Abstract

Roman Indah bag Factory is a bag manufacturing company that receives orders from customers every month. Fuzzy Logic is used to define the production known so far, so that the preferred result can be used as a basis for manager's decision. In the calculation process, Fuzzy Logic Mamdani requires maximum and minimum production data, maximum and minimum demand data, and maximum and minimum inventory data. Fuzzy logic is able to map an input into an output without factor factors. Fuzzy logic is used to create a model of a system that is able to determine the quantity of production. the factors that affect the quantity of production. Fuzzy logic is called the old new logic because the science of modern fuzzy logic and methodological was discovered only a few years ago, in fact the concept of fuzzy logic itself has been in us for a long time. Mamdani method is the most common method when it comes to fuzzy methodology. Mamdani method uses a set of IF-THEN rules derived from experienced operators/experts. The Mamdani model is often known as the Max-Min model. By using Mamdani method in Roman Indah handbag factory can assist in the efficiency of time and labour, because using Mamdani method can calculate the amount of production in the next month, so from the results can be derived consideration material decision by the manager, whether in determining raw materials, promotion, bag model, consumer, HR, etc. so that more company profits.

Abstract

Based on survei result by puskesmas at 2016 from target 380 househifery obtained 201 housewifery do clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) , and based on data obtained by public health departement (DKK) puskesmas Gulai Bancah 50,8% was doing PHBS. Purpose : the ain for this study is to known the relationship between attitude and motivation with application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) in region of puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggi City 2018. Design of this study is descriptif correlation with approach of cross sectinal with 94 study sample predefined. The study used questionnaire for get information by respondent. The result of this study showed family than have good attitude (63,8%), higt motivation(69,1%) and good PHBS (60,6%. There was a relationship between attitude (P=0,002) OR= 4.442 and motivation (P=0,001) OR 4.961 with application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) of housewifery in region puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggy City 2018.based on the result can be on the line that more than half housewifery have good attitude, and high motivation, and more than half housewifery have a good PHBS. The result showed that attitude and motivation have relationship wiith application of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS). Suggest for health department can increase an effort health promotion ofapplication PHBS, so that can improve degree of community helathy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the factors that influence the intention of Generation X in using online shopping applications, with the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) approach. This research is a survey research using questionnaires as a tool to collect data. Pre-testing is carried out at the beginning of the study, before distributing questionnaires to ensure that the instruments used are valid and understandable. The 50 respondents were Generation Xers aged 43 to 58, who used online shopping applications. The instrument is a questionnaire consisting of two parts, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The data were analyzed with SEM, and validity and reliability tests were conducted. What influences Generation X's intention to shop on online shopping apps is 1. perception of usefulness, 2. perception of ease of use,3. perception of value and 4. perception of security. In addition, social factors such as subjective norms and reference groups. This research can help e-commerce companies improve services to Generation X consumers, by making it easier for them to use online shopping applications.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran gender dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Padang. Kota Padang memiliki sejumlah UMKM yang dimiliki baik oleh perempuan maupun laki-laki, dan penelitian ini fokus pada perbedaan, tantangan, dan peluang yang dihadapi kedua jenis UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran (mixed methods), menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap UMKM perempuan dan laki-laki di berbagai sektor ekonomi. Data sekunder juga dianalisis untuk memberikan konteks yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan gender memengaruhi akses terhadap sumber daya dan dukungan, termasuk modal, pelatihan, dan jaringan bisnis. UMKM perempuan seringkali menghadapi hambatan dalam mengakses modal usaha, pelatihan, dan dukungan teknologi. Selain itu, norma sosial dan peran ganda dalam keluarga juga mempengaruhi waktu dan energi yang dapat diberikan oleh perempuan untuk bisnis mereka. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa UMKM perempuan telah mengambil inisiatif dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital dan strategi pemasaran online untuk memperluas pasar mereka. Abstract

Palm oil is a very important export commodity for Indonesia, contributing significantly to the country's economy in terms of both production and export. Fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies, especially the US dollar, have been widely studied, which turned out to affect the export of various commodities, including palm oil. However, the linkages to international prices and government regulation have not been studied much. This study aims to examine how much influence international prices, rupiah depreciation, and Indonesian government regulations have on increasing palm oil exports to India. Data collection method through surveys and circulating questionnaires, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained a positive and significant influence between international prices on increasing exports. There is a positive and significant influence between rupiah depreciation and increased exports. There is a positive and significant influence of Indonesian government regulations on increasing exports. The contribution of the percentage contribution of the independent variable of international prices, rupiah depreciation, and Indonesian government regulations to the dependent variable of increasing exports is 0.811 or 81.1%. While the remaining 0.189 or 18.9% was influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Higher education in Indonesia has experienced rapid development in recent decades, with universities that are central to the delivery of higher education playing an important role in producing quality human resources. In the face of this dynamic development, internal factors in academic organizations, such as job satisfaction, job loyalty, and lecturer work discipline, play a key role in maintaining the quality of teaching, research, and community service. Although job satisfaction, job loyalty, and work discipline have been widely studied in the context of organizations, there have not been many studies that examine the relationship between the three with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in lecturers in universities in Indonesia. OCB covers voluntary behaviors that are not included in the formal job description, but have a positive contribution to the overall well-being of the organization. This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Work Loyalty, and Work Discipline on OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) on Lecturers of Universitas Perintis Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with survey methods to collect data from respondents. By using multiple linear regression analysis. Through a questionnaire of 108 respondents, the results turned out to be variables of Job Satisfaction, Work Loyalty, and Work Discipline together against OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) of 0.660 or 66%. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). The findings of this study can provide practical recommendations to improve job satisfaction, job loyalty, and work discipline, as well as motivate OCB among Universitas Perintis Indonesia lecturers.

Abstract

The Influence of Trust, Online Marketing, Brand Image, and Purchasing Decisions on Customer Loyalty is a scientific literature study article within the scope of Marketing Management Science. The aim of this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The research method uses the research library sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. Qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article: 1) Trust influences customer loyalty; 2) Online marketing influences customer loyalty; 3) Brand image influences customer loyalty; and 4) Purchasing decisions influence customer loyalty.

Abstract

The problem raised in this research is "Performance of Education Personnel (P of EP) at Indonesian Pioneer University. The variables in this research are the influence of Supervision, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Communication (as independent variables) and the Performance of Education Personnel (as dependent variables). This research pays attention to the level of Education Personnel Performance, supervision, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Communication. This research aims to reveal the influence of Supervision, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Communication jointly or partially on the Performance of Education Personnel. The conclusion from the research is that partially and simultaneously the variables Supervision, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Communication are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Education Personnel, with a contribution of 50.10% with supervision as the most dominant variable. Suggestions: To focus more on improving the Organizational Commitment variable by paying attention to the indicators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kerinci. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan sampel yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (2,982 > 2,021), Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel ((-2,145) > (-2,021)). Kompetensi dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, ini dibuktikan dengan F hitung > F tabel (8,733 > 2,81). Besarnya pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada IAIN Kerinci secara simultan adalah 27,5% dan sisanya sebesar 72,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini.
