

This study aims to explore the experiences of malaria patients regarding medication adherence and design a model for medication adherence in malaria patients. This research method is qualitative research with an action research approach. The study results produced a design for SIPENGUAT (Medicine Taking Reminder Information System). The conclusion is that the client's experience regarding compliance with taking medication was that the client did not comply/completely consume Primaquin medication for 14 days because he forgot, was healthy, and took the medicine for a long time. This research produced a design for an information system for adherence to taking malaria medication, namely SIPENGUAT. Keywords: Compliance, Malaria, Design

Abstract

This research aims to explore families' experiences as caregivers regarding how to care for stroke patients at home and to design a concept assessment model for caregivers in caring for patients at home. The method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study on the experiences of 16 family members as caregivers were summarized into four research themes, namely: control of risk factors that cause stroke by caregivers, changes in behavior and emotions of stroke patients and caregiver responses, strategies to improve self-care for stroke patients at home by caregivers, and strategies to increase muscle strength. The patient is at home with a caregiver. The draft instrument for the Cageur Stroke Score assessment is still a draft concept that needs to be developed in subsequent research. The images are risk factors for stroke, control of risk factors for stroke, amok, caregiver response, personal hygiene, skin integrity, and muscle strength. In conclusion, the family's experience as caregivers regarding how to care for stroke patients at home is the result of observing what nurses do while the patient is in hospital, and they are not ready to continue post-stroke care at home. The conceptual design of the assessment model for caregivers in caring for patients at home will be developed from research concept themes. Abstract

Posyandu dan Puskesmas perlu mengintegrasikan layanan primer untuk mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan integrasi layanan primer yang berkualitas dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Posyandu prima memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam integrasi layanan primer. Peran perawat komunitas dalam pelaksanaan integrasi pelayanan kesehatan di posyandu prima adalah promotif, preventif, dan kuratif dalam pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan individu, keluarga, dan kelompok di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Kesiapan Tenaga Kesehatan dalam Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat Terpadu Posyandu Prima di Puskesmas Kota Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan satu tema utama yaitu persepsi petugas kesehatan tentang prima posyandu dengan beberapa sub tema yaitu penjelasan tentang posyandu prima pelayanan kesehatan posyandu prima, pencatatan dan pelaporan posyandu prima, perencanaan posyandu prima, rencana sumber daya manusia di posyandu prima, rencana sarana prasarana di posyandu prima, rencana pendanaan di posyandu posyandu prima, dukungan kegiatan program posyandu prima, dukungan terhadap program kegiatan di posyandu prima, dukungan terhadap program posyandu prima dan keinginan petugas kesehatan terhadap posyandu prima. Kesimpulan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini tidak terlepas dari keterlibatan aktif petugas kesehatan yang bekerja di puskesmas dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan primer yang berperan penting dalam dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu prima.
