Abstract

Abstract As an educational institution, pesantren certainly have unique values compared to other educational institutions. This article aims to describe the meaning and implementation of the value philosophy of santri at Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Islamic Boarding School (PPHM) Ngunut Tulungagung in social life. The author takes the subject of Ngunut boarding school students who have lived in society. This article uses a qualitative approach in the form of phenomenology. The data collection methods used include observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers use descriptive analysis which aims to explain aspects relevant to the observed phenomenon. Furthermore, researchers use triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data obtained. The results of this study that: Ngunut hut students interpret value philosophy as uswah or exemplary value, discipline value, akhlakul karimah value and togetherness value. The implementation of the value philosophy of the Ngunut boarding school students in community life by being tolerant, morally good, independent in meeting the economic needs of the family, being uswah in the community and the next generation of religious leaders in the community. Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the fact that there have not been many innovations made by teachers in developing illustrated textbooks as learning media. Whereas innovation in learning is a necessity so that the teaching and learning process is more varied and not boring. One of the innovations referred to in this study is the development of textbooks. The development of prophetic character-based illustrated textbooks is expected to contribute to supporting the teaching and learning process, stimulating the spirit of learning, and instilling prophetic character in students. This research reviews how to develop picture teaching books that contain their advantages, and the effectiveness of learning outcomes after using this prophetic character-based picture book. The purpose of this research is to develop prophetic character-based picture teaching books, describe their advantages, and find out the learning outcomes of students after using them. This research uses Reseacrh and Development referring to the Borg and Gall model. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed that there is an interesting prophetic character-based picture teaching book that has implications for the enthusiasm for learning and student learning outcomes. Abstract

Portfolio is a learning model that can be applied by teachers so that students have the ability to express their opinions both individually and in groups. In a portfolio, a student can measure the extent of understanding he has gained from a learning process. This research aims to describe the application of the portfolio-based learning model to SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati female students in the Sunan Pandanaran Ngunut female dormitory, especially in increasing student activity in learning Arabic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with field research type. The results of the research show that the portfolio-based learning model used by Arabic teachers at SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati can identify the extent of students' understanding in the learning process and also increase students' interest and activeness in learning Arabic. The steps of the portfolio-based learning model are; introduction of topics by the teacher, selection of problems by students, search and collection of information, making portfolios in groups, presentations, and conclusions. Abstract

Education marketing strategies have an important role in building and improving the image of education and school institutions. In this era of highly competitive competition, educational institutions are required to carry out effective strategies. This research aims to determine effective marketing strategies in building a positive image of schools, both through direct and digital promotions. The approach used includes literature analysis and literature study. The research results show that the key elements for success include school branding, use of social media, community involvement, improving service quality, and testimonials from students and alumni. Apart from that, collaboration with parents and other institutions has also been proven to strengthen the school's image. Implementing digital-based marketing strategies, such as creating creative and interactive content, has a significant impact in reaching a wider audience. In conclusion, a well-planned education marketing strategy can increase the attractiveness of a school while building public trust in the quality of education offered. Abstract

Mengelola sebuah organisasi perlu adanya motivasi dan pemahaman manajemen organisasi yang baik. Terkadang di masyarakat dan disekolah organisasi hanya dijadikan ajang kumpul dan saling sapa saja, serta yang terpenting melakukan kegiatan seperti yang sudah-sudah. Hal inilah yang menjadikan bahwa motivasi dan manajemen organisasi itu sangat penting untuk keberlangsungan organisasi di masyarakat maupun sekolah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode Service Learning (SL). Service-Learning atau SL merupakan aktivitas yang melibatkan pengalaman praktis, pembelajaran akademik dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Masyarakat yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di SMKN 2 Tulungagung. Sehingga mereka bisa mendapatkan manfaat langsung dari PkM tersebut. Hasil pertama dari PkM ini adalah peserta didik menjadi bersemangat dalam melakukan kegiaytan organisasi dan menjadi termotivasi dalam melakukan kegatan belajar maupun kegiatan lainnnya. Kedua adalah peserta didik semakin mahir dan paham akan tanggugjawab dalam mengelola organisasinya terkhusus OSIS SMKN 2 Tulungagung.

Abstract

Pendampingan terhadap kepala TPQ atau madrasah diniyah menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama yang diberikan. Melalui pendampingan, diharapkan kepala lembaga dapat mengembangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan, manajemen, dan pedagogik yang lebih baik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendampingan kepala madrasah dalam membangun budaya disiplin santri di TPQ dan MADIN Nurul Hidayah Sambirobyong. Melalui pendekatan Service Learning (SL). Pengabdian ini mengungkap peran aktif kepala madrasah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendorong terbentuknya karakter disiplin pada santri. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan dampak positif dalam membangun budaya disiplin santri. Beberapa temuan yakni pengembangan program pembinaan karakter, peningkatan kesadaran santri akan pentingnya disiplin, adanya perubahan perilaku santri yang lebih disiplin dan tertib dalam melakukan segala kegiatan. Peran kepala madrasah sebagai pemimpin sangat krusial dalam membentuk karakter disiplin santri. Dengan memberikan teladan, motivasi, dan dukungan yang berkelanjutan diharapkan mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan mendorong santri untuk tumbuh menjadi individu yang disiplin dan bertanggung jawab.
