Abstract

Financial distress is the stage of declining financial conditions experienced by the company, which occurred before the occurrence of bankruptcy or liquidation (Platt, 2002). This condition is characterized by delays in delivery, declining product quality and delays in payment of bills from banks. Financial distress can be divided into two types, namely economic failure and financial failure. Economic failure can occur due to the company's failure to cover the company's operating costs. While financial failure can be caused by two things. The first cause is technical insolvency, a situation where the company fails to pay its maturing obligations but the assets owned are greater than the total debt owned. The second cause is bankruptcy, a situation where the company is no longer able to fulfill its obligations to debtors because the company experiences a shortage or insufficient funds to continue its business so that the company's economic goals cannot be achieved. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, cash, and company growth on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The sample in this study were 123 manufacturing companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that profitability, cash and company growth have a negative effect on financial distress. Further research is expected to add other variables that theoretically have an influence on financial distress and further research is expected to increase the observation period, and the authors also suggest, for further research the object of research is not only carried out in the manufacturing sector listed on the IDX, but also in other sectors. other sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, maturity period and bond coupons on the price of company bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on companies that issued bonds on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 to 2019. The number of samples used in this study was 93 bonds. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that liquidity had no effect on changes in bond prices for the 2017-2019 period. The maturity period has a negative effect on changes in bond prices for the 2017-2019 period. Coupons have a positive and significant effect on changes in bond prices for the 2017-2019 period.

Abstract

Financial distress is a financial condition before bankruptcy occurs, at this stage the company is experiencing a decline in performance such as declining income, experiencing a net loss, an increase in debt, and a negative share price. The decline in financial performance can also be caused by the decline in the quality of earning assets which results in a decrease in income. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage in determining financial distress. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique, namely the data selected based on certain criteria that are in accordance with the research objectives so that as many as 9 companies are obtained with the amount of data for 4 years, then 36 research data are obtained. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that simultaneously liquidity, profitability, and leverage had a significant effect on financial distress. Partially, liquidity has a significant positive effect, profitability has no significant positive effect, and leverage has an insignificant negative effect on financial distress.

Abstract

The ability to manage finances and decide business strategies needs to be supported by mastering adequate financial literacy skills, locus of control and having confidence in their abilities to produce good finances (financial self-efficacy) in managing finances. The research was conducted in Denpasar City by looking for residents who live in Denpasar City. The population in this study is the population of Denpasar City as many as 962,900 residents in 2020. Calculate the number of samples using the slovin formula so that the sample that must be studied is 100 residents in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. The results showed that the significance level of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and locus of control was 0.000, 0.000, and 0.026. This indicates a positive and significant influence on financial management behaviour because the significance value is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Employee performance in the company is a very important thing to be used as a benchmark forachievement in the company. The performance of employees in each company has different criteria according to the provisions of the company. The potential possessed by individuals also affects the level ofperformance produced by employees, where this potential can motivate employees to work optimally towards the company's operational activities, and can influence better employee work results. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma. The sample in this research is 30 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma, 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the UD Building Store. Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya juga tergantung faktor sumber daya manusia, dimana dibutuhkan suatu interaksi dan koordinasi yang didesain untuk menghubungkan tugas-tugas, baik perseorangan maupun kelompok dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pondok Nyoman Bagus Restaurant and Guest House Pererenan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Nyoman Bagus Restaurant and Guest House Pererenan dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 30 orang responden. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode sampling jenuh atau metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara (interview), observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pondok Nyoman Bagus Restaurant and Guest House Pererenan. Abstract

Posisi dan kinerja perusahaan sangat penting artinya bagi perusahaan untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan perusahaan serta menjadi sumber informasi bagi calon investor mengenai kondisi keuangan perusahaan dengan kaitannya terhadap harga saham yang akan dibeli oleh calon investor. Kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan dapat dinilai dengan menggunakan beberapa alat analisis keuangan, salah satunya yaitu laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA) terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan dari nilai Economic Value Added (EVA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham sedangkan perubahan nilai Market Value Added (MVA) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Human resources are a central factor in an organization. Whatever the form and purpose, the organization is made based on various visions for the benefit of humans and in carrying out its mission it is managed and managed by humans. One of the factors that can affect employee performance is leadership, job satisfaction andcompetence. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, job satisfaction and competence on the performance of KSU Dana Rahayu employees The population in this study were 30 people. The sample in this study were 30 employees at KSU Dana Rahayu. Determination of the sample in this study is saturated sampling, in which theentire population is used as a sample. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and competence has a positiveand significant effect on employee performance at KSU Dana Rahayu.

Abstract

With good HR development or management, an employee can easily face and complete the demands of tasks both in the present and in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication, and work stress on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Mall Bali Galeria (MBG) Badung. The sample in this study were 55 employees at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Mall Bali Galeria (MBG) Badung. The method of determining the sample in this study is saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through this study using linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of this research analysis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Mall Bali Galeria (MBG) Badung. The higher the level of work motivation of employees of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Mall Bali Galeria (MBG) Badung, the higher the employee job satisfaction. Work Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Mall Bali Galeria (MBG) Badung. The better work communication that exists between employees and superiors of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Mall Bali Galeria (MBG) Badung, employee job satisfaction will increase. Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Gramedia Asri Media Mall Bali Galeria (MBG) Badung. The higher the level of employee work stress, the higher the decline in employee work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Kerobokan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 orang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Desa Adat Kerobokan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik disiplin kerja maka semakin tinggi produktivitas kerja karyawan. (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Desa Adat Kerobokan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik kompensasi maka semakin tinggi produktivitas kerja karyawan. (3) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Desa Adat Kerobokan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi stres kerja maka memicu meningkatnya produktivitas kerja karyawan.
