Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mengetahui model permainan keseimbangan untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus (autisme) usia 6-10 tahun. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu model pengembangan Borg and Gall terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) tahapan di antaranya studi pendahuluan (research and Information collecting), merencanakan penelitian (planning), pengembangan desain (develop preliminary of product), preliminary field testing, revisi hasil uji lapangan terbatas (main product revision), main field test, revisi hasi uji lapangan lebih luas (operational product revision), uji kelayakan (operational field testing), revisi final hasil uji kelayakan (final roduct revision), dan desiminasi dan implementasi produk akhir (dissemination and implementation). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, melalui quisioner dan pengukuran standing balance test (stork test) untuk mengetahui keefektifan dari pengembangan model permainan yang diberikan kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus (autisme). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini, yaitu kuisioner dan pengukuran tes keseimbangan standing balance test (stork test). Pengambilan subjek (sampel) dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu one group pre test dan post test design. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan model permainan yang dikembangkan, yaitu sebanyak 34 model permainan yang dinilai valid dan layak, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keseimbangan pada anak berkebutuhan (autisme). Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan pengukuran tes keseimbangan menggunakan stork test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian model permainan.

Abstract

This research type was an experimental research with treatment by level design. The research is aimed at investigating the influence of plyometrics exercises and achievement motivation on the ability of crescent kick in martial arts sport. Each group performed a crescent kick test before and after treatments with the test instruments kick of martial arts sport and achievement motivation questionnaire. There were significant differences between the methods of stride jump crossover exercises:11.42, while box jump exercises: 9.59. The F-test significant showed Fcount= 88.23 higher than Ftable= 1,62, with the level of significance 0,05,There was a positive interaction between plyometricsexercise methods and achievement motivation on the ability of the crescent kick, it was indicated by the value of Fcount (Fh)= 103.04, higher than Ftable (Ft)= 1.62. The kick abilty of athletes who have high motiviation trained through stride jump crossover was better, the average value stride jump crossover=12.28,while the box jump exercises = 8.90, with the level of significance,α = 0.05 over, tcount=11.74, higher than ttable =1.68. While the kick ability of athletes who have low motivation trained through box jump was better, the average value of the atheletes’ kick ability trained through stride jump crossover = 10.13, while the box jump exercises = 10.28, with the level of significance, α = 0.05 over, tcount =0.55 lower than ttable= 1.68.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a basketball shooting learning model for elementary school (SD) children aged 9-12 years, in order to produce an efficient and effective basketball shooting learning model for improving basketball shooting for elementary school (SD) children aged 9-12 years old. This research is a development research using Research and Development from Borg and Gall. To determine the effectiveness of the product, an implementation process was carried out using a pre-experimental research design in the form of "one group pretest-posttest design". The research subjects were 10 students of Duren Sawit Public Elementary School aged 9-12 years in Jakarta. The results of the product effectiveness test were carried out on 10 children / subjects. This research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. This learning model as a whole was declared feasible and effective in developing and improving basketball shooting for elementary school children aged 9-12 years. The test instrument used was a test of basketball shooting skills and accuracy. Basketball shooting learning model for elementary school children aged 9-12 years has been declared valid both model and test instrument by two basketball experts and motor learning experts. Data analysis used the T-test formula. The data from the pretest and posttest shooting skills and the accuracy of shooting basketball used the Lilifors test at a significance level of = 0.05. The average score before treatment was 173.10 and after it was given it was 259.20, meaning that the average basketball shooting score was increasing. In the significance test of the difference with SPSS 26, the results of T-count = 13,249, df = 9 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in learning basketball shooting for elementary school children before and after the treatment of shooting basketball learning models, it can be said that the learning model for shooting basketball for elementary school children aged 9-12 years which is developed can effectively improve basketball shooting skills for elementary school children aged 9-12 years. The products of the research were in the form of manuals book and videos of basketball shooting learning models for elementary school children aged 9-12 years.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of the internet has significantly influenced the consumer behavior of students from the Faculty of Communication Sciences (Fikom) at UNISBA, specifically the 2019 cohort. Online buying and selling platforms, such as Shopee, have impacted tendencies towards impulsive purchasing, extravagance, and purchases driven by emotions or social factors among students. This research aims to identify the effects of exposure to Shopee Big Ramadhan Sale 2023 advertisements on YouTube on the consumptive behavior of fashion product shopping among Fikom UNISBA students. Utilizing the Advertising Exposure Theory Model, this quantitative study involves a simple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between ad exposure and consumer behavior. The positivism paradigm is applied to a population of 317 students, with a sample of 76 students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires, and quantitative analysis is performed using SPSS 25. The research results of the T-test, it was found that frequency has a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior, intensity has a negative and not significant influence on consumptive behavior, while duration does not have an influence on the consumptive behavior of the study. Based on the main hypothesis results, it was found that exposure to Shopee Big Ramadhan Sale 2023 advertisements on YouTube has a positive and significant influence on the consumptive behavior of Fikom Unisba students. Abstrak. Perkembangan internet berpengaruh besar terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi (Fikom) UNISBA angkatan 2019. Platform jual beli online, seperti Shopee, memengaruhi kecenderungan pembelian impulsif, pemborosan, dan pembelian berdasarkan emosi atau faktor sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dampak terpaan iklan Shopee Big Ramadhan Sale 2023 di YouTube terhadap perilaku konsumtif belanja produk fashion mahasiswa Fikom UNISBA. Menggunakan Model Teori Advertising Exposure, penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui hubungan antara terpaan iklan dan perilaku konsumtif. Paradigma positivisme diterapkan dengan populasi 317 mahasiswa dan sampel 76 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data, dan analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian uji-T didapatkan hasil bahwa frekuensi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, intensitas memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, sedangkan durasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif, berdasarkan hasil hasil penelitian hipotesis utama didapatkan hasil bahwa terpaan iklan Shopee Big Ramadhan Sale 2023 di Youtube berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Fikom Unisba.

