This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that aims to produce a strategy of the accountability for building approval services at the Gowa Regency. Informant selection was carried out by purposive sampling technique and data collection were used interview, observation, and documentation technique. The data analysis in this research was used the Miles and Huberman interactive models. The results of this study indicate that the process of public service accountability for Building Approvals at DPMPTSP Gowa Regency is considered not to be going well because there are still employees who do not follow procedures in providing PBG management services to applicants and there is no clarity of information and costs that are clearly displayed both on the SIMBG website page and those contained in the respective DPMPTSP agencies and the Gowa PUPR Service.

This descriptive qualitative research aims to develop the quality of human resources in health services at the Makassar Community Lung Health Center (BBKPM). Primary data came from in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with 12 informants. Secondary data were sourced from official documents; development strategic plans, government agency performance accountability reports, annual reports and literature review. There are three stages in analyzing data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the condition of human resources at the Makassar Community Lung Health Center (BBKPM) was in accordance with the standards but still needed experts in certain fields. Efforts to develop the quality of HR are carried out by forming HR management which includes planning, provision and development stages. In development there are two methods. In-service methods are training, development, rotation, temporary assignments, and performance appraisal and appreciation programs. Out-of-service methods are executive development programs, practical training, and organizational development. This effort provides benefits for BBKPM Makassar in developing human resources in improving the quality of health services.

Leadership is very important in an organisation. leadership is a person's skills and ability to influence others to do something in accordance with the goals to be achieved. leading is a person's role to influence others in various ways. This study aims to describe the lurah's democratic leadership style in public services in Balla Parrang Village. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants in the study were employees in the Balla Parrang village office, the head of the Community Association (RW) and the head of the RT. Determination of informants is done by using purposive sampling technique, in this study the analysis is done qualitatively. The results showed that the head of Balla Parrang village as a leader with a democratic and charismatic leadership style. In addition, in the leadership style of Balla Parrang village head gives a positive influence to the staff because Balla Parrang village head for always conveying the importance of discipline.

Implementasi adalah pelaksanaan serangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka untuk memberikan kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Vale Terhadap Kesejahteraan Hidup Masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan CSR yang berkelanjutan diharapkan mampu memberikan keuntungan di masa yang akan datang. Selain itu, CSR juga memberikan keuntungan kepada masyarakat, terutama masyarakat lokal yang terdampak langsung oleh kegiatan bisnis perusahaan, keuntungan bagi masyarakat bisa berupa peningkatan taraf hidup yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan E-Government dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Tallo, Kota Makassar. Melalui kajian literatur, ditemukan bahwa E-Government mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, aksesibilitas layanan publik, serta transparansi dan akuntabilitas pemerintahan. Keberhasilan penerapan E-Government sangat bergantung pada kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, komitmen pemerintah, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat dampak positif, beberapa tantangan masih perlu diatasi, termasuk peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, edukasi masyarakat, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi pegawai pemerintah. Saran yang diberikan meliputi investasi dalam infrastruktur teknologi, kampanye kesadaran dan pelatihan bagi masyarakat, pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk pegawai pemerintah, evaluasi rutin terhadap layanan publik, serta kolaborasi dengan sektor swasta dan akademisi. Dengan mengimplementasikan saran-saran tersebut, diharapkan penerapan E-Government di Kecamatan Tallo dapat lebih efektif dan memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan pariwisata berbasis komunitas di Kota Makassar dengan meninjau dampak ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan praktik terbaik dalam implementasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur yang melibatkan pengumpulan, evaluasi, dan sintesis berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pariwisata berbasis komunitas di Makassar, seperti yang terlihat dalam studi kasus Kampung Wisata Batua, telah berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat melalui peningkatan pendapatan dan peluang kerja. Selain itu, pendekatan ini juga memperkuat ikatan sosial dan kesadaran akan pelestarian budaya dan lingkungan. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya koordinasi antara pemangku kepentingan, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kapasitas manajerial yang rendah perlu diatasi. Rekomendasi yang diajukan termasuk peningkatan pelatihan bagi masyarakat lokal, penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk promosi. Dengan dukungan kebijakan yang tepat dan kolaborasi yang efektif, pengembangan pariwisata berbasis komunitas di Makassar dapat memberikan manfaat yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat setempat.

This research aims to determine (1) Teacher strategies in the process of instilling social values against the dangers of promiscuity at SMAN 4 Soppeng, (2) Teacher actions towards students who have fallen into promiscuity at SMAN 4 Soppeng. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher used this type of research, which is qualitative research using a descriptive approach, therefore, in order to achieve a research goal, data collection techniques were used, namely observation, interviews, documentation. The informants for this research were 3 teachers consisting of a Guidance Counseling teacher, a Social Studies teacher who was also the homeroom teacher and a Civics Teacher and 3 students. The research results show that: (1) The teacher's strategy for instilling social values is to form discipline towards students, communicate well, teach the importance of mutual respect, and provide an understanding of religion. (2) The actions given by the teacher are able to create awareness for students even though these actions are not as expected. Actions taken by teachers include taking approaches to provide warnings or advice that can create awareness for students. Therefore, the role of a teacher in instilling social values at school has been applied to students. Keywords: Strategy, Action, Awareness

The failure to implement occupational safety and health (OSH) policies remains a persistent problem in high-risk public organizations, even though a comprehensive regulatory framework and operational standards are in place. This article aims to analyze why OSH policies fail to be implemented effectively in high-risk public organizations using the perspective of implementation governance. This study uses a qualitative approach through case studies in the power generation sector, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and policy document analysis. The analysis is based on a policy implementation framework that emphasizes the interaction between policy objectives, resources, organizational characteristics, implementer disposition, and communication patterns. The findings show that the failure of OSH policies is not solely due to weak individual compliance, but rather to the discontinuity of implementation governance at the operational level. This study contributes to the enrichment of the policy implementation literature by repositioning OSH as a matter of public organization governance, not merely regulatory compliance.

Mining activities contribute significantly to the economy but often leave complex environmental impacts that require effective and sustainable post-mining management. Challenges in post-mining environmental governance in Indonesia often include company non-compliance, weak government oversight, and minimal community participation. These issues indicate the need for a cross-sectoral collaborative approach involving the government, the private sector, communities, and academics to achieve sustainable development goals. This study aims to analyze effective cross-sectoral collaboration models in post-mining environmental governance in Indonesia based on existing scientific literature, policies, and best practices. The research method used is a systematic literature review by examining various secondary data sources, including national and international journals, laws and regulations (such as Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management), research reports, and related policy documents. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns, barriers, enabling factors, and successful collaboration models implemented in similar contexts. The analysis shows that effective cross-sectoral collaboration requires a clear governance framework, equitable distribution of roles and responsibilities, and transparent conflict resolution mechanisms. Key factors for successful implementation include shared commitment, strong regulations, the availability of human and financial resources, and building trust between actors. The collaborative governance model has the potential to be an ideal approach for managing the complexity of post-mining environmental issues.
