Abstract

The process of receiving aspirations has several pathways or mechanisms, it can be at the time of research, it can be the mechanism for receiving aspirations in the parliament building from or from the mass media, social media, it can also be from the political infrastructure, namely the political parties from which they come, from interest groups or pressure group. The legislature is relatively busy and has a solid agenda of activities and therefore the members in it should ideally have adequate capacity and competence for their duties and functions. The duties and functions of representing the people have been carried out at the time of his representative inauguration as a member of parliament. His authority to choose the chief executive apart from increasing his authority and charisma as a representative of the sovereign people; also at the same time means not returning some of its functions and authorities which have been handed over and received from the people in the general election. This is where the confusion of the direct executive leadership election system, both in the presidential and regional elections. It is even worse when viewed in terms of the constitution, in this case, the source of law which abstracts the empirical values contained in the preamble of the constitution (the Preamble) or the basic values (intrinsic) which are the philosophy as well as the basis of the state, namely Pancasila. In the 4th (fourth) precept, it expressly reads: "Popularity Led by Wisdom of Wisdom in Deliberation/ Representation", but its existence in the Body (article 1 paragraph 2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is implied and hidden.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the election of RW and RT Chairpersons in terms of political ethics in Makassar City. The research method used isqualitative. Informants are voter or non-voters who live in six sub-districts. Based on geographical considerations, six districts were selected, namelyUjung Tanah, Makassar, Tamalate, Tamalanrea, Manggala and Rappocini. Data was extracted by researchers as human instruments, throughinterviews with informants. In addition, observation and documentation were also carried out. Data analysis proceeded by induction-interpretationconceptualization. The results showed that accountability for the legal aspects was largely ignored by the organizing agency such as therequirements of the 5% candidate, the completeness of the voting booths, and the completeness of the TPS administration. What is encouraging isthe enthusiasm of the community as a means of political education, it turns out that in general it can be well received, there does not appear to be anymeaningful friction, prolonged conflict and administrative demands that are compensatory and organizational. The legal legitimacy at the democraticparty is not relevant to the application of the rule of law based on values in the sociological principle, that in the existence of a statutory regulation,it should be interpreted as a need or an interest that can regulate society and felt as a demand that must be obeyed together. The regulation wasmade unilaterally by the city government without regard to the rules and legal values that live in the community

Abstract

Abstract

The Loyalty Triangle is a crucial framework influencing patient loyalty in hospitals, comprising business process variables, perceived value, and database management. This study aims to analyze the determinants of outpatient patient loyalty at Samarinda Medika Citra Hospital. Conducted with a quantitative research design and a cross-sectional approach, the research involved 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis utilized the Spearman Rank test to explore relationships between variables, while ANOVA and logistic regression tests assessed the impact of independent variables on patient loyalty. The Spearman test results indicated strong correlations: business processes (p = 0.718), perceived value (p = 0.842), and database management (p = 0.751) were all significantly related to patient loyalty. Multiple linear regression analysis further revealed that business processes (p = 0.086), perceived value (p = 0.081), and database management (p = 0.071) each significantly affect loyalty. The ANOVA test yielded an F-value of 106.510 with a significance level of 0.001, confirming the model's effectiveness. The study concludes that enhancing business processes, perceived value, and database management can significantly improve patient loyalty. It is recommended that the hospital invest in staff training to improve interpersonal communication and service quality for patients and their families.