Abstract

The educational level that a person has is one of the means for that person to exist in society. The educational level affected thewomen to determine coping strategies after the Mount Merapi disaster. When the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the womenfaced difficulties in earning living . This study aims to investigate how to preserve the coping strategies of women in the MountMerapi disaster area from the perspective of education during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted in thesurrounding area of Mount Merami such as Boyolali, Klaten, Magelang, and Sleman in 2020-2021. A descriptive qualitativeresearch method was employed in this study where the subjects involved were women affected by the Mount Merapi disaster.The research object was the preservation of coping strategies from an educational perspective on the Covid-19 pandemic. Datawere collected using interviews, observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and documentation. The validity of the datawas obtained using extended observations, research persistence, triangulation, peer discussion, and negative case analysis. Datawere analyzed using interactive analysis. The results of the study were as follows: women affected by the Mount Merapi disasterwith low education tend to preserve coping strategies following family livelihoods and self-confidence; those with secondaryeducation (junior high school, high school) preserve coping strategies based on increasing income but were less daring to try newthings; meanwhile, highly educated people brave to take new steps to restore the economy and brave to urge the public not topreserve coping strategies that can have a negative impact in the future. In conclusion, the coping strategies employed by womenaffected by the Mount Merapi disaster from the perspective of education during the Covid-19 pandemic varied according to theirlevel of education and beliefs as well as the legacy of their family habits.Keywords: Coping Strategies, Educational Level, Covid-19

