The implementation method is face to face for 5 hours using laptop equipment, LCD projector, sound system, materials. Implementation results: the first material regarding the title is written in a maximum of 15 words, the abstract is written briefly and the keywords are written in a maximum of 5 words or phrases. The second material regarding the introduction must explain the specific research objectives and research methods that meet a minimum of 4 qualitative elements and 6 quantitative elements. The third material concerns the results and discussion which must be prepared based on the subject matter and conclusions which must be prepared without repeating the research results. The fourth material is about citations and bibliography which must be prepared by memorizing a form of citation. The overall conclusion was that the implementation of the service was successful and had a positive impact, namely that participants better understood how to write good articles according to national accreditation journal standards.

Abstract

Accurate resource planning is a critical challenge in managing Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions, especially in semi-rural areas facing budget constraints and fluctuating student enrollment. This study aims to apply the Monte Carlo Simulation method as a quantitative approach to predict resource needs at PAUD Ceria Mojokerto over one academic year. The research focuses on three main components: teaching staff, stationery supplies, and classroom space. Historical data from the past five years were used to build probability distributions and model student enrollment and attendance rate uncertainties. PAUD Ceria Mojokerto was chosen as a case study due to its representativeness of typical conditions in semi-rural ECE settings. The simulation results indicate that the required number of teaching staff ranges from 2 to 5, stationery supplies range from 103 to 496 units, and classrooms range from 2 to 4 per academic year. These findings highlight that the approach offers more flexible and realistic estimates than conventional deterministic methods. Therefore, ECE administrators are encouraged to integrate quantitative methods such as Monte Carlo Simulation into their operational planning to enhance efficiency, resilience to student population dynamics, and data-driven decision-making. This research contributes to developing data-driven educational planning practices, particularly in resource-limited settings.

Abstract

Vocational high schools play a significant role in enhancing the quality of human resources through practical vocational education that collaborates with industry. Integrated Islamic education is necessary to instil religious values and student character. The objective is to formulate an adaptive and contextual policy model for the Islamic Ramadan Study Program in vocational high schools in order to improve religious character education and synergy among schools, communities, and families. This research is conducted through a literature review of scientific articles. The results indicate that the implementation of the Islamic Ramadan Study Program policy in vocational high schools faces challenges at each stage: problem identification, formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Policy formulation often fails to involve all stakeholders, resulting in inadequate representation. At the formulation stage, Ramadan activities have been designed; however, student participation remains low. Implementation depends on leadership and resource support, but is hindered by infrastructure and bureaucratic obstacles. Evaluation employs both test and non-test methods, yet its effectiveness is constrained by the diverse backgrounds of students and the workload of teachers. Synergy among all parties is essential for the program to operate optimally and to cultivate students' religious character. In conclusion, implementing the Islamic Ramadan Study Program in vocational high schools requires policy synergy, adequate resources, and active participation to achieve optimal effectiveness.