Abstract

MRT Mobile Application is used to access information easily and quickly for MRT users, such as schedule information, routes, stations, fares, and other additional services. Based on observations and questionnaires regarding the MRT mobile application, users often experience difficulties or obstacles in interacting with the application interface. Starting with a complex interface, confusing navigation of features to difficulty finding the information you need quickly. This affects the use of the application and reduces the level of user satisfaction. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to redesign the user interface of this application to make it easier to use. This research uses User Centered Design (UCD) method with four phases, which is Understand Context of Use, Specify User Requirements, Design Solution, and Evaluation Against Requirements in analyzing the UI/UX design process of the MRT mobile application. In the design stage, UCD principles are used to integrate insights from user data into UI/UX design process based on results of questionnaire analysis. The final result of this research is a prototype design and user interface design for the MRT mobile application that meets the expectations of application users.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode action research pada atlet klub olahraga prestasi pencak silat Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang berjumlah 10 orang, terdiri dari 7 orang atlet putri dan 3 orang atlet putra. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen tes rangkaian gerak jurus kedua jurus toya yang berjumlah 45 poin aspek penilaian yang sudah divalidasi oleh 3 orang dosen ahli pencak silat dan angket sebagai feedback dari atlet kepada peneliti untuk melakukan analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan 1 siklus penelitian tindakan, yang terdiri dari 5 pertemuan, pertemuan pertama adalah tes awal, tiga pertemuan treatment dalam pencegahan cedera dan memperbaiki rangkaian gerak jurus kedua jurus toya, dan pertemua kelima adalah tes akhir. Pertemuan pertama dilakukan tes awal pada 10 orang atlet dengan nilai rata – rata 28,9 poin. Terdapat peningkatan para atlet dalam keterampilan rangkaian jurus toya pada observasi siklus 1, peningkatan tersebut terlihat progresif pada siklus 1 setelah dilakukannya tes akhir pada atlet seni koppensi UNJ mendapatkan nilai rata – rata 38,7 poin. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa alat bantu latihan dan alat pengganti toya dapat mencegah cedera pada peningkatan keterampilan rangkaian jurus toya dengan evaluasi observasi yang dilakukan selama penelitian, atlet tidak menunjukan gejala cedera, dan hasil angket yang diterima bahwa atlet menyatakan program penelitian aman untuk dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge and personality traits on the investment behavior of Gen Z and Millennial women with education level serving as a mediating variable.Method: The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The study sample includes Gen Z and Millennial women in Bekasi Regency. A purposive sampling technique was used, combining online and direct questionnaire distribution methods as well as interviews. A total of 100 respondents were selected for the study.Result: The findings indicate that financial knowledge does not directly impact investment behavior or education level. However, personality traits significantly influence both investment behavior and education level. Additionally, education level significantly affects investment behavior. While education level does not mediate the relationship between financial knowledge and investment behavior, it does mediate the relationship between personality traits and investment behavior.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This research underscores the importance of financial knowledge for Gen Z and Millennial women, particularly as Gen Z is poised to become the "golden generation" by 2045. By fostering sound financial management practices through financial knowledge and personality traits, individuals can effectively convert income into long-term assets through various investment instruments. This, in turn, contributes to sustainable economic development and growth.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and economic inequality, exploring policy solutions to mitigate AI's negative impact on inequality. A literature review approach was used, examining relevant studies, reports, and articles on AI’s effects on economic inequality. The findings indicate that AI can exacerbate global economic inequality through two primary mechanisms. First, AI-driven automation replaces low-skilled jobs, leading to higher unemployment among low-skilled workers. Second, reliance on advanced technology is concentrated in countries or groups with sufficient resources, leaving others behind. However, AI also presents opportunities to reduce inequality, especially if applied to sectors like agriculture and education in developing countries, which can foster economic growth. With appropriate policies, AI could drive economic progress while addressing socio-economic inequality. These policies would ensure that AI's benefits are widely accessible, promoting inclusive development rather than deepening disparities. Ultimately, AI has the potential to either widen or narrow economic gaps, depending on how it is integrated into society, underscoring the need for targeted strategies to harness its positive impact.

Abstract

This study focuses on the relationship between attack speed, agility, and athlete achievement in pencak silat sports. This research also explores the role of self-confidence as a mediator in the relationship. The purpose of this study is to identify the direct and indirect influence of attack speed and agility on the achievement of pencak silat athletes by taking into account the role of confidence as a mediating variable. This research method uses the statistical analysis path method to test the relationship between these variables. Data were collected from pencak silat athletes and analyzed using significance tests to determine direct and indirect influences. The results of the study showed: attack speed had a direct significant influence on confidence (significance value 0.025 < 0.05), Agility had a direct significant influence on confidence (significance value 0.043 < 0.05), Attack speed had a direct significant influence on achievement (significance value 0.026 < 0.05), Agility had a direct significant influence on achievement (significance value 0.043 < 0.05), Confidence has direct significant influence on achievement (significance value 0.000 < 0.05), Attack speed has an indirect influence through confidence on achievement greater than its direct influence, Agility has an indirect influence through confidence on achievement greater than its direct influence. The conclusion of this study shows that attack speed and agility have a significant influence on the achievement of pencak silat athletes, both directly and through confident mediation. The development of attack speed, agility, and confidence should be the main focus in the training program to improve the athlete's performance
